Some of the items that are sold here are even more expensive than things used by ‘Pillar Formation’ cultivators, ‘Noble Armaments’!

For cultivators at ‘Qi Immersion’, shopping here was 100% the exact opposite of getting a bang for your buck, but well, what’s money for if not to splurge, right? And since Xianyi’s entitled to everything on this floor for free…

Wearing this, young noble Xianyi, you will not have to worry about any attacks from those beneath ‘Pillar Formation’!” Xiao Chan explained, gesturing at a black armor that was decorated by a kind of beast fur.

In the ‘Great Qin’ cultivation started with ‘Qi Immersion’ and leads to ‘Pillar Formation’, the noble ‘Lords’ of the ‘Mortal realm’, then ‘Sacred Pagoda’, the revered ‘Kings’ who rule over the mundane world, and ends at ‘Hallowed Court’, ‘Emperors’ unrivaled amongst ‘Mortals’!

The ‘Peak Noble Armament’ in question corresponds to the peak of ‘Pillar Formation’.

Xianyi himself was a ‘Qi Immersion’ cultivator, and most, if not all of the ‘Great Qin’s cultivators at his age were at his level, even including the most talented, so, this armor making him invincible beneath 'Qi Immersion', would clearly make him nigh-invincible among those aiming to enroll in the ‘Radiant Sea Institute’!

Studying the armor, Xianyi knocked on its metal exterior a few times, before asking, blushing slightly as he did.

“Um…Big sister Chan, err…is this armor-”

“Worth more than a dime?” Xiao Juan interrupted from the side, finishing Xianyi’s sentence, before questioning in a playful tone, “if we say it is, will you take it as well?”

“Well…uh…I have to make good use of senior Fang’s promise!” Xianyi replied, smiling bashfully.

“Hehe, young noble Xianyi, you have quite the appetite, don’t you?” Xiao Juan chided, smiling sweetly, before beckoning at one of the men following behind them, “you there, come pack this up for young noble Xianyi as well!”

Quickly, the man walked forward and packed away the armor, before rejoining the large convoy of porters behind Xianyi. This large convoy of Xianyi’s, was made up of dozens of burly men, each pushing along a large wooden cart, filled with dozens of boxes. Clearly, Xianyi had taken Qingtian’s advice to heart, and had taken literally everything worth more than a dime…

Although Xianyi was slightly ashamed, but well, this was an easy opportunity to get rich, and most importantly, Qingtian's commands were something he didn't dare refute in the slightest!

“Well, young noble Xianyi, shall we see the next item?” Xiao Chan inquired politely, motioning towards the next exhibit of precious items.

Although Xiao Chan and Xiao Juan were both still very courteous on the outside, they were both very, very angry. How could they not be? Xiao Juan’s proposal caused Xiao Chan’s eyes to gleam brightly, and she gave the former a subtle nod, as a cold smile crept up her lips. Soundlessly, she stepped away,

“Ah!” Xianyi exclaimed…

Xianyi’s inability to stay still had caused the luxurious sword to fall out of its exhibit, and land on the floor, the jade ornament on its hilt shattering to pieces upon impact.

“Hehe…” Xianyi laughed wryly, and smiled embarrassingly as he spoke, “the blade still looks alright, I might as well take this one too?”

Xianyi’s words almost made Xiao Juan’s lungs burst from anger…shameless, too shameless, incomparably shameless! This little rogue!

As Old Fang’s favored attendants, despite being orphans, they were considered of high social status, comparable to the upper nobles of the ‘Nine Sun Empire’, and thanks to their beauty, they have had their fair share of experiences with shameless young masters…but this little fellow…they had never seen anyone so…lacking in propriety!

Hearing this youth correct himself over and over, Xiao Chan was almost overcome by a wild urge to gut the brat alive, before stuffing his corpse with dog shit, and burying it in filthiest, most disgusting pig pen she could find!

Gritting her teeth so hard that they made creaking noises, Xiao Chan politely smiled at Xianyi as she explained.

“Young noble Xianyi, these treasures are only external strength, having more of them is meaningless, so Xiao Chan was planning to take Young noble to see some things that will help augment Young noble’s strength, in a more permanent manner…”

“Eh…things that can permanently increase my strength? Hmm…they should be worth more than a dime as well…” Xianyi muttered along, his eyes sparkling, before replying, with a pleased smile, “alright then! I can just come back for more of these treasures later!”

When the words spoken by Xianyi entered Xiao Chan’s ears, she became so furious the sword in her hand was blasted to dust instantly by the torrent of qi billowing out of her body, and the convoy of porters behind were forced to their knees as the wooden carts they were pushing along tipped over, spilling the hundreds of treasures onto the ground.

Yet…Xianyi was somehow unaffected…not because Xiao Chan was careful not to hurt him, well, maybe partly, because after all, as much as every single word that came out of the damned rascal’s mouth made her feel heart-rending anger, she could not afford to hurt him, lest she injure the good relationship the Trove Lord was trying to form with his siblings. But, at the height of her anger, she had truly lost control for a sliver of a moment and had been unable to rein in her oppressive might!

With her cultivation at ‘Full Completion’ of her seventh pillar within ‘Pillar Formation’…her oppressive might should’ve knocked the little rascal clean off his feet at the very least, yet, he compared completely unbothered! The relationship between ‘Qi Immersion’ and ‘Pillar Formation’ was one of a subject and their lord, hence the title of ‘Pillar Formation’ cultivators, ‘Lords’ of the mundane world, yet, this youth didn't even shake in the slightest before her!

Suppressing the shock and worry she had in her heart, Xiao Chan revealed a gentle smile as she asked.

“Please lead the way then!” Xianyi replied, nodding happily, appearing unconcerned by the words the young woman had initially spoken.

“Then, this way please…” Xiao Chan smiled brightly as she gestured towards a large oaken door on the far side of the room. “Xiao Chan is sure that young noble will have a life-changing experience today…”
