Liam POV
"Damn Liam can you slow down" I looked back to tell Mya no but before I could I bumped into someone yet again today sending me to the floor.
"Ouch, well that hurt a little" I ignore the person and just continue to lay on the floor.
"Call the ambulance I can't move," I said opening my eyes and looking at Mya.
"You're so dramatic, boy get off the floor" Mya expressed.
"Okay fine" I rolled my eyes then got help getting up from my lovely new friend Vic because Mya wasn't going to. I heard laughter coming from below me so I turned around and saw Dethan on the floor.
"Not all three of y'all in one day. I don't think it's my problem at this point" I raise my hands in defense.
"Can I get some help down here?" Dethan said looking at us then everyone looked at each other.
"Are you saying something down there?" says Ethan.
"Give me your hand" I lend him a hand but as I'm helping him he pulls my hand with too much force and I fell on him. Now we're chest to chest and staring into each other's eyes.
"Can y'all get a room already" Nathan with his big mouth said.
"Can you hush and go somewhere already?" I said as I got up off of Dethan.
"Anyways ignoring the fools in the room. What class do you have now?" I asked Dethan.
"Well, I have Supernatural Knowledge with Ethan right now wbu" He replied.
"We have Werewolf Nostalgia with Mr. Moon," I said pointing at Mya and Vic then Dethan and Ethan chuckled.
"What's so funny," I asked looking between them both.
"Nathan has Werewolf Nostalgia with Mr. Moon right now as well," Ethan responded and everyone chuckled. I looked at Nathan and he has an evil grin.
"Who's Nathan again?? Never heard of him sorry" everyone laughed at what I said. Well everyone except the unknown Nathan of course.
"You know what let me head along to class before I hurt your little feelings," he muttered before he turned around and started to roam to class.

"Let's head to class before the bell rings Mr. Liam," says Mya with sass.
"Bye, see you around," Dethan said with a little laugh and a wave as he began to walk to class with Ethan.
Mya, Vic, and I strolled to class as soon as we stepped into the room the bell rang. Well, Mya was spot on with the time. She's going to be a great asset to me because I'm late for almost everything. As we took our seats the teacher came into class. Well damn, he's hot. I saw why Mya and Vic said he was the best teacher in the school.
"Good Afternoon everyone. Seems like we have a new student in our class. Liam Scott?? Just raise your hand so everyone would know who you are." I raised my hand.
"Okay good, I'm gonna save you the embarrassing first day 'tell us about yourself' question. But just tell us what type of supernatural you are because I'm picking up werewolf with another scent mix together. I think everyone's wondering the same thing too." Mr. Moon indicated. Well, this one is nosey. He's lucky he is hot as hell.
"I'm a Werewolf/Vampire Hybrid" most persons in a class gasp as if they have never seen a hybrid before. It seems so common to me because everyone in my family are hybrids.
"Interesting, we haven't had many Hybrids come to this school during the years because they're quite rare." Mr. Moon said then everyone turned to look at me. He started the class after everyone had settled down.
"Anyways onto today's class, today we will be learning about The Three Ancient Wolves." He went to the board and wrote the topic.
"The Three Ancient Wolves were the first ever wolves to roam the Earth a long time ago along with the Great White Wolf. The Three Ancients were 3 out of 4 children from the Moon Goddess. The eldest brother whose name was Strom, the second born was Spirit and the youngest was Starstruck." At this point, everyone was interested in this topic and hang on to every word he said.

