《Summoner's Pact》The Big Meeting (1)

“Is this normal?” I asked Xue who was still looking at me, her disappointment illustrated through a deep frown.
“Please… for the moment, refrain from looking at me. Your lecherous aura is still fresh, and I require time to find peace and restrain myself from causing something I will regret later my depraved disciple. As for the elf, I have no answers for what has transpired.” While as cute as she might appear being slightly flustered, I was sure that the only thing stopping her from performing a very violent act was that I was still her disciple.
How the hell was I supposed to know you would get front row seats to my thoughts. Maybe next time give a guy a heads up on that.
“Eh, fuck her. An Uppity bitch if I ever saw one. What's it matter if she now looks like a statue.” Having taken a seat once again at the table, although this time much closer, Reol gave Alice a caustic glance, which also turned towards Xue for a split second.
At least Xue was too focused on me to notice it. God knows my home couldn’t deal with any more catfights.
“Well, I don’t think she’s going to waking up any time soon, so let's see if I can’t summon a certain dragon who was supposed to be here by now.” It was almost 10:15am, and Alsha was nowhere to be seen despite me having told her the night before we would be having a meeting the following morning.
Lucia’s playful little smile, turned upside down as her grip on my side tightened. The battle from the day before still likely fresh on her mind.
“Relax, She promised to behave, so I’d like the same from you. Please?” Giving her hand a supportive squeeze, I pulled myself away from her, a slight wobble in my step due to physical exhaustion.
Now how was I going to summon her? From what I could tell, I didn’t need to speak anything to perform a summon, but as I had done with Alice the day before it just felt easier to chant a few words.
Looking at Alice, who was still unconscious on the floor, I remember how my irritation at her had led me to create a chant, so I decided to do the same for Alsha.
Bothersome, Powerful, Selfish….. And enough Greed to make a higher up from the Autarky feel lacking. Those were the things that first came to mind when thinking about the stupid dragon. Even her beauty was put aside as it could not compete with the mess that was her personality.
Eventually, after, a minute, I conceived something accurate enough that wasn’t too long.
“Oh, woe is me and my luck,
For I summoned a stupid fuck.
Arrogant and robust,
The only good thing about her is her bust.
But now I have her in my hold.
Just got to find some gold.”
With the chant complete, I felt the mana within me drain away. The operation with my yang had only consumed around 25 percent, so I felt like I still had around 15 percent of my total mana left after the summoning. I could also swear I heard muffled laughter, but too focused on the task at hand, I ignored it.

A quick flash of white, followed by a hot wind spread into the kitchen.
Note to self, the summoning seems to bring some of the air around the summonee with them.
Now on the floor, Alsha laid sleeping like she hadn’t just been teleported a couple hundred feet from her room.
She didn’t even move, her light snores echoing throughout the silent kitchen.
Oh, did I mention she was naked? Because me and my great intellect had forgotten she still didn't have any clothes. Only the light quilt that looked like it had seen better days hid parts of her toned olive figure.
“Wait a sec! I didn’t do this on purpose, I swear!” Turning towards Ms. Prude, the cultivator I only had the chance to watch her fingers snap before my eyesight left me again as it had with my morning lesson.
-(The Host has been struck with a Temporary Blind Debuff (Unnamed) (Not a hidden effect)…..Dexterity down 49% Current Dexterity G(-) Rank)-
Did she make a fucking remote off switch for my eyesight!
“Quiet! Your yang has been moving towards a detestable path, and I will not allow any more deviancy. You will sit there and calm down while I make this beast more presentable.” Voice laced with arctic ice, I knew I’d reached Xue’s bottom limit.
“Fucking hell, it's not my fault….” I felt like I was one of those shitty anime mc’s who kept getting into ridiculous situations.
“Ah, don’t pout Lucas, it's just a stupid muscle freak if you really want I’ll show you mine later.” Lucia, who had relaxed once again, was back to her ways as she made a bold statement. As to exactly what she specifically meant, I’ll just put it out of mind.
“Don’t tempt my disciple with your advances Vixen, I am not sure of what exactly you are, but I can tell the two of you share enough blood to be considered siblings.” While I couldn't see anything, I could just perfectly picture Xue’s eyebrows standing on edge.
“Oh, you jealous of our intimacy?” Feeling Lucia press her very soft chest to my arm, I sensed the yang with me burn a little hotter.
“Of course not, we are Master and Disciple. That is all.” Without a trace of falsehood, Xue gave her answer and then simply ignored Lucia.
A few minutes pass by in which I felt small pieces of plastic hit my head from the direction Reol was sitting while Lucia simply chose to giggle as I simmered in annoyance.
Finally, I heard Xue snap her fingers, and my eyesight returned to me.
Alsha, who looked like she hadn’t moved at all was now wearing a loose pair of silk pants, as well as a sleeveless black top similar to what you might see actors in a Chinese themed martial arts movie wear.
As for exactly how she had managed to put it on without moving Alsha, I’ll probably never figure out.
“Now, we only need to wake the beast. As the one who brought us all together this morning, it is your responsibility.” With her usual demeanor having returned Xue move to sit.

