-Lord ! we have spotted unknown individuals !

I quickly woke up spooked from the sudden voice that came through my head it was very loud making me sweat profusely at the beggining...

I looked around i was still in the cave the sun didn't seem to be up yet was it still midnight ? how long did i sleep ?...i really need something like a clock soon...

-Lord ?

I shook my head a bit my throat was dry and i coughed couple times the air in the cave was moist making it a bit more easier for me to move the slimes that i was using as a substitute bed were also a bit shaken.

-yeah i am here whats going on

-lord as you ordered there are individuals walking in the forest.

The surveillance slimes that i assigned near blondys cave where doing their job pretty well aside from scaring the living crap out of me in the middle of the night.

-let me see.

I used my passive ability to borrow the senses of the slime that had sights on the people to my surprise when i used their "non-existing eyes" i noticed that these slimes also had night vision which was even more convenient.

It seems like the sun is going up in couple minutes so i didn't really wake up in the middle of the night.The activity of the forest also calmed down a lot one of the things i noticed about this forest is that most of the animals seemed to be nocturnal making the night so much dangerous if you aren't strong enough or you don't have any shelter to hide in.

The individuals the slime talked about were 3 people teenagers ? i assume 2 girls and 1 guy who were walking in the middle of the forest their get up showed that they also came from my world with jeans normal shirts and so on i still had some theories about this place but for now i just call this the fantasy world.

Their behavior showed they were scared shitless especially the guy who was walking behind the 2 girls......

I watched them closely i couldn't really understand where did they come from in the first place ?!

I asked the slime to tell me from where they came from in which he answered that they just appeared out of nowhere...like me.

The location where this group was, was near the cave where blondys group was staying if they continue this path they will soon see the cave and maybe meet up with blondys group at that point i really don't know what will happen but at the same time its not my responsibility.

I shut off my transmission link and lay down on the slimes as i did so i noticed that the slimes that i send last night to transport the equipment already arrived and waited here patiently when i saw these many slimes i was a bit speechless there were really a lot of them i already knew how many there were but still seeing it with your own eyes was a lot different then knowing it.If i have to be honest i thought about how much food they would need to stay alive but then got informed by one of them that they didn't need food even dirt seemed to be able to be nutritious to them...well that was good to know.

Anyways the sun was starting to go up how does this saying go again? "the early bird gets the worm" ?

I started going through the different equipment and loot the slimes brought with them most of the items were pelts there were also cups and other ceramic utensils i even found a metal pan that was inside a crate one of the slimes brought with them.These must have been stolen by the goblins there were a lot of other crates the slimes brought with them.I only told the female goblins to load everything of use onto the slimes and bring them here i wasn't really giving any attention to the loot that was being transported or how much there was inside the cave...

I started looking through the items and was really happy about them too especially the cooking utensils that i found in one of the crates.There were also clothes in the other crates a bit rough and baggy but they would do.

I quickly changed clothes and was happy that i didn't need to wear anything dirty anymore the color of the clothes were brown and dark yellow a bit boring and i looked like a villager in a rpg i imagined but i was clean and felt fresh it was very satisfying.

I continued to rummage through the different items and sorted them out by their type there were a lot of rusty daggers and a few decent looking ones.The rusty long sword and the leather armor the hob-goblin used were really worn out the long sword had a lot of chips on its edges i was surprised it didn't break during the fight between blondy and the hob-goblin so i inspected the sword a bit closer i couldn't see anything extraordinary about the sword but behind the rust and dirt of the sword there were strange sigils engraved into the sword because i am not a human from this world i couldn't read what it was saying so i just left it alone for now.

I also found small hand axes and shovels which made me even more happy about the development i would use them later but for now i set them aside.

The other items in the craters were unimportant for now because i didn't have any use to them the main thing about these items were the utensils and new clothes and more tools and weapons now i only needed capable workers in which i looked at the dozens or so slimes that were waiting for my orders.

I smiled.

I started ordering the slimes around making groups of 5 each the current amount of slimes that were present here in my cave were 85 the other 51 slimes were next to blondys cave to make sure the female goblins were secure and stop them from doing anything stupid i would call the female slimes after 2 or 3 hours after the sun would fully shine my aim was to leave approximately 20 or 30 slimes at blondys place while the rest would escort the goblins over here.

For now i used the 85 slimes that i had here and made 17 different teams with 5 members in one team.

First i assigned the scout teams i used 3 slime teams to secure the area around us and made them into explorers there was no way i could start walking around the forest without getting spotted or eaten so i was using these slimes to get a basic lay out for the area i was in they would report me if they would find something and just give me an idea of how big this forest was.

Then i assigned the surveillance teams i used another 3 slime teams to make them.Each individual slime in this team would climb onto a big tree and just start warn us if anything would happen so we could start hiding or get ready to fight.

The next were the harvester teams these teams would go inside the forest and collect materials and food for me i also thought of teaching the slimes how to make easy traps to catch fresh meat because i really wouldn't want to have a fruit and veggie only diet on my menu since i got cooking utensils i wanted to make real food now.

I used 6 slime teams in this category leaving me with 5 teams which i used for personal purposes.

I finished assigning the roles in an hour or so they all started moving when i told them their role they seemed relatively excited to do something it seemed for slimes they were really a positive bunch.

I sat onto a empty crate that i was using as a chair for now so far so good the reason i made these 3 specific teams was only because they were the top priorities anything else comes in second as long as these 3 groups are alive and working my survival rate would jump exceptionally other then that...

-I need stronger protectors and work on this cave more the entrance is just lightly hidden if someone sees the slimes coming in and out from the cave it could become troublesome slimes aren't much when it comes to strength but....

I looked at the green oozy jelly being also known as slime they were strong if they coordinated together but being almost extraordinarily stupid when it comes to thinking for themselves they couldn't even protect their own lives hmm...is this the reason the beast just ignore the slimes ? because their stupid ? or is it just because they aren't even a being in front of their eyes is it the lack of meat these little slimy buns had on their body ?

I sighed i had so many questions regarding this world i really wish some kind of guy would show up and explain me everything its not like i can go and find a library or use the internet to look it up...

I stood from the crate and started walking towards the exit there were a lot of large branches in the cave i wanted to start teaching them how to build a wall but from now on i would need to do a lot things concerning these little guys.They depended on me or more like served me without knowing it clearly and at the same time i am depending on them both of us are weak making it almost a ironical group to be with..

I looked at one of the slimes again while patting it a little bit it was jiggling around like jelly i could feel it was happy with my patting as stupid as it looked.

I wondered can you guys ever become stronger can i ever become stronger ?

I had already used transmission to tell the slimes at blondys place to start escorting the female goblins to my place blondy was still out cold when i checked on her but she was okey and breathing her injury was also already healed because of her regeneration she should wake up after another hour or so the other 3 idiots were still tied up they didn't try to escape because they probably realized that they weren't going to get harmed but i still didn't untie them anyways...haha yes i am evil i admit.