"Strom, he was the most powerful of the three. He brought destruction to everyone in his path. Spirit was the balance between the brothers he kept everyone level-headed. Starstruck was the stubborn one and never seem to follow the rules. When he put his mind in focus he could be a force to be reckoned with."
He continued the story while everyone listened attentively. Then he said something that caught my attention for some reason.
"The 4th wolf was The Great White Wolf. He was the wolf to hold as much power as the Moon Goddess herself. The first wolf to ever be created and the most powerful of them all. But even with all his power, he was the most humble, caring, and loving wolf among the others." This story sounds so similar to me. I don't think I have ever heard it before. While in my thoughts a girl in front of me asked a question bringing me back to reality.
"So does that mean that all four are brothers?" she questioned.
"No, The Great White Wolf was created by The Gods & Goddesses and given to The Moon Goddess as her first creation. The Ancient wolves were born from The Moon Goddess so they are blood brothers."
"Oh okay I understand"
"Now moving on to pressing matters before the bell rings. I will be putting everyone into groups of 2 to write me a research paper on The Three Ancient Wolves and the powers they possess so listen up." Damn more homework on the first day of school how great. He started to go in alphabetical order using last names then he got to Nathan. I forgot he was in this class.
"Davis, Nathan your partner will be, let me see amm Liam. Liam and Nathan, y'all are a group" after he said my name I let out a hard sigh. Now, why couldn't I be with Mya or Vic. Ughh.
"Now since everyone is in a group go ahead and sit next to your partner. Discuss plans or anything you need to do before the bell rings" when Mr. Moon was finished everyone started to move to their partner.
"Have fun with your bestie Liam," Vic told me with a chuckle. I rolled my eyes.
"Not you Vic I expect that from Mya but not you" I walked off as both of them started up laughing. I turned around and put up my middle finger. I walked over to Nathan's table and sat down.
"Well hello to you to pesticide," he said then I looked everywhere to see who he was talking to.
"Oh, you're meaning me?? Hey I'm Liam I don't know of that pesticide person you speak of" I rolled my eyes once again for the thousandth time today
"One of these days they're gonna stick up there" Nathan implied.
"And until then I will keep rolling them" He irritates the hell out of me.
"Anyway, we can start this Wednesday after school or whatever" Nathan notified.
"That sounds fine" as soon as I said this the bell rang for class to be over.
"Okay everyone class is over enjoy the rest of your day and get a start on those Research Papers they're due Monday next week. Bye"
"Bye Mr. Moon," everyone said then got up and left.
"Hope you fall again or something" before I could respond to him he was already out the door. I walked outside to Mya and Vic.
"What you have now Liam?" Vic asked
"Maths with Mr. Johnson with Kasper, Tanya, and Levi," I answered
"Another eye candy of a man" Mya is obsessed with these male teachers
"Whore" I mumbled under my breath.
"You will be saying the same thing when you see him." I don't doubt Mya at all because all the male teachers so far are SEXY.
"Well Mya and I have English now then we're done for the day. See you tomorrow Liam"
"Bye, don't die" Mya yelled as they walked away.
"Bye y'all" I waved goodbye and strolled to my next class which was up on the third floor. Now I have to walk up these stairs again for today.

A world with a strange thing called a leveling system. Current update schedule: Tuesday 10:00 PM NZT Idea I had of an Abyss Watcher from Dark Souls 3 being transported into a LitRPG world. You don't have to know any of the lore from Dark Souls to understand this, however if you want to know more about the lore just google it or something, I can't stop you But it's not like it will be very useful in this story as I plan to not be focused on Dark Souls Lore. As a side note for those reading this while it is ongoing, I will occasionally go back to previous chapters and sometimes add certain elements to the skills and leveling. Not to worry though as I will tell you as to what I have edited in the authors notes, so be sure to pay attention to those when they appear as they may contain information required for continued understanding. Also, if you decide to drop this book then please leave a comment on the chapter you stopped on and tell me what made you stop.

Toothpick
“Hello! My humble audience! I, the Bard of the North, am going to tell you a tale. Nothing new, nothing old. A story of a hero, some may say, others a poor boy who was hated by the world.” The storyteller paused as he waited, right timing was everything when telling a story. Pacing… Too slow and the audience became bored then left without tossing even the smallest of coins. If he spoke too fast and rushed the story. It would leave the audience confused and having no reason to be impressed. So like any good storyteller, the Bard has to do a balancing act of sorts. Not too slow, not too fast. Just perfectly in the middle. “In a shattered country in the south, a novice princeling has the ambition to mend a torn tapestry that is his birthplace. Struggling to fend off those who would usurp the throne in an unending civil war spanning centuries. A mercenary that left only death in his wake, unable to stave off the monotony and peace of life. He looks back at the path laden with bodies, wondering if it was all worth it. Wandering souls summoned by a madman, travel away from a wasteland in a foreign land, the first alone, the others as companions. A deity, ancient in her years, waiting to be freed from a duty she no longer enjoys. For all these people and their stories, none are the hero of this tale. No, the hero is not grand, not wise, not ready.. he was punished for nothing of his doing, who was an outcast that was unloved by many, including his father.” This was always the big reveal novices use to jump off into their story. He did not start here, instead, like any good fishermen, he set the bait and waited until the fish bit before pulling. As he saw the audience's eyes focus, he then started the backstory. The harness, that stopped the listeners from having metaphorical whiplash. The foreshadowing. “But that is not where the story starts. No, not even the hero's birth. Where the story begins, is the boredom of the deity, a deity many know of. She who hunts for the impossible, the guide for those who have lost the path, the Huntress of Mallon--” A small pause, a short breath. “--All old names for a single powerful being that has roamed the grounds of this continent longer than any line of kings or queens, lords or ladies. A being of worship for many an individual…” One last breath. And he began singing the first verse.
