Is okay to take a break from your goals?

Well according to google.

Yes.

I mean if it wasn't yes I wouldn't be using Google anymore.

I mean I like to think it okay to take a break.

Anyways it says this:

So, if you want to you get take this update as a sign you might need a break.

But I mean how do you know you need a break?

1.Well, when you do try to take a break you have a hard sitting still.

2. If you are staying up extra hours at night to finish a project.

3. Your eating habits are off.

4. You don't seem to have movation.

5. You are sick all the time. Your stress is doing a bit on your immune system.

6. You have no energy.

7. You can't focus.

8. You don't feel satisfaction after completing something. You are just bored.

9. You just become negative.

10. You aren't enjoying your favorite things.

This are signs you may be burning out and need a break.

After reading the article I referred this from. I realized I burned myself out because I didn't take a break from my goals.

That's why, I didn't update awhile.

I had no movation.

No energy.

I couldn't focus.

I felt no satisfaction after awhile.

I just felt negative.

And these are all the signs that I was burning out.

So, from experience I say you should take a break from your goals.

Okay, see you in 2 weeks after your break and mine.

I don't want to burn out so I got to give myself a break. (:
