《Never Die》Chapter 1

The house was quiet, at least what was left of the house anyways. What happened in the house that barely stood, was life changing, especially for Santa Carla and the family that called it home.
Santa Carla could finally get rid of its name "Murder Capital of the World." The killers were finally killed, and they were taken down by a group of kids. Hunters in training you might say. All to save a brother that didn't believe the girl he liked.
One drink is all it took. It was something so simple,so easy, but at what cost? Lives were put at risk to make up for that one drink, but looking at the house you would never know that or the dangers that lie within the broken house.
*crunch* crunch*
Could be heard throughout the house as someone walked all over the rubble. "Tsk Tsk what a mess," a voice said.
The person stopped walking and stood in front of the fireplace or what was left of it. "Max I must say this has to be your dumbest plan yet. I mean it got you and your boys killed, but don't worry Max, I remember our promise we made."
The person then took a step closer to the fireplace and squatted down. "But I'm making a few changes to that promise. You won't be the head vampire anymore, and you know why, because I'm not bringing you back," the person hissed out. "There is a new head vampire in town and it ain't you." The person then stood but not before patting the rubble of the fireplace and saying, "enjoy death my friend."
The person then walked back to the middle of the room her back to the fireplace. She then raised her hands in the air and closed her eyes and called out in a loud voice, "The four souls that died here rise and live once again. Take back the life that was once was yours and LIVE!"

The house began to shake and rubble started to fall. Then all of the sudden it stopped. She opened her eyes, "huh that didn't work?" She asked confused why it didn't work. She then turned around to look back at the fireplace and was startled to see four figures standing there.
"Well see it did work. Welcome back boys," she said as the boys stood there looking at themselves and each other. Marko was looking at his chest where the stake had went through his heart and Paul was checking his skin to check the burns from the holy water.
Dwayne was also looking at his chest from the arrow that shot him into the stereo and David who just like Marko and Dwayne checking his chest where the antlers pierced him. They each looked at each other all happy to see each other but also confused how they were alive.
"Now I know you guys are probably confused how y'all are alive. Well it is simple I brought you back to live, but not your master Max. He is an ass and I don't like him. With that being said he is no longer the head vampire."
"Then who is and who are you?" David asked.
"You will meet her soon enough and my name is Valerie."
"What do you mean we will meet her soon enough? And why did you bring us back to life?" Dwayne asked.
"Well you see I owed Max a favor and I was actually supposed to bring him back also but long story short he is an ass and I didn't want to. Anyways the new head vampire, how do I say this... she is different and something special. You will know her when you see her," Valerie explained as she walked back and forth.

"But now that you're back what are y'all going to do?" She asked as she stopped walking and stood in front of the guys.
"We are going to kill Star, the Emerson and the Frog brothers is what we are going to do!" David yelled.
"Yay let's kill them!" Paul and Marko yelled. Dwayne nodding his head in agreement.
Valerie then started to laugh, "yeah no." She said as she stopped laughing. "Your new head vampire will take care of all of them, so for now you need to stay on the down low. You need to do all your killing and everything in another town. Don't go back to your cave or anything. Not until it is time."
"And how will we know it is time?" David asked as he took a cigarette out of jacket pocket. He then brought it to his mouth and lit it, "also how is this supposedly new head vampire going to take care of them?"
"It will be after you guys gain your strength back that is for sure but you guys will know. She won't fail like Max she will get Star, Laddie, and the Emersons to become vampires, but she will also get the Frog brothers. Your vampire clan is about to grow like it was supposed to just this time you will have a new leader," Valerie explained.
"Now let's get out of here before this place falls on us or they come back." Valerie then headed out the back door. The boys watched as she walked away wondering what they should do. Trust the stranger they just met that brought them back and do what she said, or go down to the boardwalk and prove why Santa Carla is the murder capital of the world.
They looked at the front of the house that would lead them to the boardwalk, A life they know. They then looked at the back door Valerie walked out, a door that lead to the unknown.
"You boys coming or what?" They heard Valerie yell. With one last look at the front of the house and a look from each other they turned and walked out of the back door leaving Santa Carla behind.
Well for now at least....

To Snag A Vampire
Where you would expect a brother-knight to be a paragon of virtue, discipline, and modesty — Oliver Arborough is a little off the mark, what with his frivolous, flippant nature and the tendency to give in to worldly desires. A War Beyond Kings
Author: I made som mistakes early in the story that I will have to correct, but it will take some time. I have not abandoned this story, but I will be working on my computer and will not be active on royal road. "The elves start to leave their secure forest of Silvanwood for the first time in over two thousand years. Wizards are murdered in their own homes one by one to the dismay of the Jeidan Order of mages. The ancient ruins in Agnellia seem to have awoken after thousands of years of abandon. The flames of war are brewing, and the continent of Maëgor is about to witness a war like never seen before." Author’s note: This is a serious story, loosely inspired from many great works, which you will maybe be able to identify on your own. It is entirely original though. I’ll be working on this for hours every day, but that doesn’t necessarily means that there’ll be daily chapters. I don't own the rights to the cover image, and will immediatly take it down if the author requires so. Every chapter will be at least 2000 words. And congratulations to anyone who guesses on which language the chapter titles are written in.

One in a Billion
My name is Xelean, since I can remember I always saw strange shapes floating in my field of vision. When I asked my parents about it, they looked at me concerned, perhaps thinking that I had a vision problem. Seeing his reaction I quickly said that it was all a joke. However, when I learned to read, I understood a little better what those images with letters were thanks to the following message:'Congratulations soul of the multiversal soul flow!!! You are the soul number 1 Billion that will be born in the world to which you were destined, in consideration and because the current situation of the world, certain benefits will be granted:[User interface][Inspection][Accelerated balanced growth] Sincerely, The Hive.' ---------------------------------------------------- Author Note/Warning:English is not my first language. One of the reasons why I started writing this is to improve my writing skills, so if you see any errors, please leave a comment. In this work there may be similar things/references to different novels (from webnovel and outside of it), role-playing campaigns, movies, anime and manga; since they shaped the idea that I have of the stories and I think that, in part, many of the ideas that I have in mind are consciously or unconsciously inspired by them.
