《★Rise of the Gun Hero★》LEVEL UP!

After the squad and I had walked out of the palace, we had then decided to start leveling up...
'This has to be some kind of video game...'
"Soo, how do we even 'level up'?"
"We fight monsters." Renn said with enthusiasm.
'Monsters?' *gulp*
"Where should we start?"
"Well, maybe at field not so far from here." Kain pointed to a distance.
"Alright, after we visit the weapon shop again..."

"What the hell is that thing?!"
And orange demon ball bounced its way to me, trying to bite me...
"GET IT AWAY-"
"Hyaaa!" Suki screamed, slashing the balloon.
499+ Exp gained!
"[Y/N], you gotta get use to this y'know.."
Wow, why am I a cardinal hero again?
"R-right.." At least it doesn't squirt out blood.
I hold out my gun shakily, trying to aim at the balloons swimming in the grass.
'Uhhh...'
"WHY IS THAT THING SO LOUD!" Suki screamed while covering her ears.
"I'm sorry. That's just how it's made." I'd laugh a little. "You guys have to get use to the sound too."
"Hey [Y/N], what was your world like?" Kain asked.
I'd turn to him, a bit quiet and unknowing of what to say.
I mean, do I talk about the bad or the good??
"Uhm well. We're in a pandemic."
"Pandemic?" Renn said getting up after picking up the scraps of the orange balloons.
"Yeah... Basically everyone was locked up in their homes because of a sickness."
"Ehh? But what about the monsters? What happens if they destroy everything?" Suki asked concerned.
"We... Didn't have to worry about that."
"Aw that must be nice!"
"Yeah.."
'Gotta keep in mind that these people aren't in

my world with as much advanced technology...'
"I got them all, maybe we should go and sell these now!" Renn would hold out the ripped pieces out to me.
"Uh where do we sell these?" I'd look back up to them.
"Well, we should check with the sellers out in the market if they'd take it." Kain pointed out in the distance, where the small town was.
"Maybe tomorrow, we should head back to sleep for now."
"Already? Do we have to?!" Suki whined a bit.
Sighing a bit, I'd push Suki lightly, "Yes you do you big baby."
"Ah- [Y/N]!" She'd whine louder, as the rest of us laughed at her childish act.

We paid for another night in the same rooms. And settled down in there.
"Alright, we're going to get up early and sell these things." I said before we all headed into the rooms.
They all nodded, to tired to speak because of all the running we did.
"Good night Suki and [Y/N]." Renn would say before closing the bedroom door for him and Kain.
"Night!" Suki answered Renn before closing our door.
"Ahhh I'm so tired!!!" She'd flop onto the bed and cuddle onto the blankets.
I'd kick Suki off the bed lightly before throwing the pillows and blankets for her to sleep on.
"Well, night."
"Night [Y/N]."

Walking back into the village, I noticed a lot of eyes and whispering follow us as we walked through the dirt path.
But considering I'm a cardinal hero for now, I guess it was normal.
"Hey, maybe over there!" Suki pointed to some person standing at a stand.
"Guess we could ask."
"Hey doesn't he seem familiar?" Renn turned to us.

I'd look at him and back at the person Renn was looking at.
"Naofumi?"
He seemed to be busy talking with the seller, before he pulled his arm out revealing his cape.
"What is he doing here..." Renn said lowly cringing a bit.
"Why is he even here..." Kain pulled his staff out.
I ignored them, keeping my eyes on Naofumi.
While talking, Naofumi suddenly pulled the seller by the shirt neck. Causing him to screech, causing people around's attention.
Suki pulled out her sword.
"Suki, wait." I said, holding her sword down a bit.
"He's gonna hurt him too!"
"Just...Wait it out a bit."
Naofumi then started to walk out. With a few copper coins in his hands.
Before he left, I'd rush over to him.
"Naoufumi, wait!"
He'd turn over to look at me, before turning and walking away from me.
"He changed a lot in just a few days..."
"[Y/N]! C'mon, we gotta sell these! Don't waste your time with him." Suki waved over to me.
"Right..." I said, before walking over back to the rest of the group.
I really did wanna talk to Naofumi. He couldn't have done anything wrong, right?

I was Reborn as the Villainess but I will become a Great Sage
Nova Allandis, formerly known as Suna Lee, remembers her previous life and realizes her current life is as the villainess in a fantasy novel she once read. However, as Suna, she was the laziest person with no motivation, possibly attributed to the fact that she didn't go into a major that was her strongest suit. Now that she has a high affinity towards magic and wishes to go into it, will she be able to change her lazy self for the better, or will she go back to being lazy like the villainess in the novel? Can she become a Great Sage and live life happily this time? Note: This is not a "revenge of the villainess" novel, but rather a "rise to fame" novel. A/N: This is just an experimental novel and criticisms are much appreciated, but I'm extremely defensive of my own work and characters. If you are here to put down a novel, please remember, first of all, you are not paying anything to read this, and second of all, authors are humans too.

Zombies
This is one of three stories that I am offering as a test run. If you like it, then I'll choose to continue working on it. I have a whole plot line ready to explore! What can I say, I'm a sucker for rebirth, regression, and transmigration stories. This one is a regression story. The main character get's yeeted back in the past, to where the end began. Read on tortured souls as I do my best to break the weak, and sooth those who don't have a soul to break. I spent some time trying to make a story that explores all the gritty situations a resident of the apocalypse would encounter. Unfortunately, I do struggle with pace. I get just as impatient as you when I can't get to the next bloody encounter. But I despise OP characters, and I really wanna stop and explore the fascinating death of civilization. I write this in hopes of making a main character who get's to be the bad-ass I can't be, without, you know, skipping the good stuff.
