So, I've been on Wattpad for six years now, read a lot of stories and wrote a lot of prologue's and first chapters but never got the courage to publish any of those.
This is the first time I have decided to finally publish something.
Feel free to comment, point out mistakes and criticise, I'd like to have people's opinion on my writing. Creative criticism only helps in improvements. Try not to be too harsh though.
I must warn you that this is a dialogue story. Completely. No descriptives.

Jethro had always seen these people and admired them from afar but now that he has been thrust into their world and forced to fend for himself. Will he survive, will he die? Or will he rise to the top. (Author Note) 1 chapter a day, and each chapter is about 300 – 500 words. Maybe bonuses but we’ll see.

Imagine being given a second chance at life. Not only that but with a life you chose (sort of). This is exactly the situation that our character is in. He was once a Biology Graduate Student involved in a special program in Alaska studying Polar Bears. In an ironic twist of fate his life is ended by exactly that which he was trying to study. Now, in a new world, he refuses to be anything but the top of the food chain. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a story I began writing a year and a half ago and decided to shelf, I'm coming back to it now because I miss writing; however, I have not carved out any time specifically for this and, as of now, it will be something I do on the side for fun. Currently I have 9 chapters plus a prologue written; I'm going to be going through and editting it to be in a present tense (from past), as well as changing some of the story and grammar. That should have been the end of her story. But when she wins a lottery to have her level up, she discovers a hidden skill and a rare one at that. The system gave her dream back, and this time she is not letting it go. ############################## The story is about a world where game-like systems are the norm. Everyone has a level, status, and even skills are a common thing. If your stats are good, you can also become an explorer, someone that ventures inside a place called MAZE, a dungeon of sorts filled with monsters, creatures, and things that the natural world is missing, such as magic and demi-humans. The story follows Hera, a woman who wanted to be an explorer, but her status were too low to become one. One day she wins a raffle that allows her to level up for the first time giving her the chance to achieve her childhood dream. It's more about how things work and what you can do with them than about power or revenge. The rhythm might be a bit slow for some, but that is the idea. I want to give sort of a slice of life feeling to most of it.
