While in thought the female voice resounded again from all around the dark place.

"Don't worry, nothing happen wrong this time."

"This time? What do you mean?"

Hearing those words my voice turned serious in an instant.

"Relax a little. I'll explain everything so you don't have to be that stiff."

"I don't think I can. Not until I hear everything."

"Okey~, okey~. So let me start the reason why you ended up getting to that place first."

"I'm listening."

"8 Years ago one of my half brother got brainwash, then wreck havoc to our place so one of my other half brother try to stop him, but because of their all out fight a wave of their combined attack create a riffle then hit your world. Luckily it's only in a small scale but by the time that I got to that place, I unluckily I find your body in the middle of it but what's weird is that your body is merging with another body and in bad state, so I try to use my power to save you, but to my surprise when I touch your body it start to absorb my power greedily before I can use it. It only last in an instant but half of my power is been absorb by you, and yes that is the reason why I'm keeping my distance right now and can only hear my voice. After what happen I decide that you can no longer stay on your current world, because of what you just absorb from me and also because of that world's very low density of mana. So I sent you to this world, this world is the best option after all."

"Are you a God?"

"With all I've just said you're not even mad?"

"Well I definitely won't be mad at you, because you're not the reason why those things happen to me, right? And beside I gain some incredible ability and can explore this new world. The truth is I feel bad, because you lost some of your power on me. Is there a way for me to be able to compensate you?"

After saying those words I suddenly hear a cute laugh which also give a smile at my face.

"You're unique for a human. All of them always want something, but you're clearly different and you even feel bad at someone as powerful as me. Don't worry, I already transferred the powers of those two troublesome to regain my missing powers. To answer your question earlier, define what is a God for you?"

"Someone omnipotent I guess."

"I'm someone powerful for sure but I'm not omnipotent base on my story earlier, right?"

"If your not a God then what are you? If it's only fine."

"It's fine~. But I think none of the people of this world know this, still I'll give you the details. People of this world call us Gods and Goddesses, but the truth is we are only another race, same as Humans, Elves, Dwarfs, Beast-man, Angels, Demons, etc. but built differently. This world hold 2 types of dimension, the one you currently in and the one where I'm currently in. Living things from your dimension can't exist here because the mana in this place is so dense that it will instantly kill those from there, at the same time we can't exist there for a long time because our body needs the dense mana from here to live, becoming so fragile and powerless if we stay there after depleting all our mana. Before the people start to call our race a Gods or Goddesses our race is called Lux. Some of my race uses their powers, even if by using it will consumes a lot when not here, then the people think of it as a miracle and start to patronize them and call them Gods and Goddesses.

By the way, I also have one question. Can I ask?"

"Sure."

"What are you?"

"What do you mean? I'm definitely a Human."

"A human huh. Well I can say you're saying the truth."

"There's no reason not to. Why do you ask?"

"Remember that earlier I said that you absorb my powers before? A Human can't do such a thing, even my race can't do something like that. I guess I'll take a look at it after cleaning some other mess that been left in here."

"You'll definitely know it don't worry. Want me to give you some information about that world that may help you?"

"Nah, I better explore this world on my own. Still thanks."

"Don't mention it. After all it's my duty to explain those things to you, one more thing is because you absorb my powers means I already have some link to you. Well the truth is our race can pick one person to bestow some blessings and be able to check everything about that person, but I'm afraid to say that I can only check your location and HP and nothing more. I can't even check your status, so I don't have any idea what happen to you after absorbing my powers. I also hate that bestow thing, my race only invent those for their own amusement, so I never try doing it before even once, but I guess yours is an exception for what happen."

"Are you talking about those Summon Heroes?"

"No~. What been used to those Summon Heroes are just a low degrade version of what my race been using. My race called them Chosen Ones, their individual powers will be base on how much powers they've been blessed and can also increasing by time. And they are not all on good side so you better be careful, if I remember correct they all been keep in tight check so only my race know of their existence."

"So basically, I become one of those Chosen Ones that you're talking about, right?"

"That Sums it all up."

"Do I have to seclude myself too like the others for you?"

"Like I said~, I hate those things so there's no reason for you to do so. You're free."

"That's nice. I also hate being tied up."

"Well I already saw your past so I already expect that. You're quite amazing when you saved that little girl from almost being hit by a car."

"Even with all those broken bones you still manage to crawl just to ask the little girl is she's fine. What a man."

Suddenly I hear some giggles and get more embarrassed and hear.
