《Ley World-The Game》Chapter 29

After bandaging his body with some sheets he had bought on the Kill-Store, he began walking along the island. His leg was slowly healing, and he hadn't found any more of those tree-beasts. It seemed that he had killed most of the ones in the vicinity.

While walking, he casually went through the Kill-Store, looking at some more purchasable skills. There were a lot here that would help him fight, but they only worked in certain scenarios he didn't see himself getting into often. The skills from the Store seemed to be better if he custom-made them. They would work just as he wanted, even if at a greater cost.

Looking at the Kill Coins, he saw the nice number of 613,219 coins. After many battles, he had found that it wasn't just the level difference that affected coins gained, but also how hard the fight was in general. If he blew up a ship with a massive rocket, then he would barely get anything. But if he destroyed a ship by punching his way into its core and detonating it, he would gain many more, as it was harder for him.

While walking, he quickly decided to do something he hadn't every done, look at the weapons tab. The pick worked, but soon enough he would have to get actual weapons. He was still going to stick with his Pistol and Sword, but he would probably give up on his Fighting Style for now. it was way too over-exaggerated. He had taken some down-time to look up normal fighting styles, and none of them had half of the things his did. He would change that later.

Looking through the list, he found many items. Some were massive railguns that had to be mounted on the floor before firing, some were canes that would shoot out the end. Some were rings that while small had extremely thin lasers on them.

After going through a few of them, he decided to custom create a pistol.

First, he imagined what it would look like. He designed it inside-out, almost as if he was building a pistol from scratch, which he technically was. It was the same size as his old pistol, but was shaped like a Magnum Revolver.

He didn't know why he chose that, but he did. The second thing he did, was make it so that he would never drop it on death. Lastly, he added an ability to it called Soul-Growth. It would get stronger the more times it's bullets hit an enemy. It would start so weak that it couldn't even dent a Wormin, but after shooting it enough, it would be strong enough to blast through those Tree-Beasts.

Finishing the customization, he looked at it's price. 235,000 coins.

*Not bad for something that I'll keep forever.*

He bought it, and with it quickly made a sword that would do the same, but got stronger the more times it slashed an opponent.

The sword was katana-shaped, and roughly the length of his hip to mid-calf. It was pitch black, with a dark blue guard and hilt.

It also came with a scabbard that would never get broken by that sword.

Happy with his purchases, he checked his stats to see that his leg injury had lightened up slightly. It was now only a 30% debuff, as opposed to 50%. Looking down the horizon, he saw that sun had barely moved since he had landed a few hours prior. This planet rotated, as otherwise this side of the planet would be melting hot, but apparently very slowly.

Leaving that, Sear quickly mined a hole in the ground before covering it and letting himself get some shut-eye.

He awoke some random number of hours later, and got ready to continue exploring the island he had landed on. This was one of the smaller landmasses of the planet, as he had seen 3 others roughly 10x the size.

This one would probably still take a few days to explore, but it would be much faster than the others. With all this time for exploring, he could probably increase his endurance and agility a bit more. His weapons would probably also gain much more strength. While he was here he quickly inspected them.

Name Zebonre Rank Soul-Weapon Recommended Levels All Description A soul-sword bound to Relfem. It will gain strength the more times it get slashed against an enemy. Slashes against enemy players, monsters, or even ships will count. Name Zelyre Rank Soul-Weapon Recommended Levels All Description A soul-pistol bound to Relfem. It will gain strength the more times it's shots impact against an enemy. Shots against enemy players, monsters, or even ships will count.

He quickly thought about what a soul-weapon was, and a screen appeared before him.

Soul-Weapons are weapons that people can find in Dungeons that have a higher boss level than 10,000. They are bound by stabbing yourself with it. It will not injure you. As for cases like yours, since you purchased them they were automatically bound to you. Once bound, they can only be unbound when if the wielder decides they no longer wants it. To get rid of the bond, they must stab themselves in the heart. They will die from this, and all their stats will be reduced by 99% for 1 week afterwards. In cases where the Soul-Weapons have been together for a long time with their owner, in cases of unbinding, the weapon will explode and form a miniature black whole that destroys all solar-systems nearby.

*Well then. That's pretty interesting. I guess I won't be letting go of this things ever. I should probably also get someSoul bound armours, but those will be much more expensive as I'll have to make them resistance to everything as well as also growing. They will also need to be super-light and flexible while still being extremely strong.*

*For now, I can go without armours like I've been going, but soon, very soon, I'll be going against things much stronger than before.*

Checking his stats, he saw that his injury was finally fully healed. He had been walking for a few hours while thinking, but now that he was better, he began running. He was still inspecting things but so far hadn't found anything to fight.

Pushing forward, his body went from a normal walking speed to roughly twice the speed of sound. It seemed that as your stats get higher, their impact would lessen. For saw, One stat point from 10 to 11 would increase your speed by 10%, but going from 2,000 Agility to 4,000 Agility didn't actually double your speed. He didn't know how it worked, but he didn't care. He was getting stronger, and thats all he cared about.
