"The card is beautiful Pete." Stephen smiled at the small draw of him, Tony, Jarvis, Rhodey, Pepper, Happy, and Peter on the cover with HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY written on the top. (Jarvis helped him write.)
Peter giggled and looked at the breakfast Stephen made. "Now?" The almost-three-year-old asked.
"Yes, now you can go wake him up." Peter rushed upstairs, giggling the whole way up. Stephen looked at Jarvis who was finishing setting up the table. "Jarvis, do you think you could make reservations to Tony's favorite restaurant?"
"Table for two?" He asked as he sat down at Tony's coffee.
"If you don't mind." Jarvis hoped that Stephen and Tony would finally get together so he could finally stop giving Mrs. Potts a weekly update.

Tony woke up to his small gremlin jumping on him. Peter hugged his dad, barely giving him time to sit up. "Happy birfday daddy!" Peter cheered, shoving the card into his face.
Tony smiled, taking the card before kissing his head. "Thank you, Tesoro." The father studied the card, smiling at seeing the drawings. On the inside was 'I love you' in red and gold. Peter sat in his lap, looking up at him with hopeful eyes. Tony pulled him into another crushing hug, kissing his head as he did. "I love you too Pete."
Peter smiled, happy his dad liked it before jumping up again. "Breakfast!" Peter pulled on his hand and tried to drag him out of bed while pointing to the door.

"Give me two minutes okay?" Peter sighed but nodded, sitting on the bed while Tony went to brush his teeth and use the bathroom. When he came out he smiled and picked Peter up before walking down.
Tony smiled at the sight of his family. Jarvis was helping Pepper with her coat, while Happy and Rhodey took their seats at the table, Stephen was grabbing his cup from the kitchen to join them, everything looked normal. Tony smiled at the kid in his arms.
He never thought he'd have great birthdays like this, with people who care about him and love him. He had a kid, a kid! Who was almost three and was happy and healthy? He smiled as Stephen smiled over at him. He hoped that soon maybe he can have Stephen helping with Peter.
For now, he joined his family. "Good morning Sir and Happy Birthday," Jarvis spoke as he took Peter from him.
"Thanks, J." Pepper hugged him, as Rhodey stood up to pat him on the back.
"Getting old Tones." Tony rolled his eyes at his best friend's comment.
"Says the one who's four years older than me." Rhodey chuckled and wrapped his arm around his neck while leading him to the table.
"Happy birthday love," Stephen whispered to him when he sat down next to him. Tony blushed a bit and smiled.
The group started eating, chatting about what they could do later on, although tony was confused as to why no one said anything about evening activities.
He didn't really care though. "So we're finally gonna go see the house tomorrow?" Happy said as he finished his last waffle. Tony nodded, taking the strawberry Peter didn't want.
"Yeah, hopefully, Pete will like it and we can finally have a good break." Pepper nodded.

"Good, also did you figure Natasha out?" Tony nodded.
"Yeah, it doesn't matter, I'm probably not gonna be Iron Man any time soon and if Furry comes knocking, I won't be here."
"Well at least you and Peter will be safe." Stephen some up after finishing his coffee. Tony nodded.
The day went on with them trying to bake a cake. Happy yelling instructions at them while Stephen and Tony tried to keep Peter out of the frosting and Rhodey and Pepper doing most of the work. As chaotic as it was, it was also fun and kept them entertained.
Tony leaned back against Stephen, holding Peter in his lap as they got the cake on the table. He thought that this was one of his best birthdays.
He also liked his date at the end of the night.
He likes his new boyfriend even more.

Shadows in the Dawn Mist
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] - Winner November 2020 When a young woman is lured back to her homeland for the opportunity of a life time, she must face old fears. But never would she think that facing up to her past would change everything. Is History written by the victors, or by someone or something else...? *** I started writing this a few years ago and eventually fell out of love with it. I never finished it and my newer books are being written in different writing style, and genre with a more planned process. I decided to revisit it for the writathon and found that it wasn't as hopeless as I'd come to think. Hopefully, I've improved as a writer since them so the consistency may vary. Its been good to revisit and analyse my writing which I feel used to have some clunky and obvious dialogue which I'm trying to fix. This will always be my first novel and I hope, with a little exposure, I may come to like it again. Thanks for reading!

Cornucopia of Hope
The graduating class of Hope's Peak Academy has been kidnapped sometime after their graduation ceremony. They wake up in a beautiful, plush mansion with no idea where they could be other than the name Our Mansion of Plenty. The physical barriers of steel plates and locked doors might not be enough to cage them, if it weren't for the malicious mechanical fairy calling itself The Fey and ruling their new lives with an iron--albeit tiny--fist. While being kidnapped is bad enough, the fact that this fairy brat is telling them to kill each other is definitely worse. Apparently, murdering one of your fellow victims is the only way to get out of this luxurious mansion. But nobody would do that...right? Cornucopia of Hope is a non-canon killing game completely alienated from the the canon universe of the Danganronpa games. The things borrowed from the games are as followed: Hope's Peak Academy, and the structure of 16ish hyper-skilled teenagers trapped in an enclosed space and being subjected to a motive, a murder, an investigation, a trial, and an execution of the presumed killer. There are no spoilers, tie ins, or previous knowledge required of the series to read this story!
