*3rd P.O.V*

"Are you going to prom Friday?"

"I don't know..." Todoroki mumbled, looking down while walking down the hallway with Momo.

"C'mon, it'll be fun, who cares if Shinsou doesn't ask you."

"I just, I like him a lot, he shows no interest in me whatsoever." Todoroki sighed.

"Mm, well, tell me when you've made up your mind so we can go shopping."

"Have you asked him yet?!"

"No, and can you shut the hell up?!" Bakugou shouted, putting his head back down.

"Sorry, but, why haven't you asked him? I thought you were gonna do it today."

Bakugou sighed, he's scared as fuck if he's being honest. Being rejected is never a good feeling, especially by someone who you never stopped thinking about.

Bakugou is never going to admit it but, he thinks Todoroki is the most beautiful person he's ever seen. He loves his different colored eyes, he loves how naturally quiet he is, he loves how he's so kind to everyone, and he loves his smile. Bakugou always starts smiling to himself whenever he's thinking about the other, but it's mainly how he always gets through the day.

"Just drop it, I'll ask him tomorrow." Bakugou whispered.

"You don't have to ask him out you know, I'm not trying to force you, but I'm sure he likes you Bakugou, don't let nothing get in the way." Kirishima smiled, patting Bakugou's shoulder and proceeded to walk away.

*after school*

Bakguou felt this as the perfect opportunity to ask Todoroki, but, he was still too scared, he started overthinking, he might embarrass himself l, his voice might crack, he might become a stuttering mess. He spent minutes trying to come up with the perfect proposal but he had nothing, so he decided to wing it.

He turned around and right as he was about to walk to Todoroki, he saw Shinsou talking with him. Bakugou saw the two hitting it off pretty well, Todoroki was even acting shy.

Shinsou soon walked away, then Bakugou saw Momo running up to Todoroki and jumping up and down, Todoroki even covered his face.

Bakugou connected the dots, Shinsou asked Todoroki to fucking prom, all Bakugou did was stand there and look stupid.

Todoroki and Momo walked away, leaving Bakugou to be the only one on school ground.

"That's tough."

"With all due respect Aizawa, fuck off."

"I deserved it."

*Todoroki's P.O.V*

To forward waiting for Momo to get out of class, remembering that she had to help Midnight with a few tasks.

Todoroki just stood there waiting patiently, looking to his side and saw Bakugou lookin furstrated, he was about go talk to him but someone stopped him.

"Todoroki, how are you?" Shinsou asked.

Todoroki eyes went wide, his crush, was talking to him, holy shit.

"I-I'm fine, you?"

"I'm doing a lot better now that I finally got the chance to speak with you, has anyone ever told you how beautiful you are? How does it feel being the pretty boy of the school?" Shinsou smirked, caressing Todoroki's face with the back of his hand.

Todoroki blushed, looking down and smiling a little bit.

"So I was wondering, would you like to go to prom with me?" Shinsou asked stuffing his hands inside his pockets.

Todoroki stayed silent but nodded, he couldn't look Shinsou in the eye at all.

"Awesome, I'll see you then, make sure to look nice and pretty for me."

Shinsou soon walked off, leaving Todoroki a blushing mess.

"Holy shit Todoroki did he ask you?!" Momo shouted, running up to him.

Todoroki nodded.

"Yes! Finally! Let's go shopping! We need to make ourselves look amazing!"

The two walked off.

Bakugou arrived home, a lot more sad than usual, his mom greeted him but he just continued to his room.

He threw his backpack on the ground and hopped on his bed, just lying there. He eventually let sleep take over him, going off to dreamland.

*hours later*

"Hey Bakugou, open up, I brought some food."

"Go away."

"C'mon, I even brought your favorite dessert."

Bakugou unlocked the door, going back to lay on his bed.

Kirishima walked into Bakugou's bedroom, it was clean as always, dark, and quiet.

Kirishima sat on the bed while Bakugou was still laying down. He heard Bakugou start sniffing.

"Bakugou? Are you okay?"

"Why are you here?"

Kirishima sighed, "someone from school told me what happened, they said that you saw Shinsou ask Todoroki to prom."

Bakugou sat up, taking the blanket off of him, covering his face with his hands.

"You good?"

Bakugou nodded, rubbing his eyes.

"I'm just tired." Bakugou muttered, his voice shaky.

"I think you need a hug."

"No I'm fine-."

"No I'm gonna hug you."

Bakugou suprisingly didn't push him away, he really did need a hug.

Kirishima held Bakugou's head on his chest, smiling when he heard the blonde break down.

