《The Innocent Salvatore (Niklaus, Elijah and Kol)》Chapter 12

"I don't understand. How is this possible?" Kol asks his brother. All the Originals and Angel were sitting on the couch now. Damon and Stefan were kicked out soon after Kol had found out about his mate, much to Damon's displeasure.
"We don't exactly know." Elijah tells his brother. They were trying to be as calm as they could, they knew how Kol's tempere could be. They would imagine it would be multiplied when it came to their shared mate.
"Hold on," Rebekah tells the brothers stopping their conversation. "Haven't we met before?" She asks the blonde. Rebekah swore she had seen that face somewhere before.
Before Angel could tell her where they had met before Rebekah interrupts her, remembering where they had met. "At the party! That was you, right before I was daggered again!" Rebekah calls out, remembering how the blonde had confronted her when she needed it most.
"Yeah, that was me." Angel tells the other female blonde, a small soft smile on her face.
"Thank you for that." Rebekah tells her brothers mate softly, she could tell they would be great friends in the future, sisters even.
"Hold on," Niklaus tells the two not wanting to be left out of the loop. "You two have met before?" Niklaus asks the pair of girls in question.
"I'll tell you later." Angel tells her mate while giving him a warm smile, she didn't want to get into it all now. If she told him how they met he would also want to know why she was at a party.
"I do have a question." Angel tells her mates, their attention turning to her. "My Mother. Can we please let her out? I'll do anything..." Before Angel can finish begging Elijah cuts her off.
"Certainly, we can have that arranged. There is no need to beg, she is your Mother. Mothers deserve to be with their daughters." To be truthful Elijah would do anything to make his mate happy. He couldn't handle having his mate be any less than pleased with him. Niklaus agreed with Elijah's answer, Kol did as well.
They had the same thoughts as Elijah, they would all do anything to make their mate happy. Looking over to the side of the room Angel finally notices the other person in the room. He looked older than the rest, but he had the same Mikaelson features, she really hoped he wasn't another mate of hers.
So far she didn't feel a bond, but that didn't mean it wasn't there. Wondering who the man actually was Angel interrupts the men's planning, pulling on Kol's sleeve to get his attention.
"Who's that?" Angel whispers quietly pointing to the man on the other side of the room. Forgetting that he was a vampire. Hearing her whisper that Finn lets out an amused chuckle, he liked her already. He was glad his brother had found someone to care for them, he never liked Tatiana. Looking over to where Angel was pointing the Brothers finally notice Finn, who had been standing in the room the whole time.

"That's our older brother Finn. You can ignore him, he's a bore." Kol tell his mate, grabbing her small hand in his own. Rubbing his fingers over her knuckle Kol sighs at the soft skin and tingles.
"You can't say that!" Angel whisper yells to Kol, hitting him softly with her other hand. Smiling, the rest of the Originals, including Finn, look at the pair. Anyone could see that they liked, maybe even loved, each other. Even if they had only known each for a matter of hours.
Angel glared at Kol, she wasn't that angry. But she hated when anyone said anything mean to anyone. Not matter who. Looking at the man, she now knew as Finn, she sent him a smile as an apology. She knew Kol wouldn't apologise himself.
"Does anyone want a cookie?" Angel asks the group before they got into another discussion. She had made cookies early this morning, she was planning on serving them after the dinner.
"You bake?" Rebekah asks her new friend, even if Angel wasn't aware of this friendship yet. Angel nods shyly at response to the question, she was always embarrassed when it came to sharing her baking.
"You'll have to teach me sometime, I'm dreadful in the kitchen." Rebekah tells the girl, she had hoped to learn but never had the time or a good enough teacher. Everytime she compelled a chef she would get annoyed at them and end up draining them.
"I'll go get them." Angel tells everyone, standing up from the couch to go to the kitchen. Entering the kitchen Angel opens the beautiful dark oak cabinets, grabbing her plate of cookies she had made. Walking back into the room Angel hears it go silent as she sets the plate down in the middle of the glass coffee table.
"We would like to propose something." Elijah tells his mate as she enters the room, making room between him and Niklaus for her to sit in between. Taking a seat on the black leather couch Angel leans into Niklaus side, wondering what they wanted to propose.
Wrapping his arm around her waist Niklaus continues for his brother. "We would each like time to get to know you better. So we would like to know if we can each have a week, we'll take you wherever you want to go to do whatever you want to do." Niklaus finishes.
"Think of it like a romantic get-away. One week with each of us." Kol finishes for them, giving his mate a smile instead of his usual smirk. Thinking it through Angel slowly nods her head. It sounded like a great idea.
She would get a week with each of them. A week to get to know them. Angel was about to agree but before she could her Mother popped into her mind. How could she of forgotten? She had no clue where her Mother was and that was the whole reason she came here.

