《NCT Imagines》Taeyong

"Yah, where is he?" I sighed to myself as I continuously tap my feet on the ground turning more and more impatient.
I looked around noticing that the bus stop was completely empty and quiet. I checked my watch only to see it was already late at night.
"That's why theres no one else here."
I felt my phone vibrate as I heard my notifs ring and I received a message from my best friend.
"Something came up, sorry to keep you waiting take the next bus without me, I might be running late again."
Just then, the bus was already approaching. I stood up from the stop and got in. I sat in the back near the window and placed my head on it.
How many nights has it been like this? He always makes me wait but it always ends up with me going home first.
I closed my eyes trying to relax myself from these thoughts when I felt a tap on my shoulder.
"Oh Taeyong-ssi" I said surprised why he was here.
"I finished my runs a little bit early today, Jaehyun asked me if I can take you home since its already late and its dangerous for you to go home alone at this hour." He said catching his breath.
"Do you mind if I sit here? I ran as fast as I could to catch this bus." He added pointing to the seat beside me.
I looked around to see that the bus was empty but he still asked to sit beside me.
I quickly nodded my head and watch him as he catched his breath. I quickly looked away once noticing I was staring at him too much now.
He ran all the way here to take me home, even if he was just doing Jae a favor its still so sweet I cant even stop myself from smiling.

He had always caught my eye because He was my exact ideal type. Jae knows that and I think thats why he asked specifically Taeyong to take me home.
We were also close friends but he never knew I like him.
I closed my eyes again as I let myself drop into his shoulders. I felt his head leaning in as well before I drifted off.
A few minutes after I felt a tap on my head.
"Y/n-ssi, were here wake up."
I sat up and rubbed my eyes I looked at Taeyong for a few seconds
Aish, so I wasnt dreaming...
He stood up first and I followed him. We started to walk but there was something different. He was trying not to smile.
"Is everything alright Taeyong-ssi?" I asked a little bit bothered.
He quickly looked at me and stopped, this time letting himself smile fully.
"I like you too." He said.
I felt everything stop and my eyes just focused on Taeyong.
"H-how did you know?" I asked having a hard time, I feel so embarrassed.
He didnt answer me and just went back to walking.
This guy, seriously.
"Yah! I was asking you a question! Wait for me!" I yelled and ran next to him.
Once we were at the front of my house he looked at me for a second and I thanked him for taking me home.
I was supposed to go in when I felt his hands on my wrist. I quickly spun to see him much closer than before.
He kissed my forehead making me freeze there in shock.
"Sleep well tonight, and dream of me.. again." He said winking at me before leaving.
I stood there still in shock of what happened, I cant even process what he said.
Again? what does he mean again?
I looked at him walking away when I realized I fell asleep in the bus earlier.
Did I sleep talk again?! Aigoo how embarrassing.
I smiled to myself thinking about everything that happened tonight.
For once, I might thank Jae for letting me go home alone.

FoxStone
Debut: the day every young gentleperson of age gathers to receive their Spirit Blessing and shift for the first time into their second form. Except for those who don't. Beatrice's worst fear is to be one of the unlucky few trapped perpetually in a human body, cut off from the magic of the spirits and unfit for any respectable pack or pride. But when the time comes to face her fear, the outcome is one she never could have imagined. Be warned, this story is some highly experimental fluff—an unapologetically girly, unrelentingly bisexual, Regency/Victorian-ish fantasy mish-mash. It does have a dark side, though, so don’t come in expecting all sunshine and roses. Worthy of note, given the reputation of shifter stories: there will be no explicit sex in this tale. There will, however, be lots of polyamorous romance, necromancy, portal magic, capricious spirits, elemental mages, an unconventional take on shifters and a highly ordered society built around their existence.

These are the memoirs of the broken, someone who denies his humanity. Delve deep into what mercy really means, and follow him as his faults are fixed. This is a parallel story, that runs alongside my other novel: Rejection. But is written very differently.

Threads follows the interconnected stories of individuals from all strata of this world, from the lowly in-training cadets, to the mighty and seemingly invincible generals, to the otherwise innocuous and 'powerless' civilians.