Bakugou felt way too hurt at this point, he dealt with knowing Todoroki will never like him back since freshman. But it's his own fault, he never had the fucking balls to confess to him.

Kirishima just held him there, shushing him here and there.

Bakugou finally went silent, but he didn't move away from Kirishima's chest.

"Are you okay?" Kirishima whispered, pulling away from Bakugou.

The blonde nodded not looking at his best friend.

"Don't tell at school this happened...please." Bakugou mumbled.

"Okay I won't tell, but, you're still going to prom right?"

"Probably not."

"What?! You HAVE to go! Mina will be upset, she's planed our color theme for a while."

Bakugou stayed silent, he was right, Mina wanted all of them to wear suits the same color as their hair, Mina would wear pink, Bakugou would wear yellow, Kirishima would wear red, Sero would wear black, and Denki would wear black and yellow.

"We'll see."

"Okay, now, let's eat! I brought your favorite dessert." Kirishima cheered, hopping off the bed and grabbing the bag.

"Eijirou."

Kirishima looked up, eyes wide, "y-yes?"

"Thank you."

Kirishima smiled, relieved almost.

"No problem."

"So he just went up to you like nothing?"

"Yeah, I didn't even notice he was still there after school."

"That's so weird, now that I think about it, Shinsou doesn't even talk to you,,,not tryna sound mean or anything-."

"No I get it, it was realy unexpected."

Todoroki and Momo were at the mall, trying to find a decent outfit for prom.

"You know what, something sounds off, I don't know what it is though."

"Maybe you're just nervous." Todoroki shrugged, looking through the different dress pants.

"I saw Bakugou there after school too, I wonder what he was doing there." Momo whispered.

"I don't know, let's just keep looking around, I can't find anything here."

"Okay."

Bakugou fell asleep again, Kirishima started packing up his stuff and left his room, shutting the door behind him quietly.

Kirishima turned around so see Bakugou's mom standing right in front of him.

"O-oh, hello!"

"Hi sweetie, what's wrong with Katsuki?" Mitsuki asked, smiling down at the teenager.

"Umm, I think it'd be better speaking in the living room." Kirishima whispered.

The two were in the living room, Kirishima in front of the door.

"Bakugou,,,he's had this crush on this person for a while now and,,,he was gonna ask them to prom but,,,someone else beat him to it,,,this is the first time seeing him so down actually." Kirishima nervously laughed, smiling up at Bakugou's mother.

"Ahh I see, who's the girl?" Mitsuki asked.

"I-it's, I'm sorry but it isn't my place to tell you, you should probably ask Bakugou, I'm sorry."

"Ah no it's totally fine, I was just curious, well, you should get going now, it's getting a little bit late, thank you for stopping by!" Mitsuki smiled, leading Kirishima out the front.

"Thank you for having me, I'll see you soon, have a nice day Miss."

"You too sweetie."

Mitsuki shut the door, placing both her hands on her hips, sighing.

"Mom? Where's-."

"He just left hun, did you need anything?"

"N-no never mind, Imma skip dinner tonight, I'll go back to my room-."

"Katsuki, I need to ask you something."

Bakugou looked confused for a bit, he's to tired to argue so he stayed.

"Kirishima told me that you have a crush,,,is that true~?" His mom teased. Bakugou's faces flushed a little bit, not answering.

"Ah so it is true, so, who's the girl~."

Bakugou stayed frozen.

He never told his mom that he was attracted to boys.

"M-mom, I-,,,i-it's not a girl."

"I knew it! I called it! Your dad owes me $50!"

Bakugou didn't know what to feel at the moment,,,relived?

"Y-you knew I was-."

"Gay! I knew it all along, thank god you won't be making babies!" Mitsuki cheered.

"Aww hun I'm so proud of you!" Mitsuki tackled Bakugou in a hug.

"I didn't even do anything-."

"I don't care! Let's have a celebration tonight!"

Mitsuki left, skipping into the kitchen.

Bakugou stood there for a minute,,,soon, leaving to his room.

*prom night*

"Todoroki, are you sure he's coming? It's been 3 hours! This is ridiculous!"

"I-I'm sure, he's probably just, getting ready."

"Shinsou hasn't shown up yet." Kirishima mumbled, his eyes wide, looking over at Bakugou who's playing with his drink.

"Guys! Let's go dance!" Mina shouted.

"Okay!"

"Sure!"

"I'm fine, you guys go ahead."

"C'mon Bakugou, get your mind off of things, you'll feel better!"

Bakugou sighed, he stood up, walking to his squad, he looked around the dance floor. He saw Todoroki standing by the food stand, he looked sad and disappointed.