In mid-air.
I decided not to put the fact that she could do that to mind and just move over towards the sleeping Alsha.
“Hey… Wake up?” With a yell, I pushed on her shoulder but didn’t get a response.
“Be rougher!” Lucia encouraged me, the little witch obviously just wanting me to provoke Alsha. Unfortunately, with how deep she was in her sleep, I didn’t really have a choice, so I used all my strength and pushed her hard, but like some sort of weighted punching bag, she just rolled back to her previous position.
“Now what? Turning to the other girls, I saw Xue had her eyes closed in meditation as she floated there while Reol and Lucia were whispering to each other. After a few more seconds, they nodded, and Reol spoke up.
“Slap her with everything you got! If that doesn't work at least, you'll at least get to relieve some stress.” With sinister grins plastered to there faces Lucia and Reol urged me on,
Sighing internally, I just looked at the bright side, if pushing her hard hadn’t woken her I doubted my weak slap with would wake her.
Winding my hand back I didn’t even have the chance to swing down before I felt a chill strike me and I pushed myself backward, dodging someone elses swing with but a hairs breath to spare.
Tile shards flew everywhere as one skimmed my skin, leaving a scratch on my face due to how close to the point of impact I was.
“What Wurm dares make an attack on this One while she rests.” A lazy voice boomed outwards, its owner, of course, being Alsha.
Sitting upright, she yawned with enough power that I felt it in my bones. Her eyelids still showing how she still hadn’t fully woken up.
“Just trying to wake up an idiot.” The words left me without a second thought. Which was probably a bad thing considering the temperament of the one receiving said words,
The sleepy appearance disappeared in an instant as Alsha’s sharp gaze focused in on me.
“Thou best not be speaking of this One.” Tensing up I knew I should let it slide, but seeing those volcanic crimson eyes, I couldn’t help but want to fight back.
“Maybe if a certain dragon hadn’t been sleeping when she should have been awake and ready for the meeting, she wouldn’t be getting called an idiot.” Looking straight into her eyes, I held my ground, the blood in my veins pumping faster as I felt a strange excitement rise within me.
Instead of the usual retort though I watched as her slitted pupils contracted as her stare at me intensified.
“Fascinating, thou hath changed since the day before. The internal flame within you has matured.” Shocked at how quickly she had picked up on my new condition, I caught sight of Xue opening her own eyes to glare at Alsha. A bit of surprised mixed in them at how sharp the dragon's intuition was.
Guess she wasn’t just muscle and wrath.
Standing up, she towered four and a half inches over me, a small sneer painting her face as she looked down at me.
Annoyed at her obvious jab at my height but with no way to respond, I turned away and made my way back to the table to start the meeting. Alice, who was still passed out in the corner, would have to be filled in later if she even decided to help. She probably won't be happy with the makeover though.
“Ok, now that everyone’s here I can inform you all with our current problems and how I plan to solve them. Suggestions are welcome but, if they turn out ridiculous, I’ll ignore any future ones for the rest of the meeting.”
No one said anything and just looked at me. A peculiar pressure falling on my shoulders as the weight of everything we were going to do came to the forefront of my mind.
“First of all, just to make sure everyone understands, Summoning you all was an accident, I did not expect to summon other people, and I don’t have any plans or methods to control you. I also have no way to return you to your previous worlds, so I'm sorry if you were pulled from your loved ones. Also, you all read the pact. I’m responsible for all of you and your lives as just as important as my own. I hope you’ll all cooperate with me so we can establish something here together.” A let my shitty speech out to make sure everyone knew exactly what my views on them being here with me meant and how it affected them.
The girls mostly remained stoic, but I could spot a few emotions dance across all their faces.
“My world is probably very different from all of yours. Mana or Essence or whatever else you might call it has probably always existed, but no one in my world uses it, or at least consciously. But that does not mean those of my world are weak. As you are all from other worlds, I need money to obtain fake papers so that the lot of you can actually go out into the world without being arrested and found out that you're not exactly like the rest of us. Unfortunately, I’m a broke ass bitch, and I don’t have anywhere near the funds to procure the papers I need for all of you.”
“So that's where Muta Beasts and the Gardens come in.”
Looking at all the girls again, only Lucia didn’t look lost as I prepared myself.
With with exaggerated movements, I slammed a map down onto the kitchen table.
“We're going hunting.”

My Failed Reincarnation as a Demon’s Prisoner
When Kayn opened his eyes in the empty void, he was met with a familiar voice and the knowledge that he was neither dead nor alive and about to be reincarnated. What he didn't expect was to reappear in the world of the living and immediately get captured by a clan of demons, now living as their prisoner. After a lucky encounter, Kayn stumbles upon a room that could possibly give him what he needs to free himself from their captivity. But, as he soon finds out, escaping from the demon queen herself isn't the easiest of tasks... **DISCLAIMER**This story attempts to be quite comedic (I don't know if I'm doing a great job at it) and will be more comedy heavy at the start than later on. As the situations Kayn finds himself in become more grave, the story will become serious and less comedy oriented. There will always be comedy throughout, but at some point I do plan on shifting the focus. I'd love to hear everyones opinion on whether the comedy should be kept in full, or dialed back a little so the plot can take centre stage more often. Happy reading!
