as i was crying my heart out, i decided to pack the items that was really important, which is most of my food. i look at all my contacts and saw jimmy's. he wouldn't mind if i stayed with him until i find a new home? right?!
i decided to call. [ J=Jimmy, Y=Y/n]
hey y/n! need anything?
hey so, i got kicked out of my apartment. i don't have anywhere to stay, so i was wondering if i cou-
for sure! i'll text you my address. do you need anything?
oh um.. no, maybe a mattress? i can't bring my big stuff.
okay! i'll get that for you! cya then!
he hangs up.
that went extremely well. i expected him to say, "uh ew! no" or just plain "no"
i grab my car keys and google the address he just sent to me. it was a good, 10 minute drive. so i decided to start driving.
-1 minute away.
i'm really grateful for jimmy. he's so hard working and he deserves everything. i pull into a two story house. now you think just because jimmy's rich, he'll have a fucking mansion. which, no. he wouldn't. he uses all his extra money, that should be for himself. he uses it for youtube, to make people happy.
i park my car in the driveway, and see a Chris pop out of the house.
"hey y/n! jimmy told me about what happened. you okay?" he questions.
i nod, and grab my small bag of items. chris looks, and gasps. "all that? you're gonna live here guRL! it's not a sleepover."
i laugh, looking at the bag. i didn't really realize how small it was, i was just focussing on what i needed.
"yeah.. sorry. i don't have much, i don't even have a job. it'll be weird if i had so much." i say, not trying to make him have sympathy.

he just smiles, and pats my back. "you're gonna be okay, y/n."
and he invites me into the house. shows my my room, and gives me the wifi password. which is really good, because i use my phone nearly all day. chris grabs his phone, and i think orders pizza. i'm not too sure.
"need anything y/n?" he asks me. i start to sweat.
i never gotten this much attention from my friends, or even family.
i shake my head, a no. "i'm good for now, i'll tell you if i need something."
chris nods, understanding. then we both hear the doorbell. knowing that it was either the pizza man or jimmy, we run towards it. it was like a game, though. no one even told us to "GO" or whatever. chris reached the door first, opens it. revealing a young pizza boy. around my age.
"hi! you're chris, right?" pizza asks.
he nods, and runs to get his money. now it was awkward cause' i was just standing there waiting.
"hey, you're his sister? or girlfriend?" pizza man asks.
"uh- no. i'm his friend." i respond, and started sweating.
the pizza man nods, and looks me up and down. "can i have your number?" he blurts.
my face turns a deep pink, and i nod. giving him my phone, and he puts his number in. then finally, thank god. for what felt like a year, chris returns with the money.
"here you go, you keep the change" chris explains, and grabs the hot pizza.
i was excited because, well pizza! i close the door, and was ready to attack the pizza in his hand. but wasn't, cause thats rude.
he goes, and opens the pizza box. which shows (whatever pizza you like). which is my favoriteee. we both just grab a lot of slices and eat in, not a uncomfortable silence. a comforting silence. which, i'm thankful for!

Incursions
This blurb concerns Incursions book 1: Incarceration. If you could buy superhuman abilities, but they might kill you—or worse—would you do it? Ten years ago, in a world not so different from our own, people with powerful abilities appeared. The new powers were dangerous, dangerous to acquire—dangerous to have—dangerous to wield. World governments raced to find and eradicate the abilities and those who possess them while using the media to rule by fear. Whereas corporations sought to exploit the abilities for profit. Raz Owens was living the dream - a rising star at a job he enjoys, a girlfriend he loves, but it all comes crashing down when Raz disregards his late father's advice. He is pulled into a chaotic underworld of clandestine labs, shadow organizations, and super-powered criminals. Used as a human test subject in a place where few survive the day, he must last long enough to escape. His only advantage? A power that seems nearly useless—a heads-up display. Contains: monsters, violence, death, dismemberment, gamelit, superpowers, superpower consequences, good guys, bad guys, good guys who might be bad guys, bad guys who think they are good guys, good guys that might go bad, bad guys that might turn good, guns for hire, competence, incompetence, continence, incontinence, conspiracies, and some of what I just said wasn't true. This story is written in third person limited POV. That means you can expect to know many of the thoughts and inner dialog of one character, and only see the actions of other characters. This POV does include scenes without the main character, and thus the reader can and will know things the main character does not. Further, this means characters act on what they know, which is almost always less than the reader knows. Something else to know. These books do not hold your hand. If you're reading it and thinking "Gosh, why aren't 'they' doing some 'obvious' thing." Bad news. You probably missed something that explains exactly that. If you're seeking a light read that doesn't ask much of you as the reader, you're invited and very welcome to come on in, but this might not be the story for you.
8 145Tale of a Cruel World
A world where civilization is worthless and the meanderings of the wild bend humanity to its knees. This the tale of a cruel world, seemingly destined never to find peace. Through calamity after catastrophe, through silence and storm, its people have survived. Though, soon the final calamity will come. A clone of the strongest, most feared mage, Calamitas, bioengineered to only feel 'positive' emotions, and an ordinary hunter fighting to protect his dying sister begin their journey with a wish to rid a city of plaguebrought strife. (This is based on the Calamity Mod for Terraria, but should be perfectly readable to any normal viewers. To make its universe into a living, breathing place requires liberties enough to make this almost 'my own' world, so keep in mind that this isn't a very 'conventional' fanfiction(or maybe it is, I don't actually know the conventions).)
8 135REALITY
You are stuck in an endless loop of life and death. Looking for an answer. Your journey will be long and it will be hard. But you must stay strong and overcome any obstacle in your path with help of your allies. But the main question is what lies at the end? Will you become the saviour or will you end it all?
8 199Dust Company
In a world overrun with hordes of undead, a small fortress stood as one of the last bastions of the living. Rem had prepared himself alongside his comrades for the incoming attack when he was abruptly summoned into another world. Now Rem is able to use magic for the first time in his life as part of a strange system inherent in his new home, and his daily plans mostly consist of finding a guild quest monster, stabbing it in the face and profiting. His prospects have improved, and he has the opportunity to live a relatively normal life in the pursuit of comfort and happiness! This is the story of Rem not doing that.---Note: There will be traumatizing content and progression is not the central aspect of this story. On Hiatus - added a note at the end of Chapter 8.
8 191Heart of the Dungeon
A lazy, wingless, blabbermouth of an imp, smearing goat’s blood all over the crystal – that is the unpleasant view this new Heart wakes up to. “I’m your Prime!” the imp says. The Heart reluctantly agrees. In an unknown world, filled with dangers, it needs every help it can get – even if said help is not…optimal. The Heart tries its best to succeed, even after being tricked by shrewd traders and having less than useful minions. Rival races settle in the Dungeon, causing even more headaches. The heroes, as they call themselves, sets their aim on the ‘new and defenseless’ Dungeon. The heroes are always lurking in the shadows – well actually, they are standing in the open, under the sun, hiding nothing – but either way, their evil intentions, no matter how they claim to justify them, only cause needless death. “Am I really that precious? Must you hunt me so fiercely? Why are you doing this to me?” The Heart does not understand their motives. Perhaps its lack of understanding has something to do with the fact the Heart has no physical limits nor material needs. Why take it from someone, when you can simply will it forth? Just pay for it with mana rent! To make things worse, the real dangers are not from above, nor from below, but from within…
