《Irondad and Spiderson 3》Avenger Con

Peter jumped around with excitement. He couldn't wait!
Things had been so horrible for him, lately. School was really dragging him because of Flash talking about Peter lying about his internship. He would then be the least liked in the school, and now, even the teachers and principal disliked him.
And when the announcement was made that in the first ever Avenger Con, that Tony would bring his personal intern, everyone gave Peter a teasing look.
But this would actually be a good thing for Peter. He was a personal intern, so this would be a great trip for him.
Before leaving, he quickly checked himself in the mirror...
Tony had personally picked this outfit out for him, but Peter really wanted to make sure he does Tony proud.
He already had his things packed and Tony was waiting for him.
"Alright, bye Peter," said May. "Have a good time!"
"I will! I larb you, May!"
"I larb you too! Oh, and you forgot something! Look in your bag, okay? Bye!"
"Bye!"
Upon entering the limo, Peter looked inside his book bag. It was his Spidey suit, and it even had a cute bite attached.
"You may never know!"
- May ❤️
Peter smiled, and closed his bag. The drive would be a long one, so Peter made sure he had plenty of entertainment. Only to then see that Tony took care of that in the limo. It was basically a mini room!
Soon, Peter would then be at a stop in which he would see his school.
"Karen, loft the windows and tint them from the outside."
"Yes, Peter."
Karen then did the task and Peter kept looking outside. He could see students that were very excited for the Avenger Con, as they were all going to be watching live. This made Peter nervous, but he was well aware that this was for the best. Besides, knowing Tony, he probably knew that this would be live, this why he was bringing Peter in the first place.

He just wanted to show off his kid. While Peter was being driven for hours until they made it to the building, Peter would watch TV, use his StarkPhone, use the Switch, whatever distracted him from the long drive.
Each hour that he was closer to Avenger Con, the more energetic and excited he was. He kept thinking about the people he would meet, the things he would see. He couldn't stop getting more happy as he thought about it.
Soon enough, they made it. It took a couple of hours, but they made it. The driver showed the security the VIP pass and let them in through the back. Ahead of them was Tony, waiting for Peter at the entrance.
Peter hopped out and ran to Tony, giving him a big bear hug, and Tony reciprocating.
"Hey, kid! Good to see you! Ow, aha, easy! I bruise easily."
"Sorry, Mister Stark!"
"Tony, kid. Mr. Stark makes me feel old."
Peter smirked.
"That's the point."
"Traitor..."
A man then came out and waited for Tony's instructions.
"Oh great! You're here. Grab my kids bags, would you? Thanks."
The man then took the bags and took them to the building about a block away, with Tony and Peter behind him. Peter kept his back pack with him.
"Whoa. This is the place we're staying in?"
"Yep. And the room you're staying in is all yours. Come with me, you're gonna love it."
——-
"Wow! Mister Stark, this is amazing!!"
"And what do you mean 'room'!? This is a house!"
"Well, it's as big as one. And it's all yours. Enjoy. I'll be checking on you, okay? Later today, I'll be picking you up for the convention."
And with that, Tony left.

