Tony walked into his living room, stopping at the doorway to see Stephen and Peter playing on the floor. He watched Stephen smile at his son, a soft and almost loving one. He couldn't help the warm feeling that made way in his chest at the site. Peter looked so happy and carefree with Stephen.

Recently the two have been seeing each other more and more as Tony recovers, in fact, it's been almost a month since his surgery and they see each other almost every day. Tony only took notice when Peter started calling Stephen, Stephy and often got excited to see the doctor. Although Stephen looked just as happy to see Pete.

Tony was snapped out of his thoughts when Jarvis tapped him on the shoulder, a smirk on his face. "Are you alright sir? You're a bit flushed." Tony glared at his older son, trying to calm himself down and not think of the other man playing with Peter. "You don't have a crush on the doc-"

"Jarvis! Shut up!" Jarvis gave him a knowing smirk before shrugging innocently.

"I was just asking Sir, no need to get defensive." Jarvis then looked to Peter and Stephen, he had decided that the doctor was a good man in a way. His only worry is the man's obsession with his wealth. He is not one to make money but he is one to work hard for it, if they were together would he choose money over Tony and Peter?

Tony looked back at the two in the living room, a small shy smile sneaking its way onto his face. Jarvis chuckled quietly. "You could just tell him, sir, I'm sure he'd be a great person to share Peter with." Tony blushed once more and gently hit Jarvis as the AI walked away with a chuckle.

"Hey, are you guys hungry?" Tony walked in casually, Peter lighting up and reaching out to him. Stephen watched fondly as Tony picked him. "You hungry Pete?" Peter giggled and nodded and his father kept baby talking him.

Stephen kept his eyes on them, chuckling a bit at Peter's surprised squeal when Tony tickled him. The doctor got up with a helping hand from Tony, both then noticed Jarvis leaning against the doorway with some keys and a small jacket. The AI had a hologram in front of him, only glancing when he noticed the other adults looking at him. "I'll get the car ready, here is Pete's jacket, Sir." Javis threw the coat at his creator before leaving.

"Do you mind putting Peter's coat on, I need to find my own." Stephen grabbed the soft piece of clothing and took Peter from him. The child was very bouncy and ecstatic to go and Stephen had to admit he was adorable. The surgeon was also able to get Peter's shoes on, he couldn't help but think that this was kind of normal for them, he would help all the time, even offer if he thought Tony needed help.

Stephen felt too attached to the two Starks. "Stephy?" Stephen looked down at him with a small smile as he slid on a coat but hummed so Peter knew he had his attention. "Love you!" Peter hugged his leg with a giggle. Stephen stood shocked for a moment.

Now, of course, Peter says I love you to other people, like Jarvis and Rhodey, but he has never said it to Stephen. And there were plenty of reasons why, one being they met a month and a half ago, another being that he doesn't spend as much time with him as, let's say, Jarvis.

But here they were, Peter hugging his leg, giggling after saying that he loved Stephen and this was a big deal because Peter understood that I love you's weren't just thrown around. But Stephen had to admit that he loved Peter too, thought of him as his own, and would most certainly do anything for him.

So he smiled and picked Peter up, giving him a kiss on the cheek before starting to walk to the door. "I love you too Pete." Tony smiled at them when he saw them and walked to the door with them.

"Ready for lunch?" Peter nodded, happy to be going out and clung to Stephen as Tony opened the door. Jarvis opened the door for them, giving Stephen a knowing smile as the doctor got in.
