"She'll be here in 10 minutes." Teagan said as she put on her shoes. Kiki, Ace and Teagan were going to the mall then skating. Teagan never learned how to skate because she's clumsy, but she was going to try.
"Yeah, I know silly." Ace said as he grabbed his keys and jacket. After a few minutes they heard a knock, and it was Brionna and Keisha.
"Hey girl." Teagan said as she hugged Brionna.
"Hey boo-" she said then cut herself off looking behind Teagan. "Opp, I didn't know you and Ace were together." She said smirking.
"We're not." Teagan said then Brionna spoke to Ace. But not before giving Teagan a look.
"It's nice seeing you again Ace." She said with a warm smile before she looked at her watch.
"You too Brionna."
"Just call me Bri, thank y'all again for watching Kiki. I have to get going. I'll text you when I'm on my way to pick her up." She said before kissing Kiki on the cheek then leaving.
"Mr. Ace!" Kiki yelled while wrapping her short arms around Ace's legs. Ace bent down and gave her a proper hug.
"It's nice to see you again, lil mama."
"Dang, I don't get a hug?" Teagan asked putting her hands on her hips as she talked to Kiki. Which made Kiki giggle.
"I'm sorry auntie Teagan." She said before running to Teagan. Teagan and Brionna have always been good friends and she was there for Bri when her husband died. So, she would always help when it came to Kiki because she was like the daughter she never had. Therefore, Kiki calls Teagan auntie.
"I've missed you babe." Teagan said as she squeezed the life out of Kiki.
"I... can't .... breathe auntie." Kiki said which made Ace laugh as Teagan let her go.
"I'm sorry boo, well anyways we're going to the mall." Teagan said before standing up and putting Kiki down. She then looked at Ace. "You ready?" She asked as he nodded.
When they got in the car Teagan put Kiki into her booster seat. That answer the question that Ace had always wonder. Whose booster seat is that?
"I'm a big girl, I don't need that auntie."
"I'm sure you don't but just for precautions." She said before closing the back seat door and getting into the driver's seat.

They were in a makeup store right now. Not for Teagan but for Kiki. She wanted to play princess when they got back to the house.

"Do you like this color, Mr. Ace?" She asked as she held the tube up to Ace's face. He nodded before speaking,
"It's very pretty." He replied which made Teagan smile as she grabbed an eyebrow pencil. She thought it was cute, the way Ace treated Kiki.
"Good!" Kiki said as she walked up to the counter holding Ace and Teagan's hand. Ace was paying for everything they bought in this store, and it was Teagan's turn in the next store.
"All three of y'all are so cute." The cashier said as she rung up Kiki's things.
"Thank you miss." Kiki said.
Ace pulled out his wallet to pay for the things and so did Teagan, but she was going to pay for her eyebrow pencil.
"No, I got it." Ace said looking at Teagan.
"But it's not Kiki's." Teagan said pulling out a couple dollars.
"And?" Ace asked serious.
Kiki pulled on Teagan's hand. "Just let him pay for it Auntie." Kiki said sassily causing Teagan to laugh.
"Fine."
"I am just so jealous." The female cashier said smiling at the three as she gave Ace the receipt.
"Oh, we're not together." Ace replied. To which the cashier said,
"Not yet anyway. Have a good day and come again!"
They walked to a clothing store next. "This is so cute Ki." Teagan said holding up a colorful shirt.
"N-no auntie, I'm emo now." She said putting the hand that wasn't holding Ace's over her eyes. Ace cracked up laughing.
"What you know about being emo?" Teagan asked to which Kiki pointed at her outfit which was all black. Then she realized that all three of them were wearing black.
"Look at my cute outfit auntie, it's black."
"If you say so. Can you please get this shirt for me?" Teagan asked.
"Nope!" Kiki said as she pouted. Teagan smiled and went to a place where there was a lot of black clothing.
"Can you please get the shirt?" Ace asked as he bent down and looked up at Kiki.
"It's black history month Mr. Ace." She said making Ace bust out laughing. Kiki was referring to those memes where black people would be in relations with a white person and joking tell them to do things because it was black history month.
"I'm just playing. I'll get the shirt." She said picking it up before walking over to Teagan.