Bakugou was going to go up to him until he heard some gasps by other people.

He looked behind him and saw Shinsou with that blonde haired bastard.

"Todoroki!" Momo shouted passing by Bakugou.

"Todoroki!" Todoroki looked up.

"Shinsou's here-."

Todoroki booked it to the entrance.

"Wait! No-."

Todoroki saw Shinsou, then he saw Monoma's arm linked with his.

"Shinsou-."

"What,,,you actually thought I'd go to prom with you? C'mon, it was a stupid prank, you're so gullible it's pathetic almost." Shinsou smirked.

"Hey!"

Shinsou turned his head, only to get a hard ass punch in the face. Knocking him onto the floor.

"Bakugou-!"

Bakugou grabbed Shinsou by the collar, bringing him up to his face.

"Don't fucking speak to him like that you piece of shit-."

"Or what, you're gonna bLoW mY hEaD oFf?"

Bakugou gave him another, nice, juicy punch, before Bakugou was able to do more damage, there was a loud screeching noise coming from the speakers.

"Katsuki Bakugou, Hitoshi Shinsou, you two, come with me."

Bakugou threw Shinsou back onto the ground, following Aizawa.

Everyone looked at Todoroki, Monoma wondering off.

Todoroki ran to the bathroom, covering his face out of embarrassment.

"Todoroki! C'mon." Momo shouted.

"Why do I have to be so stupid?"

"You're not stupid, Shinsou is, he shouldn't have done that to you."

"None of this would have happened if I wasn't so thick skulled."

"Todoroki don't put yourself down like that, everyone always expects a lot because of, lOvE."

"That was quick."

"Yeah, just a small, stupid lecture, he's still speaking with Shinsou though." Bakugou mumbled.

"Well, shall we go dance now?!" Mina asked, throwing her hands up in the air.

"Where's Todoroki."

"Oh, he ran off somewhere, try checking the bathrooms." Sero smiled, pointed towers the direction to the bathrooms with his thumb.

Bakugou went to the bathrooms, seeing Momo standing there.

"Yaoyorozu."

Momo looked to her side, seeing Bakugou walk up to her.

"Hey Bakugou." She sighed.

"Is Todoroki in there?" Bakugou asked.

"Yeah, he won't get out, why?"

"I'm gonna speak to him, you can go have fun." Momo stayed quiet, she was shocked to be honest, but soon, she left.

Bakugou went inside the bathroom, trying to find the locked stall.

Bakugou found one that was shut.

"Todoroki."

"Y-yes?"

"It's me, Bakugou."

"Yeah I recognize your voice."

Bakugou smiled a little. Looking down at the floor.

"Let me in."

"W-what? No, I-I'm, peeing."

"No you're no, c'mon."

Todoroki unlocked the stall slowly.

Bakugou stepped inside, the two were so close to eachother, Bakugou's cheeks started turning pink.

"Can I help you?"

"Why did you agree to come with Shinsou?"

"E-excuse me?"

"Todoroki god dammit I like so much, I should have told you a while ago but I was too scared, I knew that you liked Shinsou so I thought I had no chance with you, I felt so sad when I saw Shinsou ask you to prom, I felt like I didn't somethign horribly wrong, I want to know why you don't like me back, do I need to be more quiet? So I need to be taller? And I not handsome enough? Do I need to have purple hair because I'll change if it makes you-."

"Bakugou stop."

Bakugou stayed silent, obeying Todoroki's words.

"Don't change anything about yourself, you're perfect the way you are,,,I guess I was always so focused on Shinsou, because he was popular and, considered handsome but he's hideous for what he just did."

Todoroki held the taller's face in his hands.

"Don't change anything about yourself please? I was just being stupid okay? I'm not worth being sad over Katsuki."

Bakugou's heart twirled hearing Todoroki call him that.

"Shoto, please go out with me." Bakguou whispered, grabbing both Todoroki's hands.

The shorter nodded, smiling up at the blonde.

"Let's go dance?" Bakugou asked.

"Can we, just go to your place instead? I wanna get out of here."

"Ofcourse we can."

The two started making their way out of the bathroom, Bakugou saw, everyone there outside waiting, well, almost everyone.

Mina, Momo, Midoriya, Sero, Denki, Kirishima, all stood there, with shocked faces.

Well, Kirishima was smiling, happy for his best friend.

"Leave or I'm gonna-."

"Blow our heads off yeah yeah." Denki mimicked.

Everyone left, leaving Bakugou and Todoroki.

The two spent the night at Bakugou's place.

One thing led to another and, well, they were eating eachother's faces.
