So have you ever had a new trumpet player come and your first thought before you hear them play is "god I hope you are good, but not better than me!" Then when they go to play their trumpet breaks and all you wanna do is laugh, but that would be rude since you just met them. Then theit valves need to be oiled so badly and they don't have valve oil. You hand over yours and they start oiling the wrong part of the valve! Then don't get me started on them eating a muffin when they are supposed to be playing! You tell them that is wrong and they look at you like you just spoke latin. The weirdest thing is that it was the best moment in band and you were the only person to see it. Strange right?