Right now, they were at the skating rink and Teagan was making a fool of herself. She fell like four times.

"You okay?" Ace asked as he helped her up. He kept an eye on Kiki while talking to Teagan.
"I'm fine just help me up." Teagan said before Ace grabbed both of her hands pulling her up.
Kiki perfectly skating over to the two. "Look I made a friend, auntie." She said pointing to a girl that was standing beside her.
"Hi sweetheart, what's your name?" Teagan said as she leaned on Ace to keep from falling.
"I'm Lia." The little fair skinned girl with a birthday button said smiling with her two front teeth missing.
Before Teagan could reply she heard a woman yell Lia's name. She looked over giving the woman a smile to see her glaring at Ace. Which made Teagan roll her eyes.
Lia skated over to the woman with Kiki following up behind her. Ace and Teagan had sat down at a table by the concession line.
"Apple juice or Orange juice?" Ace asked.
"Orange juice." Teagan replied as if the answer was obvious.
"Um no it's apple juice all day."
"If you want diarrhea just say that." Teagan said smartly and Ace gave her look and a couple of seconds later they busted out laughing.
Then Kiki came over with a sad look on her face. "What's wrong Kiki?"
"Lia's mom said we can't be friends." Kiki said pouting. Teagan didn't want to jump to conclusions so before she went over there and gave that woman a piece and of her mind she calmly asked,
"Why?"
Keisha looked over at Ace before grabbing Teagan's hand and pulling her to the restroom. Not wanting to hurt Ace's feelings.
"She said that Mr. Ace liked to b-burn things. And she did not want Lia around h-him." She explained as her eyes got watery.
Teagan was absolutely apologetic. But she realized that, that wasn't going to make Kiki feel better.
"Don't cry boo, sometimes people can be ignorant and we shouldn't let them bother us okay. We can go and make you a new friend."
"W-what does that mean?" Kiki asked as she wiped her eyes.
"Ignorance means to not know things. So in this case she doesn't know what she's talking about." Teagan explain and Kiki nodded.
"Now do you want to go somewhere else and get some food?"
"Yes auntie, I'm hungry."
"Okay but you have to go ask Ace." She just wanted to cheer up her niece. She was going to take her out to eat anyway but now she used it as a way to make her feel better.
"Okay," she said and ran out the bathroom. She ran towards Ace as he took a sip of his water wondering what made Kiki so upset.
"Mr. Ace!" She yelled getting his attention.
"Yes?" He said looking down at her as she leaned onto the table.
"Do you want to go out to eat with me and auntie Teagan?" She asked and Ace looked over at Teagan as she gave him a nod. He notices that this idea made her happier than before.
"Yes ma'am, where do you want to go?" He asked her as they walked over and return their skates.
"I don't know."
****
They made it home an hour after they ate. Teagan looked at the time and seen it was 6pm. Her mother said she was coming to get her at 8.
They got inside the house and Teagan and Kiki went to her room. Kiki did Teagan's makeup to the best of a 6-year-old ability. After she was done, she made Teagan go show Ace.
"It's really pretty." Ace said slowly trying not to laugh. He bit his lip as he looked down.
"Thanks. I will be back." Kiki said as she walked back to Teagan's room then to her room. Her and Teagan was so close that she has her own room in Teagan's home.
"It's not funny." Teagan said as Ace silently laughed.
"It is and you know it." He said changing the channel on the tv.
Kiki came back a few minutes later. "It's your turn." She said as she looked at Ace.
"Ahhh Hahaha." Teagan laughed loudly at the look on Ace's face.
"B-but Ki-" she cut him off by grabbing his hand and dragging him to Teagan's bathroom.
"I'm going to make you pretty." She declared and Ace couldn't do anything but let her. While she was doing his makeup, she kept asking his opinion on it.
"You like it don't you?" She asked once she was done.
"Of course." He replied quickly then he heard a sound of a camera. He looked up and seen Teagan taking pictures.
"Now this is hilarious."
"Delete those." He said and she shook her head.
"Never."
