Alright people, let's be honest, 9 months of pregnancy is not enough to prepare you for birth.

Ever since the conference, I have started feeling anxious about the fact that I could give birth any day, since I have nothing to look forward to except for that.

And if you're wondering, I won the competition and they are giving me 6 months after my birth to start brainstorming the movie as well as shooting. And I cannot wait!

The trophy for winning the competition is now hanging in the library, and I would like to believe that it is one of many.

After the thrill of the competition I now lock myself at home because I might give birth any moment.

"Are you really going to stay in here forever?" Leo asks as he leans on the doorway with an amused face.

I roll my eyes and rub my stomach, "Not until forever, just until my baby girl or boy comes out."

He walks forward and sits on the urge of the bed, by my feet, and says. "How about we go out? You and I to the office and watch me work?"

I chuckle and shake my head. "If going to the office is your definition of fun then count me out?"

"It isn't, but I thought you'd like to go to Pizza Royal afterwards." He suggests.

I grin and gently climb off the bed, "Next time start with that," I point at him and walk out of the room with him following behind me.

"Aren't you changing out of your comfy clothes?" I hear Leo gesturing at my clothes which consisted of my grey sweatpants and Leo's black hoodie which is much larger on me.

I raise my brow, almost challenging him and even add a, "So?"

"Nothing!" He says quickly says and I smile, walking away.

When we get to Leo's office, I'm not at all surprised that we gained attention of the people inside. They stared but no one dared to get close and speak to us except for the casual greetings, some were even too scared to look at us.

I don't know what Leonardo did to these people but he definitely scarred them.

In a lighter note, the rude receptionist has been replaced by a nice kind girl, and let's just say I'm beyond happy.

But that's where my happiness ended because I have been sitting still in Leo's office for the past three hours. I'm tired of scrolling through Instagram, chatting with Penny and Blaire and scrolling through Twitter.

Leo, on the other hand, has been in and out of meetings during that time so I'm sure he's having fun. Whatever fun means in this uptight society of his.

Speaking of the devil, he walks in the office and smiles at me when he sees me lounging on his big chair, but I only give him an annoyed look.

"You left me in here for three hours with no entertainment as well as food." I whine throwing my head back.

He chuckles and closes the door, "You should have just told me you wanted entertainment, I'll just call my part time PA and he'll also get food."

I stand up and frown, crossing my arms across my chest. "PA? Why not you?" I pout.

Leo kisses my pouting lips and smiles. "I have calls to make but it won't take that long, I promise." Seeing the pout that's still on my face, he says, "Unless if you want me to call a clown for the little baby." He teases me and even pinches my cheeks like how grandparents do.

I swat his hands way and sit back down on his chair. "Fine, call your PA." I wave my hand around like I'm ordering him around.

He raises his eyebrow, "I don't remember making you the boss." He feigns confusion.

I return, I feign innocence. "Oh baby, I'm always the boss."

He laughs and leaves the room.

Okay, Leonardo's temporary PA is actually not that bad. His name is Vincent and he is such a sweetheart, and shockingly he is not that afraid of Leo, in fact he finds him hot and cute when he yells and barks orders around.

Yes, Vince swings for the other team which makes me love him even more.

He skillfully managed to get me out of that boring office and took me to Pizza Royal himself since Leo's calls were taking long.

Now, after two hours, Leo has texted me telling me he's coming to get me.

"Oh, I can not wait for swimsuit season so I could volunteer at the club just so I could let my eyes wonder." He gushes as he sips his glass, looking behind me dreamily.

I laugh, "I won't say I can relate because I've never done that before."

Vince rolls his eyes, "Obvi, I mean you have a walking sex greek god at your service, why would you go?"

I gasp and laugh at his choice of words. Just as I was about to reply, he beats me to it.

"Talking about the greek god and he shall appear." He says looking behind me.

Just then, Leo stops at our booth almost scaring me because despite Vince's heads up, I did not expect him.

"Hey." I say with a smile, at the same time Vince says, "Well hello boss." Clearly making Leo uncomfortable even though he tries to hide it.

