Kanan and Ezra were fighing, the younger boy wasnt hesitating as much as the older man. It was clear to Ezra that Kanan's intention wasnt to hurt him. That was a bit irritating, Ezra wasnt used to this kind of an opponent.

Kanan lost his balance and fell, Ezra took that chance to point his blade at him as Kanan looked up at the teenager

"What? You're gonna kill me?"Kanan asked

"What do you think?"Ezra answered

"I asked you"Kanan said

Ezra didnt know why but..there was something..something preventing from swinging that blade and killing the older man.

"Well heres your answer...Not yet I wouldnt mind if u ran away also, be my guest. it just makes this cat-mouse chase more fun"Ezra said. Kanan looked at the boy and he couldnt help but feel pity for him. Who knows what he had to go through to end up here.

Kanan pushed away Ezra's lightsaber with the force and got up on his feet. But Ezra had a plan for that, while the saber was away, Ezra turned the lightsaber and hurt Kanan's arm.

"Agh!"Kanan winced

"Told you, it was way more fun this way"Ezra said with a smirk as he was walking towards Kanan once again.

"Spectre 1 Get on!"Hera's voice was heard from both Kanan's and Ezra's com-link.

Kanan looked at Ezra one more time, he felt like he knew him but something was blocking his brain from processing and remembering.

Ezra then chuckled.

"Go on, i belive that was an order"Ezra said

"So you are just gonna let me go?"Kanan asked while backing away

"I never said that, It would be boring if the Empire just executed you. Its far more fun to chase someone than to be chased, wouldnt you agree?"Ezra said in a psychotic deep voice. The older man looked at the boy one last time before he ran towards the end of the landing platform and jumped on the ramp of the Ghost, where Sabine and Zeb helped Kanan up.

"See you soon, Jedi"Ezra said

The Ghost took of.

Then Maul and Opress burst through the door of the base to the landing platform.

"Aah look whos late for the party"Ezra said "Where were you two idiots?". Before joining the Empire Ezra treated Maul with respect but since Maul stopped treating him in any way, rarely even speaking to him, Ezra began to look at him as just another person who bore no importance to him whatsoever.

Opress got angry at Ezra's words but decided to ignore it.

"The second Jedi was just a lie the Rebels made up to trick us"Opress said

"Not all of us"Ezra said and chuckeled

"Ezra im gonna need a report of what happened here"Maul said

"Yea.Sure."Ezra said sarcastically

"So what now? The Rebels got what they wanted"Savage Opress said

"Not quite"Ezra said and took something out of his pocket and threw it to Savage Opress. It was an a USB card.

"Whats this?" Opress asked

"An USB card *Ezra yawns* that has the information the rebels were looking for ,I took it from the Jedi while we were fighing"Ezra said "Now if you would excuse me, im going to my room" Ezra started heading to the exit of the landing platform. The door opened as Ezra went inside the base while Maul and Savage Opress stayed outside.

"Hm, well theres nothing to worry about then"Maul said as he also started heading to his own room at the base "Im going to retire for the night"

WITH EZRA...

Ezra came into his room and basically threw himself on the bed.He buried his head into one of the pillows.

"What is this feeling?"Ezra said "Is this what... guilt feels like?"

He took of his mask and threw it across the room.

He turned around and stared at the ceiling, he put his hand over his face.

"Why would i feel guilty??"Ezra said

"I didn't do anything wrong. I don't even know that man!"Ezra said but re considered what he said

"I dont know him....right?"

Ezra sat on the edge of the bed and picked up the mask he threw. He looked at it closely, then got an angry expression.

"UGH IM SO CONFUSED!"Ezra yelled and threw his mask across the room once again

He grabbed his head with his hands.

"I dont get it, i dont get it I DONT GET IT!"Ezra yelled and got up from his bed to the mirror.

Then Ezra noticed the mirror was broken

"When did this.."Ezra said

He touched the mirror's crack

In the crack he saw that on one side his eye was yellow but on the other... it was blue.

Ezra blinked a few times and turned away from the mirror.

"Am i going crazy.."Ezra asked and looked at the mirror once more.

Ezra sighed.

"Well i'll have to request for a new one"
