A/N: Yay, 500 views! Small steps. Maybe at minimum, I'll update every 100 views or so? Btw, I probably should've mentioned this earlier, but I want to apologize for the weird number sizes that sometimes appear. Wattpad can be really... weird from mobile devices (I usually use my tablet for about every), and things like the way numbers look can be off. And sometimes apparently I can't do things like italicize because the font isn't right and I can't upload pictures for whatever reason. Oh and starting now I'm gonna put my chapters through Grammarly. I can write fast and I often don't look back or proofread. So the times when I do I always end up finding something I messed up. Anyways that's all for now. As always, additions to personal libraries and reading lists are appreciated as well as votes and comments.
Author's POV
The three teens struggled in their binds. Bruises and cuts could be seen on their bodies. The boy with dirty blonde hair looked around for something to get them out. However, everything even remotely useful was out of their reach. They had their mouths taped so they couldn't call for help, not that it would've done much. He couldn't believe that the three of them were outmatched by one dude in a hoodie and masked.
As he continued to struggle he hissed out in pain. The tight ropes rubbed against his wounds. The boy in the mask had of course not been gentle with any of them but seemed extra eager to cause the blonde boy pain.
He stopped struggling as the wounds would get worse if he continued. His mind was abuzz with the recent events. He, Eli, and Amy had gone out looking for Clara and Kiara. Unfortunately, they had not found her, however, they did find Clara. To most, this would seem like a fortunate event but finding her hanging from her neck with dried blood and cuts everywhere turned it into an unfortunate event. They had decided they couldn't leave their friend like that. So with heavy hearts, they cut her down and moved her away from the house. Hoping to take her to camp or get help to remove the body so they could have a proper burial.

After they had done so, they entered from the back of the house, surprisingly finding the door unlocked. They called out, only to get no response. They searched the bottom floor, finding nothing too interesting other than a locked box in the refrigerator and dried blood in the living room. They crept up to the second floor. Confusion and hope growing as they saw that the door to the attic has been opened and pulled down. They slowly climbed up to find to their horror, a girl tied up. Her skin had fresh cuts along with older ones. They rushed to her, the girl looked up at them, her eyes wide with fear, a muffled cry came out as if it were desperately trying to tell them something. But before they could decipher it, they heard the sound of someone behind them. They turned around to face whoever it was.
The figure was of a male, dressed in black jeans and a matching hoodie, his most prominent feature was the pale white mask, a bit of light brown hair stuck out of his hoodie and flopped over a bit of the top of the mask. Black lips were painted on it with think black eyebrows and to top it off the mask gave off a look that his eyes were nothing but black sockets. A disturbing emotionless and cold expression from the mask gave those who looked at it a chilling sight.
Before much could be done Eli charged without a second thought. To the three teens' shock, the killer dodged easily, leaving Eli to charge into the wall. While reckless, Eli was also persistent. Like a bull, he charged at the man over and over again. Like a parent playing with a child, the man dodged with ease.
Amy decided to join in and charged at him. He dodged her with ease but rather than let her run into something or let herself stop and turn around, he quickly trapped the back of Amy's head and smashed it against the head of the charging Eli. They both fell down, too physically stunned to do anything at the moment. Mikey rushed over to them but before he could get to them the man pulled out a knife and managed to make along and deep slash across Mikey's arm. Mikey pulled back and held his arm in pain. By this time Amy and Eli had recovered enough to stand and assume a fighting stance. However, this was short-lived as the man quickly knocked both unconscious with a hard punch to the head. Now it was just the two of them.

"Where is Kiara?", Mikey asked, attempting to make his tone as threatening as possible.
The man didn't respond.
"I said, where's Kiara?", Mikey shouted.
Once again, no answer.
Seeing as speaking was getting them nowhere Mikey charged at the masked man. With ease the man avoided it. Mikey's charge came to a halt but before he could do anything more the man ran at him and pushed him into the wall. His cold fingers wrapped around Mikey's neck as he began to choke him. Mikey struggled but to no avail. He eventually passed out but not before he heard the fading words,
"My Kiara will be fine, but I can't say the same for you and your friends."