Peter then walked around his 'room', admiring the entire place.
——-
"Peter?"
"Over here, Mister Stark!"
"Hey, kid. You comfy?"
"Yeah! Come watch Spongebob with me!"
"Alright, but just for a few minutes. We gotta head to Avenger Con, it starts in a few hours."
"Okay!"
Soon, it was time to leave and Avenger Con was just a few hours from starting. Peter made sure he was clean and followed Tony to the back entrance.
"Alright, you ready? Time to prove some idiots wrong. Stay here. I'll let you know when to come out."
"Okay."
Peter stayed behind the curtains at stage right, and after Tony's name was said, he came out and waved to the crowd, flashing his amazing smile. After a chatting with the fans, and well into the Q n' A, Tony was asked about his personal intern.
"Ah, yes, actually I brought him with me today."
Everyone cheered like crazy.
"Want to see him?"
Everyone cheered louder.
"Alright, alright, calm down. I'll introduce him to you. Peter Benjamin Parker, come on out!"
Peter came out from the stage and waved politely. Many girls (and a few guys) awwwed when they all saw him nervously smiling. Tony then went to Peter and had Peter sit on his lap as he held onto Peter around his waist.
"Here, Pete. Talk in the mic."
Peter took it and spoke softly because of his nervousness.
"Um, hi."
Everyone awwwed again, making Peter laugh.
"Um, thanks! It's great to see you all, and an absolute privilege to be here with you guys! Thank you for having me!"
"Tell then about yourself, Pete."
"Um, sure. Any questions?"
Questions were asked, and it was fun for Peter.
"How old are you?"
"I'm fifteen."
"How did Tony take you in? You're only in high school, I'm guessing."
"He was amazed by my work and my IQ, so he made an exception."
"What is your relationship with Mr. Stark."
"Ah, even though he is my mentor, he's like a father to me, and I'm a son to him."
"That's right." Tony said.
——-
The next three days at Avenger Con was great, being live on television, demonstrations on inventions for the crowd, and answering questions.
Soon, it was time to go back. On the next day when Peter was back in school, he was bombarded by students.
Welp, this was going to be a stressful and eventful few days... maybe even weeks...

She befriends, in particular, a sassy fox-spirit named Akari who just reincarnated after three millennia. Essairyn is an abnormal human with elemental powers, and Akari is being chased by those of her dark past. Together, they set out on an adventure in a world of magic, danger, mystery, and intrigue. But this not a game. That simple adventure is actually the modest beginnings in a chain of disruptions that tear even the dimensional fabric of time and space. No one, not even Essairyn, was who she thought she was. And not even the gods can change the destiny of the universes... A single promise shook eternity’s existence. — Fantasy || Adventure || Romance || Action || Mystery || Drama || Science Fiction — The My World To Live (MWTL) series, the alternative short name is Canaan, is comprised of three books symbolically named My World, To Live, and My World To Live. Two years prior, the entire story had been planned and detailed out from start to finish before actual writing. Thus, the story will never be dropped. While the genre is largely Fantasy, the book is comprised of many other elements including a School Life (Magic Academy) story portion. MWTL has a lot of scattered symbolism and allusions, hence, the mystery aspect. The science fiction elements progressively become more pronounced, and the slow romance is a late bloomer. The female lead is strong and independent, and her backstory and identity unravel as drivers of the plot. Expect lots of action/fighting throughout and scattered philosophical and psychological themes arising. It's a human journey to find the essence of one's living and purpose. What kind of world do I wish to live for? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I hope to share the journey with you~! Canaan's Original and New Covers: If you're curious about my art and the various covers I made for this series and other authors, I have a RR thread that makes free covers and shows art processes. [October 1, 2020 Notice: Hello, I aplogize to all followers for suddenly taking an extended hiatus. Life threw a lot at my face and then the pandemic happened, so I hadn't been able to write until around the last month when I decided to challenge myself and finish the first book in this series. I am ok now, and thank you for your patience and understanding. No words can express how much every reader means to me. RR was the first writing platform that I ever felt accomplished to any small degree, so I am forever grateful to it. Multiples changes have been made since this final revision and writing of the ending, so please see the latest chapter detailing the update. This also includes my decision to submit this story to the 2020 Wattys contest (the deadline was Sept 30th). That means I will not be posting the updated version of this story on here until the contest is over (since I doubt I'll win anyway lol). And so, if you want to read the full, now completed (woohoo!) story, please go to my Wattpad. Thank you once again, and wishing you all the very best health and happiness! FINAL UPDATE, March 7, 2021: The complete story has been re-posted after the Wattys. This version that was on Wattys is the one being re-posted. However, the Final Version (which will be on a separate book from this to remain organized, and is technically the fifth version of the story xD) will be released May 2021. For more information, please read this update linked here. Thank you to all readers for taking this two year journey with me!
