Volume 1 Chapter 4: Luckily unlucky
Me: “Ugh….”
I let out a small groan as I felt intense pain all throughout my body...
It's a feeling that as if someone used me as a training dummy and repeatedly truck me with a metallic bat non-stop....
It’s so painful that I can't feel anything else but pain...
Me: "...This place?"
Looking around, I noticed that I was not in the yard anymore...
Me: "This place is... my bedroom in [Mistel]"
I quickly notice the room's interior has the same look as [Mistel]. I could be wrong... I Hope its [Mistel]
I wonder what happened, did my experiment succeed? I can't remember what happened yesterday. In fact, it feels like some parts of my memories are missing... I would have laughed at this if this was my typical forgetfulness but this time is different.
Me: “Ugh… [Show status effect]”
Just to be safe, I opened up status effects.

I could make a wild guess regarding Weakened as it could be a recoil effect because of the experiment's result, but I can't make anything out of Self-Sacrifice.

It must be because of Self-Sacrifice... When did I even get this? Then it means God Abilities is somehow the same as Special Abilities? What about Professions? since I don’t have one I can’t really test it. Me: *Sigh* “…I guess I’m stuck in bed for two and a half da-” While saying that, the blanket that was covering me slightly moved… In my current state, I could barely move my body because of the pain. I can only lift my head a bit and stared at the part of the blanket that moved. I stared at it for a good 60 seconds before deciding to go back to sleep as I started to feel drowsy But Before I could lay my head down on the soft pillow, the blanket moved again and this time, a head was slightly showing itself out of the blanket Seeing this, I began to move despite the pain. I try to move my body away, but it seems that the person underneath the blanket is pulling me! I was left with no other choice but to wiggle my whole body hoping to break free from the grip. Me: “Let go of me!” ???: "......?" The blanket slowly begins to rise, revealing a beautiful girl hiding underneath the blanket. She slowly approaches my face while intently staring at me... looking directly into my eyes. Her face is very close to mine as I could feel her warm breath, but I noticed that her blue eyes appeared soulless... Me: “…uh” I was confused at the situation unfolding in front of me... We stayed in that position for a minute before the girl lay down on the bed again and hugged me... I stared at her while still confused... Strength - “Able to break mountains with a single strike” Agility - “Able to tamper with space and time” Endurance - “Able to achieve invulnerability” Vitality - “Able to achieve immortality” Intellect - “Able to use all forms of magic” Let me take a wild guess here~ So if you pick an attribute and pair it with your nature, it will become your title? For example, picking [Strength] and you 'love to fight'; you’ll eventually have the title [God of War]? Maybe it’s because of my poor habit of choosing… I don’t regret picking luck though but… somehow, the description was something to make me greatly worry. The description was written on the mysterious white screen instead of the standard blue screen… > Good Luck? Bad Luck? It's still the same luck! Something will definitely happen! Are you familiar with the term: The Butterfly Effect? It has this very strange aura around it… It makes me think that “I’ve dug up my own grave haven’t I?” As for [The Butterfly Effect], I believe it was that “Even for the smallest action, it can change the universe or something” I have a very bad feeling about this… I hope this bad feeling is from the Weakened or Self-Sacrifice status effect.Advertisement

It's an adventure slice of life journey and tons of trash talking. I mean how could a weeb not be good at trash talking, have you not read a wuxia before? Currently in the middle of revision, so bear with me on grammar and tense issues. Will be done within this life time.
