He was cold,
Just like the winter
His cold gaze
Can frost a blaze
His icy touch
His back that's slouch
Holding a bat
Hitting fast
Gaze admiring
Mouth shouting
Screaming yes
Moving chest
Why oh why
The hearts beating
Deafening my ears
Only you seeing
Messy hair
Calloused hands
Burning face
Making my pulse race
Mouths quivering
Bodies freezing
Under a snow
Waiting you here
Bringing back
That winter day
Where you saw
The little me
Building snowballs
Lips turning pale
Your outstretched hand
Covering my naked ones
Nearing you
Seeing me
Mouth opening
Words confessing
Warm gaze
Open arms
Moist eyes
Embracing you
Closing eyes
Feeling warmth
Mouth whispering
Words I'm happy to hear
You were cold
But you froze me
From melting fast
Keep me near.

/n:
A love that started in a winter day. An older man and a younger woman that met when they were still kids. The girl was building a snowman with bare hands and the boy saw her and approach her covering her hands with his warm ones. The girl started falling in love with him and watching him from afar or on his baseball games. The girl decided to confess from the place where they first met, she saw the boy and approached him and she confessed. The boy embraced her and whispered that he liked her too for a very long time. The girl wanted them to last forever and always stay together.

The funny thing about catastrophe, though, is that nobody can ever say what form it's going to take. That’s why, when it all went wrong for Vane, he'd gotten everything he'd ever wanted foisted onto him, and Everything else, too. Watch as a man so used to saying 'yes' to everyone above him finds himself stuck with the power to make reality itself say it back.

There are two reasons this is revealed so early and directly. One: Not revealing that information quickly and not asking questions about it would be completely OoC for the characters involved in that scene. Two: It's information you, the reader, need to know before the main story can really get started. Namely, the "secrets not even the gods know about".

No, this story is about His younger brother who has been reincarnated as one of his descendants. And he's bringing with him all the myths and cultures from the other world with him. Left in the middle of the fields was a mangled body. The person lying on the ground and on death's door was Kan Lock. He lied down and awaited for the beasts and monsters to come and ravage his body. Feeling hopeless in this situation Kan thought to himself, "Why am I always so weak? Why was I betrayed? Why did it end like this? Will I never know the reason for my parents' disappearance? Why? Why!? WHY!? As his body turned cold, Kan was left with regrets and unaswered questions but he resisted. He didn't want to die with regrets so he fought against death. He stood up and faced off against the hungry predators. He laughed and laughed in the face of death but in the end it didn't matter how much he struggled. Kan Lock had died but his story had not ended.