"Ready?" He asks taking my bag for me.

I nod and stand up from the booth with the help of Leo and flash Vince a warm smile, "Bye Vincent, call me if you need anything." I wave goodbye and walk out of the restaurant with Leo behind me.

When we're out, I hear Leo whisper, "I think Vincent has a crush on me."

I laugh, "What gave it away?"

A few songs and minutes later, we arrive home. I groan when we exit the car and make our way to the main door. "I can't wait to hit the bed and sleep already." I say adding a yawn.

"I'm sorry Sunshine but that'll have to wait for a few more hours." He says and walks in front of me.

Before I get the chance to ask, he opens the door and immediately people yell. "Surprise!"

Like on my birthday, everyone I know is here, but unlike last time they are wearing both blue and pink clothes. There is also a banner written "Baby Shower!"

Then, suddenly, I light almost blinds my eyes, and I think someone just took a picture of me.

I blink a couple of times and see Alex with Mary's big camera. "I just had to take a picture of your facial expression. I'm sure you went expecting this." He says with his idiotic grin.

I was definitely not expecting this at all. I thought all the surprises ended on my birthday but I guess my friends and family are thinking otherwise.

"But I'm not even dressed for the occasion." I whine at my choice of clothes.

Leo only smirks and crosses his muscular arms across his chest. "I remember asking if you wanted to go out dressed like that and you gave me an attitude instead."

I glare at him. And not that I notice it, Leo is also wearing a blue suit, fit for the theme, and I'm stuck dressed like a hobo - as Blaire will say.

I turn back at the crowd and shout, "Girls, a word please." I walk upstairs with Penny, Blaire and Jen following me, I think. It would be very embarrassing if they are not.

When I get to my room, I open the door and allow them to enter. They all sit on the bed and I take this time to glare at them.

"How could you not tell me you're throwing me a baby shower?" I ask them.

Penny shrugs. "It's called a surprise for a reason babe, otherwise it wouldn't be a surprise."

I huff, "Okay then you three are going to make sure that none of the guests eat anything without me, I'm going to change real quickly."

Blaire grins and stands up to hug me. "Awe, you've grown so much. I remember one day when you were wearing this similar hobo uniform and didn't even care about it. But look at you now." She wiped away an imaginary tear. "All grown up."

I laugh and shake my head. "No, I just want to look good for the camera." I wink and walk to the walk-in closet when I hear Penny telling them to leave before Alex starts dining on the baby cake.

Thirty minutes later, the party is full swing, with games played here and there, and food being eaten. I most say, Penny throws a good baby shower.

I came back downstairs wearing my pink maternity dress with blue spots on it.

After a game of who can do baby things quicker, Penny stands up and walks over to the make shift stage. "I hope everyone is having fun. Now, Alison, I know you've said you don't want to know the baby's gender before birth but we know it's a lie. So we took it into our hands, with the help of Leo, to reveal the gender today!" She gestures for Alex and Blaire to step forward.

They do that with each of them holding a big white balloon inside. Alex hands one to Leonardo and Blaire hands one to me. They also hand us needles.

"Okay, one the count of three you're both going to pop the balloons and whatever colour the glitter come out, is the gender of your child." She explains. "In three, two, one!"

We both do as said and in sync, blue glitters come out of the balloon. Everyone starts cheering and I look at Leo, who's covered with a bit of glitter, and smile with a teary eyes. "We're having a baby boy." I say.

He nods and immediately hugs me. "We're going to have a baby boy. Thank you."

We hug for a few minutes until we decide that it's time to go back to the crowd. As we do that I can't help but think of the name of our child. We said that if it's a girl the name would be Aurora Hope O'Neil, but since it's a boy...

"Jaxon Dimitri O'Neil." I whisper out loud catching the attention of Leo.

He smiles at me and nods. "We finally have our very own Jaxon Dimitri O'Neil."

I shake my head and point at the floor. "No honey, Jaxon wants to come out. My water just broke."

"Oh shit!"
