If burr had took a moment to have an intellectual conversation with Angelica they may have been good friends but the only time he speaks to her in the musical he's trying to hit on her and not in the most flattering way either.
Angelica has characteristics of both Hamilton and Jefferson so their moods would factor how they behaved around one another on a particular day.
I think they'd have been better friends.
