Y/N POV

I now sat in my office on Taris, it had been built in the largest building and was heavily guarded by the toughest security in my new army. I stared out of the window before turning in my chair to my three guests who all sat in front of me.

One of them was Lott Dod, however the other two were newer visitors. More specifically they were Nix Card, Senator and representative of the Intergalactic Banking Clan and Gume Saam, Senator and representative of the Techno Union.

You may be wondering why representatives of two of the biggest corporations in the galaxy where sat opposite me. Well, apparently they had worked with Lott Dod during the Clone War and he suggested I contacted them in seek of financial aid since the Trade Federation wouldn't be able to fund us alone.

So I contacted them both individually via hologram this time. Both of them were initially suspicious but I was eventually able to convince them that I had their companies best interests at heart. I didn't though, I'd drop any of them if the time came.

Anyway, eventually I called them to Taris which leads us to where we are now, I'm sat behind my desk in my main office while the three Senators sat in chairs opposite me. 

I resumed our previously held conversation by addressing Saam "I can assure you, if you accept my offer, your company SHALL benefit greatly from it." It was Nix that responded though by asking "And what if the Empire finds out of our little partnership?"

I put forward a suggestion "Your concern is noted and I've thought ahead. If the three of you were to all play both sides of the war, they will never find out where your true loyalties lie. Then you may fund our effort from the shadows while profiteering from the Empire's business."

Dod pointed at me "Good thinking, I knew I had a good feeling about you boy." I clapped my hands together before saying "Now, I believe a toast is in order to commemorate our little business arrangement. Cherry, GE-5!"

As if on cue Cherry and my new droid GE-5 walked over, Cherry holding a plate containing four glasses of expensive wine. You may be wondering when Cherry came back, well that was almost straight after the battle on Taspir III, I returned to Agamar and collected her.

As for GE-5, his real designation was GE50 and he was a GE3 series protocol droid whom I found on Taspir III, I had him repaired and set him to work as my personal servant along with Cherry.

The droids each presented us with a glass each as I said "A toast, to a new partner ship and a brighter future for all parties involved." The Senators agreed. 

Once we had had our toast we sat down and Saam spoke up "There is a slight concern though." I turned to him and asked "What's that?" He appeared to think for a moment before continuing "You see, there have been rumors in the Senate."

"What rumors?" Was all I asked as he kept going "Rumor has it that the Emperor himself has ordered the construction of a weapon, one so powerful that it possesses the destructive capacity to demolish an entire planet!"

My eyes widened, I had my mask off and my hood down so they could see it, Dod added "This is pure speculation though. No one knows anything for certain." I just let out a faint hmm in response.

Nix interrupted us "I do have something you may be interested in. A gift of good faith as it were." He snapped his fingers and the door to my office opened. A humanoid looking droid entered the room and walked towards us before stopping.

Nix grinned proudly before proclaiming "Gentlemen, may I present the EG-5 Jedi Hunter Droid."

Me, Dod and Saam all turned to the droid as Nix explained "The top of the Banking Clan's robot production. Designed with exterminating Jedi, I would gladly loan you one as a 'protector' of sorts."

I thought about it for a moment before saying "I wish to test it's combat efficiency first. Follow me." I stood up before walking out of the door, the Senators followed us as the security officers at the door bowed.

We walked along until we arrived in a large room, usually intended for my own training however, this time we would be testing the droid.

Me and the Senators all watched as the Jedi Hunter Droid was instructed in to enter the room. I began programming in the PROXY droids.

Timeskip...

To my surprise the Droid passed each test with flying colors, even the Mace Windu challenge which even I struggled with, it wasn't an exact replica of Windu's skill though mind you otherwise I would have been dead by now.

I was about to congratulate Nix on providing a Droid that could be of use to me, however I was then interrupted by my hologram communicator going off.

I turned it on and instantly was met with gunfire and one of the security soldiers yelling "Sir! We're under attack, they're trying to break into your office!"

I ordered the soldier "Hold the position as best you can, I don't want anyone getting inside. The soldier responded "But sir, they're-" He was cut off when he was shot, however in that moment I got a glimpse of who was attacking.

MANDALORIANS!

But what were they doing here?