"What about my Mother?" Angel questions. "Can I see her before we leave?" Looking between her mates for an answer Angel begs silently with her eyes.
"Of course." Elijah tells his mate the same time as Niklaus.
"Does that mean yes?" Kol asks his mate, he couldn't fathom how excited he was for it.
"Yes" Angel tells her mates, watching as a smile falls onto each one of their faces.

"Mom!" Angel yells running into her Mother awaiting arms. Elijah and NIklaus had let Katherine out a few hours ago, all while she was taking a nap with Kol. Angel's mates watch as the duo hug like their lives depending on it, their mate crying into her Mother's arms.
Pulling away Angel wipes her eyes, trying to control the tears. "I have so much to tell you." Angel tells her Mother, dragging her to her and Niklaus shared room upstairs. She had a room with each of her mates, even Kol had gotten one today.
As soon as they reached her room Angel shuts the door, pushing her Mother onto the bed. Laying down with her head on Katherines stomach Angel hums contently as Katherine plays with her daughter soft, blondes hair.
"I have mates. Three of them." Angel tells her Mother, feeling her hands freeze in the middle of her hair.
"Niklaus, Elijah, and Kol?" Katherine asks her daughter, assuming that was why she was let out. The only way Niklaus would let her out was if someone important asked him to, she didn't know anyone important enough except his mate.
The other two were easy to guess after that, it couldn't have been Finn he already had a mate. It could of been Rebekah but Elijah and Kol made more since.
"How did you know?" Angel asks her Mother as she continues playing with the blondes hair.
Shaking her head with Katherine looks down at her daughter with a smile, "Mother instinct." Is all she says before looking back up. Angel watches as her Mother squirms around a bit, she only did that when she had bad news.
"What is it?" Angel asks her Mother, sitting up from her lap to look her in the eye.
"Nothing. I don't know what you're talking about." Katherine tells her daughter, even though she knew she could fool her. Angel was to smart for lies.
"You can't lie to me, Mom. You've tried before and it's never worked, why would it now?" Angel teases her Mother. It had always been a game they played, Katherine would try to lie and Angel would catch it. She alway won.
"I have to go away for a while." Katherine tells her daughter softly. As much as she wanted to be with her during this time she promised a friend she would help his family. Even she had stayed she wouldn't get to see her daughter much anyway. From what she heard she was going away with her mates for a while.
"Do you have to?" Angel asks her Mother, sadness clouding her eyes at the thought of her leaving again. Last time she left alone she was kidnapped.
"I'll be back this time. Promise." Katherine tells her daughter, brushes a strand of hair out of her eyes. Hopefully this time, she would be able to keep this promise.
Getting up from the bed Angel runs into the bathroom, coming out seconds later with a hairbrush in her hand. "Here." Angel tells her Mother holding her hairbrush out for her to take. "Bring this with you. Think of it as a good luck charm." She tells her Mother, remembering how much it meant to her.
"Thank you." Katherine tells her daughter softly, meaning every word of it. Angel had been one of the only persons that showed Katherine kindness, she was also the only one who got kindness from Katherine.
"I don't have to go just yet, we can wait a while. Come sit." Katherine tells her daughter, tapping the spot on the bed. Smiling, Angel sits down on the large king bed, feeling her Mother run the hairbrush through her hair.
"I met your doppelganger." Angel tells her Mother, her nose scrunching up at the thought of her.
"What do you think of her?" Katherine asked her daughter. She had to admit, she was a little envious of the human doppelganger. She had almost everything, she really hoped she wouldn't take her daughter.
"I don't like her very much. I think she's mean and selfish." Angel tells her Mother, Katherine letting out a silent breath of reilve.
"I love you." Angel whisper to her Mother, leaning back to smile at her.
"I love you to, Princess." Katherine tells her daughter, planting a soft kiss on her forehead. Words could never express how much she loved her.
