(A/N: Hey guys! Quick question. Would you guys like it if I made my OC's love interest? Please comment your thoughts. Or you can skip this question and just carry on. No pressure!)
"Sooooooo...."
Me and the three of my party had already settled down, and began to eat.
"What is that?" Suki pointed at the gun I was holding.
"It's a gun."
"I've never heard of those." Renn looked at the gun in my hand.
I placed it down on the table to help give then a better look. Of course they wouldn't know what a gun is.
"Well. I'll show you guys how it works when we finish up." They all nod and continue eating.
"Hey [Y/N]? I have a question." Renn looked up to me and asked.
"Go ahead."
"So. I've only been taught about the four cardinal heroes. And I've heard rumors that you're the fifth one."
I sighed and dropped my fork gently.
"I don't understand either... I don't think I'm suppose to be here, but I'll fight as if it is my job as well.."
I didn't understand a lot. But from a game I had played, this world was more advanced.
So am I the supposed gun hero? Actually, possibly the first one?
The group talked on about their strengths and other things like what they couldn't handle.
"I can NOT handle any type of bees..." Suki put her hands on her arms while shaking. (Not sure if they know what these are but shush lol)
"What?"
"They're flies but they can HURT you."
"Hey [Y/N]. We should get going soon!" Kain told.
"Right.."
Everyone put their plates on top of another, and grabbed their stuff to leave.
"It should somewhere here..." Renn turned to [Y/N] panting.

The four had been running around the whole village for what seemed to be years.
"H-here!" He pointed to a stone building.
We all sighed in relif, and proceeded to walk to the door.
.
.
"Welcome good sir."
God what?-
"Hey wait a moment... Are you the supposed unknown hero?"
The man at the front desk asked.
"I guess you could call it that."
"Oh.. This will be interesting. Can I have a look at that thing you've got?" He pointed to the gun in my hand.
"Sure." I handed him the gun as he began to examine it.
"Are you familiar with this?" He turned the gun in a 360.
"Yeah. In my dimension we call it a gun."
"A gun? So the gun hero."
"I guess.."
"This has never happened.. A gun..?" He looked at the trigger of the gun, before putting a finger on it.
"Hey, I don't think you should-"
A loud bang was heard from where he was standing, and I widened my eyes in shock.
"..." The man seemed shocked as well, as the bullet fell to the ground.
"My my my!" Suki jumped up and looked down at the bullet.
"This is very interesting alright." The man set it down, probably to not cause much more damage.
"What can it do [Y/N]?" Renn turned silently to look at me.
"Well... It's like the bow. Except faster and probably better."
"I'd like to see it later, but maybe we should get our stuff before we get out of here."
"Oh, right! Our budget is around 320 silver."
Suki answered for the three of us.
He nodded, and took us over to a shelf with swords.
"I think I'm fine without one." I said while taking ahold of my trusty gun "Maybe you guys should take them."

"Well I'm the only one who really specializes in the sword, so I'll get one!" Suki raised her hand while waving it around.
"What about you two..?"
"We're good." Renn answered for him and Kain.
"Alright, I guess we can get one for you Suki."
She ran over to the swords, and started fawning over them.
"Ehhh Suki, please hurry up and pick one." I could tell Ren was starting to lose his patience.
"Right right right..."
Suki grabbed one sword from the shelf and we bought it.
"Hey [Y/N], shouldn't you get some armor?"
Kain turned from looking at the plates of armor to me.
"What about you three..?"
"We'll get them later. For now we should let you take armor first."
"If you say so..."
Time spent there took around till midnight, where we then decided to take rest in one of the buildings...

A Demon Lord's Reincarnation
Selina’s got a pretty active imagination. When doing math, she pretends that she is a great detective solving a heinous crime! Ordinary tasks, like a trip upstairs, turn into a perilous adventure to raid a dragon’s cave! She believes that life should be full of wonder and magic, and tries to force the world to cope with her conviction! But when Selina wakes up to remember her past life as the Demon Lord, she has to face the fact that real life is messy, and not anything like what she imagined. With ancient powers stirring, family problems, and the hectic life of a teenager, Selina will have to discover more about herself if she is going to survive the trials ahead. With the help of her best friend and a fair share of luck, she might just get through this alive. Maybe. (Updates (hopefully) on Sundays) This story started out as a flipped isekai. Instead of a hero being pulled into a medieval world, a Demon Lord is pulled into the modern world. It has since moved a bit beyond that initial premise but it is the foundation of the work. Along the way, I threw in dragons, elves, dwarves, and some vampires (but no werewolves, gotta nip that in the bud) all wrapped up in the political drama of a modern world. The story, however, will mainly focus on the characters and their development and as such, is a bit of a slow burn. It may take a couple of chapters to get into. You have been warned! (PS, please show patience for the author's notes. They're a bit crazy and don't always make the most sense. The author's a bit of a ditz. Please ignore him.)

In this desperate time, one of its old enemies has reappeared.Amid this strife, Azara Elefthera has come north as an emissary. For her, it is nothing more than an errand on behalf of her archmage mother, whose meddling is the cause of current civil disorder in the south. Nevertheless, she becomes embroiled in Ursulam's troubles when a group of misfit adventurers asks her for help to slay the dragon which threatens their already emperilled kingdom. What Azara does not know, when she insists on joining them, is that she is getting herself involved in something far more significant than just a quest to slay a dragon. What they do not know when accepting her aid, is that they have taken one of the beasts into their midst.Friendships, family, and bonds of blood will all be formed, tested, broken, and lost, as the group sets out on a journey that will change the world and themselves. 8 218Observations of the Nameless
Sometimes the world will just whirl by without a care for its inhabitants. Each passing day bring a new experience unlike the one before it. Why do we do anything... That's a really good question, isn't it? Author's Note: Each chapter is about 300 words, so that's the reason for the short story tag even though this will be a (somewhat) ongoing series. Expect an update twice a week on Tue/Wed and on Fri/Sat. No set time, but likely afternoon or evening.
