《JJBA X Reader》Jotaro: Space
Advertisement
One word. Angst.
You prepare your favourite dish, F/F. Jolyne's in the living room, playing with her toys. You put the F/F into 3 bowls, then call Jolyne.
"Jolyne! Dinner time!"
You smile as her little legs run towards the kitchen.
"Mmm! My favourite!" she squeals.
You pick her up and give her a kiss on the cheek. "Just like mama, huh?"
You place her on a chair and slide her bowl in front of her, then you pick another one up and start heading for your husband's office.
You open the door slowly. "Here's your dinner," you put the bowl on an empty space on his desk, and he hums in response.
"Jotaro, you can't have dinner with us?" you ask.
"I have work," he replies.
"It's just a 20 minute break!"
You wake up, Jotaro's working in person. You go to bed, he's working from home. Before he became a marine biologist, he gave you and Jolyne lots of attention. Now, he doesn't even look away from his papers and computer!
He ignores your comment, and you feel like either crying or going off at him. Luckily, you suppressed yourself.
"Please, look at me, Jotaro," you say, your face painted with sadness.
He sighs and looks up. His eyes widen for a split second because you look absolutely broken.
"Y/N, my boss is strict. I can't come to dinner," he says as he signs his signature on a paper.
"How long with this go on for? Jolyne and I miss you!" A hint of anger is in your voice.
He doesn't reply again. You sigh, leaving the room. "I'll just give you space. Lots of it."
You shut the door and head back to the dining table. Jolyne's mouth is covered in F/F. You smile and grab a napkin.

"Is daddy coming?" She asks as you wipe her mouth.
"Not tonight, JoJo. He's busy with work." You frown.
She frowns as well. "Can I go visit him?"
You shake your head. "Daddy's very focused. He's a hard worker. Maybe tomorrow, okay?"
She nods. "Okay!"
You let her go back to the living room as you eat in silence, scrolling on your phone. You come across pictures of you and Jotaro when you guys were younger. There's pictures of you and the Kujo's, you two in university, and memories that never left your head. You can't help but smile at what used to be. The love of your life is now a workaholic.
After an hour or so, you bring Jolyne to bed.
"JoJo! Bedtime!"
She yawns and walks to you slowly, so you meet her halfway. You pick her up, and as you walk up the stairs, you hear a light snore. You gently place her in bed and tuck her in.
You kiss her forehead. "Goodnight, dear."
You head your bedroom as well. You change into your pyjamas, and watch TV until you feel sleepy. When you feel yourself drifting off, you turn off the TV and lay down, facing away from Jotaro's side.
A tear falls down your cheek, onto the cold sheets. How you longed for your husband and his warm, strong arms. You said you'd give him space, and he didn't say anything. Did he really want it?
You feel like you're about to cry yourself to sleep when you imagine those strong arms around your waist, and his warm breath on your neck.
Wait a second, you're not imagining it!
You look behind your shoulder, and you see Jotaro snuggled into your back.
"Thought you had work," you whisper.
"Work can wait," he replies.
"Good," you smile and turn around to caress his cheek. "I've missed you."
He hums in response with a light smile.
His arms are wrapped protectively around you, and you feel like you're finally home. Yes, you were physically inside your house, but you feel secure, loved, and safe in Jotaro's arms.
"Hey, Y/N," he pokes your back.
"Hm?"
"Space is the last thing I want with you."
You smile and he pulls you closer.
"You're taking Jolyne and I out for ice cream tomorrow."

8 80Subversion
Subversion is a game with highly customizable settings that allow you to fine tune your character choices. It was state-of-the-art when it was released, won awards and everything. It's not a game for you to pick "random" and hope for the best. But, that's exactly what Miguel did when he started playing. And, of course, his characters came out a little...different. A pothead bombardier elf who cusses and engineers. A stubborn Chosen One who refuses to do anything but farm. And a world full of NPCs, bosses, and villains who act nothing like they should. Now Miguel is forced to adjust the situation in order to help his characters level up and defeat the Dark Lord. But, will they make it to the end of the game? And if they do somehow survive all the tricks, betrayals, and deception thrown their way, will the game be what anyone thought it was going to be? *** As of [13] Do a Barrel Roll! Ch. II, Subversion will no longer be uploaded on Royal Road. Please go to forestgreenwriting.com for more chapters.***

It tells the story of one Leon Eagles, formerly known as "Wild Fire", a quick and deadly gunslinger regarded as one of the best "shadowrunners" in North America. If you need someone to perform jobs in the shadows of society such as bodyguard duty, espionage, or even murder, Leon Eagles is the man to call. Together with his allies Sylvia Morrow and Brandon Rivers, Leon fights week-to-week to survive in a world of arcane magic and cutting-edge technology, a world of corporate suits and fire-breathing hellhounds, and a world where some of its biggest ever surprises are still yet to come...... This is my first web novel, brought over from ScribbleHub, and any comments and feedback are appreciated. Antihero. Magic. Gangs. Progression. Romance. Urban setting. Combat. Read Precuneus' journey as he slowly grows as a person and magician. His defining character trait is unchanging selfishness and egocentricity, even when everyone around him is better than him at everything. And then there's his tinnitus of course.
