Now onto the topic :

Another important part of your self growth is taking care of yourself.

It's a really important key to self love.

Loving the way you are is hard for a lot people. You look in the mirror and see all your flaws.

When others who love you the way you are in reality they don't see you for your flaws. They see all those flaws you point out to yourself as beautiful.

And I can tell you are beautiful.

Don't let anyone say otherwise.

Caring for yourself is apart of your self love.

So, to start with your self care, make yourself a nice skin routine.

Now if your like me and just starting a skin routine. I have a few pimples here every now and then. Though it isn't bad. Though I figured I should get started. Then you can watch this YouTube video to help you.

This will help find what you need to use for your skin.

It really depends on your skin type but this is what I plan to do:

Wash my face every night before bed and once a week do a full skin routine.

Like I have said before we are improving together.

I don't know everything. No one really knows everything.

Now some reminders for beautiful skin:

• drink plenty water

•wash your hands before you touch your skin to start your routine

• the less the better

• don't forget sunscreen
