《Taking Tammy.》(18)

Tammy met the floor with a thud, her back taking the brunt of the impact. Aidan dove on top of her, winding her in an instant.
The pair grappled with each other like animals.
Aidan held her down as Tammy attempted to throw punches, not only forgetting but letting go of the knife she held moments ago.
“You have no idea,” he growled, forcing her hands to the floor in one swift motion. “How lucky you are.”
Tammy fought back, kicking and turning underneath him.
But he was too heavy and overpowered her easily, straddling her with only one leg as he twisted his body, stretching to grab something from the floor whilst making sure to not lose control of Tammy.
He laughed before bringing the knife he had just snatched to Tammy’s throat, forcing her struggling to stop immediately.
“You won’t kill me,” she squeaked as the coldness of the blade greeted her flesh.
“No,” he whispered before pushing it in further, with just enough force to scratch the surface. “But I can hurt you pretty bad.”
In a last attempt of fight, Tammy met his eyes with a vengeance
The thought of her parents death fresh in her head, she spoke with a softness he didn’t deserve. “You already have.”
Aidan’s gaze locked onto hers as his grip on her arms tightened. For a second, anger came over him; his entire jaw locking with frustration.
But then, something else.
His body relaxed as he shifted himself backwards, retrieving the knife from Tammy’s skin and placing in down by his side.
“You know,” he spoke slowly, “there are other things I’d rather be doing than cleaning today.”
Aidan’s eyes glided over her body, sending goosebumps down her spine.
“Relax,” he prompted, picking up on her sudden stillness. “I’m not into that. I prefer my interactions to be consensual.”
Tammy didn’t know whether to cry or laugh at his comments.
The thought of Aidan interacting with anyone made her want to vomit, never mind said interaction being with her.
Just as she was about to speak, a loud knocking echoed through the room, saving her from any more second-hand embarrassment.
“Damn,” Aidan cursed, throwing a glance towards the door. “They aren’t supposed to be here yet.”

Meg The Heavenly Merchant
Updates once a week.(This is a rough draft) Author's Note: This story has grown in ways I did not predict and while it still features a merchant those aspects have gotten less page time than the fighting and romance elements. I have updated the description to represent the story better) For the past fourteen years Meg has dedicated herself to walking the path of a Heavenly Dragon Knight in her favorite videogame, Tattered Realms:Chaos Age. But now the game is shutting down and everyone wants to know what she plans to do for the sequel. Meg isn't sure at first. She knows only that she yearns for the days when she could lose herself in a game without worrying about boss strategies and crushing her rivals. And when her friend suggests playing a merchant her heart is filled with the same wanderlust and inspiration that launched her gaming career in the first place. But if she isn't dominating dungeons and setting records will people still watch her play? And can she really walk away from all the fighting for a quiet life of buying and selling?

This story is rated PG-13+, and may demonstrate some more mature themes over the course of the story. Sixty two years had passed since a near cataclysmic event had taken place, and countless tales from those times and times before have been written into history. History, in of itself, is an excellent teacher to those from many backgrounds, but at the same time, it can teach those with malevolent intent to learn from the mistakes made by collegues and similar historical figures. History can inspire to do good whilist preventing evil, yet at the same time, can inspire evil to become smarter, and more skillful in its ways. An adventurer, accompanied by a protective guardian, had set out on a journey to explore the world of Aequiria, inspired by the thousands of tales formed previously, to forge a tale of their own through iron and strife. . . .
