Hey guys, I just wanted to say a few things really quick:

First off, I just wanted to thank you all SO MUCH I literally cannot express how grateful I am to every last one of you, and it's because of you that I can say that this story is one of my greatest accomplishments. I wrote this book over the course of two months back when we were on lockdown in 2020. It was a crazy burst of inspiration, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Now I'm sitting here looking at the demographics and I'm just blown away. Almost 5k votes and 130k views. I'm absolutely astounded, especially seeing as this is my first completed work I've ever written.

I'd also like to thank you for all the comments! I'm not the kind of person that gets bothered by comments dinging my phone every two seconds, I absolutely love reading them, hearing what you think, and they always bring a smile to my face! Some of you even make me die of laughter.

So, I have just learned about this site called NovelHD. They steal stories published on sites like Wattpad and can make money from these stolen stories. They mostly steal from smaller authors like me in hopes to get away with this. (If you are also an author, search your Wattpad username on their site to see if they've stolen any of your works)

Wattpad can't really do anything, and novelhd won't do much either from what I've heard.

While I try to figure something out, please join me in signing every petition to get these people taken down. A link to one of these petitions is down below.

Alrightso here's what I've got so far regarding this situation.

1, Wattpad cannot legally do anything about this as NovelHD is not their site.

2, I have sent an email to the site owners requesting a take down, and so far it's been ignored just like most people to attempt this as well.

3, I could go to Digital Millenium Copyright Act, but they charge $200 for an official takedown process. Since I am a broke college student, I can't really afford to blow money on something that might not even work.

4, at this point in time, there really is nothing else I can do, but if you know a way to help, please dm me. Otherwise I just have to let it be for now.
