Thank you all for reading up until this point. This page is for any general story questions you might have, or suggestions. I intend to Fill this page with all sorts of fun info so please feel free to let me know if there is anything specific you'd like here.
Status
Currently working on rewrites in chapters up till this point, adjusting the timeline slightly for clarity, improving certain early fight scenes and much of the dialog that gave unwanted impressions. (I.E. Where i wrote something simply because it felt funny however it negatively impacted readers opinion of characters or story as a whole.)
10/6: working on typing up 22 and some random edits as the week goes on. we moved up to 50 hours a week so between that and my business start up its hard to dedicate time to this, but imma keep at it!
Rewrites im on chapter 7 sadly, still working on these, tho the reviews are discouraging... very discouraging
Been looking for an artist to commission, haven't found the right one yet. art style/quality/price <<
The intent is still to complete a version of the story up until this point and publish, hopefully that's completed in the next month or so.

Basically once i have time, most likely Sunday, this page will have updated facts about the various race/clan/tribes, bestiary, i'll give away real world location equivalents, and character profiles with physical descriptions to the best of my ability. Hell i may even attempt more weapon art.

Dialog improvements grammar wise, a metric shit ton of them, taking days.
Trying to give readers a better sense for how Nox feels about things early on. He comes across overly nonchalant. Intentional, but there was more then needed.
Basically, Lupa treats Nox far better, quite a bit more dialog between them, She's still a bitch to everyone else, also more added to that effect.
pushed back their first time, see timeline.
Asta given some lines early on, felt like she was a bit out of nowhere suddenly there character wise.
Fight scenes improved
Timeline adjusted for well, fucks sake lol
Added more dialog for Freki, key point added in prologue to help clarify the age rates
Dummed down Walt a bit in early chapters, it shouldn't ever feel like the siblings are any more intelligent than Nox.
Lighted some of the slapstick directed towards Nox
Removed portion of Raijin's introduction which pointlessly berated Nox. Looking for more of this as I go.
going to add more to Mora's character in her first week, for clarity as they leave yoden and in sigdun. In short: Shy, Bookworm, Berserker.
Rewriting the willingly arrested scene to give clarity to its purpose.

Since you've been following so well, anyone that reads this gets a treat, the main villain of the story has already been introduced in Howling Thunder. While Nox will have many lifetimes, Terra will come up a few times. Please be excited, I am!

Is It Too Late To Move My Lair?
A legendary dragon... It has been told in the stories for hundreds of years. Some say it keeps a mountain of treasure in its cave, some say it is a vicious beast, some say it protects the village nearby, some claim it can grant their wishes, and some just think it's nothing more than a fairytale. He is not. The dragon is very real, although he isn't bothered by what people think of him in the slightest. He also doesn't have a grand treasure, nor does he grant wishes, like a magical genie. He is not interested in eating humans either. And as for protecting them… well. This is the story of the time before the legends, how they came to life and a dragon in the quest of his snooze. In a nutshell, this is a simple, light-hearted story with a dragon in it. What I have in mind is a relatively short one compared to most of the works on this site, but we'll see where it goes. This is my first attempt at writing something like this, so please be patient and kind in pointing out mistakes. As for the posting schedule... let's say it will be sporadic. At the age of 18 he is due to gain access to the Great System, the plaything of the Gods - and from there is able to go off on adventures as he see's fit. Read on if you want to see a young-man try and find his own way in the world, where he doesn't quite fit. He has been born into a world with the system already in place, not dropped in, and intrinsically understands the rules.

Accompanying rising a star of the Long-Riders, Captain Luke, as his Shield Maiden, unaware of the spiraling events that will change her life, and possibly end it. (This is my first novel, though the idea for it has been in the back of my mind for years, This is my attempt to put it to paper. Looking forward to any constructive criticism, however, i already have in mind, the entire plot and tone of the story, any revisions based on feedback will likely only be considered upon completion. As of now starting out, i haven't really settled on a timeline for regular updates But I aiming for at least two chapters a week at about 2000 words each. I will promise at least one chapter of that size at least once a week, until completion. I'm rather determined to put this story on paper ( or web page i guess).
