《Kirishima X Reader Beauty and the Beast AU》Chapter twenty-two Kirishima

When Shinso came by, he was talking about a green haired boy but it never clicked until You/N explained everything after seeing the painting, I was upset, but I couldn't let myself dwell on that now, I had to focus on the present, enjoy it while I can, and let me just say, I'm enjoying spending time with Y/N, she's beautiful, funny, kind, and smart too! I know I haven't spent much time with her, but just the amount of time I have spent, I realize that I love her, she makes my world complete, I don't know how I can ever live without her.
We talked about random things, and it turns out Y/N could make anything interesting! Bakugo left sometime ago to start dinner, Iida and Shoji followed to help him, along with some insults from bakugo since he claimed he didn't need help. I pulled Y/N into my lap and she immediately stopped talking, squeaking as she turned beat red, I don't really know what possessed me to do that but I don't regret it.
The others stopped and turned, confused as to why we stopped talking and smirked when they saw why. "It's about time," Shinso says, with Denki nodding in agreement.
"S-shut up,” Y/N says, blushing redder than before. Slowly, she moved to lay her head on my chest, I began to gently rub her back, smiling slightly. I started to hum slightly as we were both very content with each other like that, ignoring the snickers and grins from the others. Everyone sat there cuddling with their loved ones while Bakugo was in the kitchen cooking. I felt kinda bad for Bakugo, he didn’t have anyone, I always thought he and Deku would get together, but that didn’t exactly work out.
It was nice until Dabi showed up, everything went to hell. There was fire shooting out in random places, ice was being shot, rocks were dropped, and much more. It was a warzone, I went to fight Dabi while trying to protect Y/N, unfortunately I lost track of her, I knew she could take care of herself though, so I didn’t worry too much. Dabi shot his fire straight at me, it was too fast, I wasn’t able to dodge it, it’s ok though, as long as Y/N was ok, I’d be happy. What I didn’t expect was for Y/N to jump in front of me, causing the fire to hit Y/N instead of me. “Y-Y/N,” I mutter, catching her in my arms, holding her close as Denki eltrocutes Dabi. “I’m sorry, this is all my fault,” Y/N whispers, a smile on her face.
“No, it isn’t,” I whisper, moving a strand of her hair out of her face.
“Kirishima...I have something I need to tell you, I-I love you,” she whispers, tears falling down her face, “I’m sorry I didn’t realize it sooner.”
“I love you too,” I whisper, leaning down, connecting my lips to hers. Something weird started to happen and I felt the fur disappear off my body, I pulled away from the kiss, since we both would need air soon anyways and gasped, I was turning human?
I heard Y/N giggle as she saw my human form, “I think you looked better as a beast,” she says, putting her palm on my cheek. I chuckle, as tears fall down my face, “don’t cry,” she whispers.
“Sorry, I know this isn’t very manly of me is it?”
“I think it’s very manly,” she whispers, “can you bring Shinso over here please?” I nod and look over at Shinso, motioning for him to come over with my head.
Once he realized what was going on, his eyes widened and he ran over, “Y/N!” He shouts, crouching down beside her, “don’t worry, you’ll be ok, I promise I’ll get you help!” He exclaims.
“No, listen to me, I need you to tell dad, papa, and Eri that I’m sorry and that I love them, tell them I died a painless death, tell them I died happy, and most of all tell them I-...” Y/N trails off, as her eyes roll into the back of her head, and her body goes limp.
“Y/N,” I whimper out, holding her body tight as I let out an ear piercing scream.I sobbed as I held her, not caring about anything around me. I gently picked up her body, and took her inside, knowing she would be more comfortable in the house. Silent tears fell down my face as I gently laid her on the couch. I sniffled a little and heard a loud bang, along with shouts.

I groaned, not wanting to go back out there and leave Y/N, but I knew I’d have too sooner or later, so I stood up and stormed outside, “What’s going on?” I ask, looking around. Everyone was human now and was glaring at something, Sero was holding Bakugo back as he growled.
I looked over in that direction and saw Midoryia and the psychopath he betrayed us for. “What are you doing here?” I hiss, stepping in front of everyone.
“Well, Toga has something to admit about the curses she put on everyone since you kinda broke the curse.”
Midroia then motions to Toga and looks at everyone, “I also put a curse on your lover, making it to where she couldn’t use her quirk safely, I knew that she would be your lover so I tried that, hoping she wouldn’t come in the woods without her quirk but alas I was wrong,” Toga says, frowning, “anyways the curse should be lifted since she found love…”
I cut her off with a growl, running at her, “You bitch! She’s dead, she’ll never enjoy her quirk again!” Shinso holds me back, knowing I was about to kill someone that had blond space buns. I glanced over at Bakugo who had broke down in tears, which was unusual for him but he had a good reason, and no it wasn’t because of Y/N, it was because he was in love with Midoriya. (Please don’t be in love with someone else XD, sry I’ll leave now.) “We should go inside, come on guys. I wanted out of this situation and to be back with Y/N, even if she was...I couldn’t even admit it to myself.
Everyone nodded and we all walked inside, Eri was in the living room, staring at Y/N’s body, Shinso’s eyes widened and ran over to Eri, picking her up, “Eri,” he whispers, “are you ok?”
“She...she can’t be dead, right? She’s just pretending, she’ll wake up soon right? She has too!” Eri yells, whimpering.
“I’m sorry Eri,” Shinso whispers, hugging his sister tightly, “but she’s gone…” Eri’s whimpers turned into sobs, as she hugged her brother tighter. “Denki, can you do me a favor?”
“Yeah, anything,” Karminari says, looking at him.
“I don’t wanna leave Y/N or Eri, can you go to my house and get dad and papa?”
“Yeah o-of course,” he says softly, “do you still live in the same place?”
“Yeah, we do…”
He nods, “I’ll be as quick as possible,” he says, running out. Eri holds onto him tighter as she crys, Shinso rubbing her back, soothingly. I sat down beside Y/N laying her head in my lap, stroking her hair. The rest of the room was silent, mourning the loss of their friend as they sat around the couch, some crying, some just staring into the abyss, and some were laying down and thinking, it’s the quietest it's ever been in the castle.
