Damien reached the cafeteria just as it was opening. He started to stack food onto his plate until he had enough to serve three or four people.
As soon as he was happy with the amount of food he had, he went to a bench, sat down and dug in. Before long Damien finished his food but he still felt hungry, so he went and picked up another four plates worth of food and started eating again.
He finished it and yet he felt barely full, so decided to eat another plate of food and this time he just ate a normal portion and finally, he felt decently full.
Looking at his empty plate, he felt a weird tingle on the back of his neck and decided to look around him.
When Damien looked around he found that everyone around him was looking at him with wide eyes like they were looking at a gluttonous monster. Seeing their looks, Damien looked about with a bashful smile and let out a nervous laugh as he scratched the back of his head. He got up and took his plates to a place where they would be collected and then cleaned before he walked out of the cafeteria quickly and decided to go back to his dorm to finish his Alignment with his Martial arts training.
Once he arrived back at the dorm he quickly entered his dorm room and found Michael sitting on his bed with a Bow on his lap, he was seemingly in meditation, probably using a mental refinement art which allows Mage type metahumans to use their abilities more effectively and with more efficiency. What surprised Damien though was that Michael had a bow, it made Damien wonder why. As Michael had a mage ability, not a ranged physical ability.
Damien shrugged his shoulders, knowing that Michael would explain when he stopped meditating and went back over to where he practiced his martial art earlier and sat down. Sitting down he went through the method for the aligning his body, mind and spirit, or his BMS as he called it, and lifted his body with his hands again and slowly removed the number of fingers he used until was back where he was before - Only using his two thumbs.
He then prepared himself and slowly removed one of his thumbs and as soon as he did this, the pressure immediately hit him.

If the times when he removed fingers before felt like the gravity he was experiencing had been increased by many-folds, this time it felt like the gravity had increased by many-fold but there were also chains of considerable weight were hanging off of his body with people trying to pull him over with these chains.
The added pressure instantly made Damien start sweating but despite the strain, he grit his teeth and willed all the muscles in his body to obey the commands of his mind and keep him in place.
This resulted in his muscles feeling like they were tearing and being torn asunder, while his bones felt like they were being bent out of shape by the pressure they were experiencing. But despite this pain, he was feeling, he knew that if he gave up now he wouldn't be able to go any further with this training as it required a persistent and unyielding spirit.
But to Damien's relief, as he kept persisting the pressure started fading, this caused Damien to let out a sigh but he still kept up the chanting of his mantra.
'Become better at killing, to protect what I must protect and to destroy what I must destroy!'
While he was doing this he checked his BMS Alignment and saw that it was at 75% and wasn't increasing anymore.
He decided that he had to move onto the next way that was stated in the manual when trying to align your BMS and he put his other hand back down on the floor with only his thumb on the floor and then started doing a handstand while circulating his Devil Qi in a specific way.
This way seemed to increase the pressure he felt even further and his BMS alignment started progressing once again and after 15 minutes past, Damien was covered in sweat.
But despite his obvious fatigue he slowly started moving his left hand away from the ground and leaving only 1 thumb supporting all his body along with the pressure caused by practicing this part of the Blood Angel Style and with the special pressure from the special way of circulating his Devil Qi.
He started the next phase of this training because after 15 minutes his BMS alignment reached 90% completion and his body went under a change, he grew a little taller, from 165cm to 167cm and his body's muscles were even more defined then they were before.

He knew that reaching 90% would cause this kind of change and he knew that at 95% his muscles would grow even more defined and would even bulk up a bit, he also delved in deeper into the information given to him about this way of practicing from the mental-manual he had and found that after reaching 100% BMS alignment the pressure would increase again and allow for the practitioner to do the training all over again to become stronger.
While holding his body up with his thumb for another 15 minutes he finally reached 95% his muscles grew more defined and bulked up a little, as the manual said they would, after another 15 minutes he completed his body alignment and when he stood back up from his handstand he did a few stretches and he looked inside himself as he felt a few devil nodes had been lit by the intense training he had just done.
As he looked at his devil node count, he found that he'd lit up 4 more during his training and this increased his body's overall strength from 7.5 tonnes to 11.5 tonnes, his overall devil node count was now at 8.
As he felt the incredibly high control and coordination his body had after completing the BMS training, Damien felt elated. Looking around the room he saw that Michael was still there but he looked incredibly sweaty from the strain the mental refinement art he was currently using caused him.
Damien shook his head, hoping Michael would know when to stop and then walked towards the bathroom to have a shower to clean off all the sweat he'd accumulated from his training.
Once he'd exited the shower he saw that Michael was awake and drawing his bow in a stance that looked somewhat professional. As Damien saw this he couldn't help but have a curious look on his face as he looked at Michael, he decided to ask Michael what he was doing.
"Michael, what are you doing?"
Suddenly hearing Damien's voice behind him, Michael jumped up a little bit into the air and spun around with his bow clumsily in his hands, leaving his stance from before. As he had just registered Damien's answer he started stuttering his answer.
"W-well after the fight with T-Troy I thought that I needed to be more creative with my power so I decided to try using a Bow and make my arrows out of ice so I have as many arrows as I can make and this should spice up my fighting style. So that's why I ran off towards Mrs. Quila earlier. I went to ask her if I could pick a weapon and she said yes, so I picked the one I planned to use a Bow. Sorry about not telling you but I was a bit shy to tell you earlier because I didn't know if I could get all the things I needed but now that I've got my bow, a basic technique to practice that bow in and a mental refinement art, I feel fine with telling you haha..."
As Michael let off a nervous laugh, while sporting a bashful smile, Damien couldn't help but weakly shake his head. What did Michael think would happen if he told Damien? That Damien wouldn't want to be friends with him after he couldn't get the necessary stuff? At this line of thought, Damien sighed as he let out a smile and spoke to Michael
"Ahh, so that's why you were in such a hurry? Well, in my opinion, as long as you put in the effort to making this a part of your fighting style, you should get stronger," as he said this he thought Damien thought Michael and he should take their new weapons and practice their techniques in the training grounds that were near the center of the school.
After he proposed this idea to Michael, who readily agreed with a surprising amount of eagerness, Damien picked up his Bisento before he and Michael started walking towards the Training Grounds, both excited about practicing with their new weapons and while they couldn't be any more different from one another with one being tall and fierce and the other being short and gentle, they both shared the same goal, a goal that they could bond on.
Getting stronger.
