The One Moon Chapter 8
To Junghwan’s surprise, he saw a black messy-haired boy on the ground studying.
Moonhan got a lot of sleep the other day so he woke up early. Well, about 5 hours but Moonhan considered that a lot of sleep. Junghwan not knowing this nodded his head and glad that the younger got good sleep.
“Why don’t you pack up? We have to go the company and deal with your contract and school transfer.” said the older.
“I’m already done packing.”
Moonhan had a backpack stuffed with his stuff. It was a old and cheap looking one in blue that was teared up. There was evidence of reconstruction on the handles of the bag too. It seems it held a lot of stuff.
Moonhan who noticed that he was gazing at the bag said, “aH, the bag is good quality isn’t it. The couple next door gifted this to me.”
Moonhan was smiling at the thought of the kind restaurant owners. They helped take care of him and he wanted to repay them. Becoming an idol would help with that too. “I’ll work hard!!” He stated.
Junghwan smiled at him. He decided that he wasn’t a bad person and that he’ll get to know him normally as friends. While on the Bus to Swan Sea Ent. he resolved the issue about what to say to the CEO. He decided to tell him the truth and explain his criticism to him. It wasn’t a good way for team members to get close to each other. Suspecting Moonhan was such a judgemental thing to do.
The ride only took about 20 minutes. As Moonhan stepped off the stairs down the bus, he clutched on the handle of his bag. He was nervous. Starting a new life with new people and a new school. “I hope it’s worthwhile. No I’ll make it worthwhile”, he thought. He had to always be positive. Being positive helped push him through hard times and go on with life.

“It’s 5 minutes away from here, you want to grab a drink before we go? I’ll pay.” Junghwan remembered the money Mr. Seo gave him and decided to keep some of it and use some of it. Mr. Seo never said to return it.
“Really? Thanks!”
They proceeded to walk into the convenience store. Junghwan followed Moonhan in. He grabbed a banana milk for himself and steamed buns, a few sweet potato chips for the other members and extra banana milk.
“Moonhan, are you ready?” Junghwan turning towards where he was.
“Junghwan hyung, chocolate milk or banana milk?”
Thinking that Moonhan asked because he didn’t know which one to choose he went for the banana milk.
“Ah, I want to pay for this drink. I want to thank you for helping me yesterday.”
“You want to pay for your own drink?”
“No no, I didn’t know what you like so I asked for you to pick one and it would be for you.”
“Then, what are you getting for yourself? I’ll pay for that.” Thankful for the offer but seeing he didn’t pick something for himself yet.
“Then, is it okay if you pay for me?”
“Yes, of course. I already stated I’m paying for you. Mr. Seo gave me some money.”
“Ah, yes.” Moonhan said.
“Then, I’ll take this”, a snack in a skinny bright red packaging was slid into his sight.
“What an interesting choice. You have a more senior taste. Do you like red bean jelly?”
“No, I’ve never tried it but I always see the restaurant couple fighting over the last piece. So I want to taste how good it is that arguments will be fought to get it.”
“I see. But are there any foods you like and want to eat or drink?”

“I don’t know, I’ve only bought ramen, bread or rice rolls, steamed buns, and water from convenience stores. Oh, I drink plain milk from time to time too.”
“Have you tried banana milk before?”
“No.”
“Ok.” Junghwan then proceeded to empty the shelf of red bean jelly and snacks nearby also fell into the basket. He was violent and shoved his hand in to grab all the nearby snacks. When he thought there was enough snacks, he increased the amount of banana milk and added flavors of melon, chocolate, and mint chocolate. He wanted Moonhan to try all kinds of flavors. Then, he grabbed 7 Pororo drinks. One for each member.
“...” Moonhan stared at Junghwan and the basket in astonishment with mouth open surprised at the sight.
“Hyung, can you afford all this and why did you suddenly grab all this stuff?”
“...” “I want to get enough food to feed the members too.”
He lied a little. It was true but what made him do it was really him feeling bad that Moonhan didn’t have a normal childhood.
“You… You wasted your childhood, my friend. I can’t believe you haven’t tried any of these. You need too, they are a delicious part of life and they taste good!”
“Ha…haha.. Thank you…” Moonhan didn’t have the heart to reject and it would be embarrassing for both of them to place the food and drinks back.
Junghwan payed and the store clerk laughed at the sight. They then started walking to the company with bags full of snacks and drinks.

My Life is Not a Manga, or maybe...
Xavier had a happy, humdrum life: normal friendships, a normal girlfriend, a somewhat oddball family. Until, that is, he literally stumbled through the fourth wall and discovered he was the protagonist of a manga. Now he's scrambling to maintain any semblance of control over his own life in the face of something he never imagined he would need to contend with: the power of the Genre. Hello, E.O. Tenkey here; thank you for your interest in "Not A Manga"! This was my first serial novel, and I hope you enjoy Xavier's predicament! Familiarity with manga not required (though it can't hurt)! I look forward to exploring the bounds of the Genre with you. (First volume is rated PG-13 for comic mayhem and light profanity—these are high school students, after all. Second volume is rated PG-13 to R for some violence and similar levels of profanity. Tags may or may not contain spoilers.)

Across the Realms [Dropped]
Disclaimer: I'll leave this on here for anyone to read. The last time I uploaded a chapter was nearly a year ago, and to all the readers who still kept their trust in me after I came back from my umpteenth hiatus, I am sorry. I will not carry on writing this; I started off without the correct foundations of a novel, nor commitment to fully finish it and I do not want to lie to you all once again. Maybe one day, I may decide to re-write the novel, with a new basis or at least a comprehensive starting point with many of the narrative errors cleared up; but, till then, this is goodbye. And, once again, thank you for the motivation you gave me. Even now, I see many emails come through with people commenting. Goodbye. A child blessed by the Astral. An unprecedented destiny. Watch his path, as he marches up the stairway of Heaven. A March of a Sovereign. [Adventure, Wuxia, Martial Arts, Fantasy] This is a Qihuan novel; it has eastern and western fantasy elements. More often than not in Xianxia or Xuanhuan there is a severe lack of character development, being a western writer I'm changing that. My characters, from my totally unbiased view, feel fleshed out and actually have emotions. This is my first attempt at a novel, I'm writing as a means to better convey my thoughts. I will, hopefully, steadily improve chapter-by-chapter. I'm very open to feedback and constructive criticism. As one can see this is a cultivation novel, so you know how this goes. I've decided to jump-start the whole rags-to-riches scenario. He is strong from the start and is given the utility to do so. *The cover art is not my own, all rights reserved to the owner. I will take it down if necessary. *The style of the recent chapters is comparatively different than Chapter 1.

A Soul's Wish
Hey everyone! Just a heads up. I am adding the Traumatising content tag because some parts might be considered as, well, traumatising. I want to point out though, it is not my aim to make a story that focuses on this aspect. Yuki is a college freshman that has been pulled into a fantasy world full of magic and monsters. Without any special talents, at level one, and with only a mere wisp as a companion he will need to figure out how to survive in the hostile environment. As he grows stronger and travels across this new world, he will find friends, make enemies, learn betrayal, overcome obstacles and grow into a hero. Hopefully. His goal? To save a princess, of course. A classic adventure fantasy story set in another world. Cover by the lovely Sara Lucasi Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/saralucasi/
