nara's doorbell rang, it excited nara, of course. but as soon as she reached the door, she got nervous. the doorbell rang once again, nara took a quick look of herself on the mirror before opening the door, there stood yuta.
nara was dazed by yuta's smile as he approached her, he, compared to her, was really pretty. nara let out a sigh.
"hi, nara," he greeted, still smiling. "may i come in?" he asked. nara nodded, moving to the side to let yuta in.
"you have a really nice house!" yuta said, taking a sit on one of her couches, "do you live alone?" nara shook her head, "i live with my brother but his out at the moment,"
yuta nodded his head. "sit next to me, nara, why are you so nervous?" he chuckled. nara, too, let out a chuckle, "i don't know,"
the awkwarness between them soon died, since yuta started talking about all the memories they had together back when he asked nara out for homecoming.
yuta made nara laughed a lot, and he was happy that he did. it's not always nara's like that. she's always frowning and stressing and alone at school.
"can i be honest?" yuta asked, looking straight into nara's eyes. nara stared back, and nodded, "yeah," yuta let out a smile. "compared to the last two years, you are much prettier nowㅡi'm not saying you were ugly before, you were still pretty, but it's just like, puberty hit you twice."
unsure what to say, nara just smiled. "well, you're handsome, since before," yuta's face turned into a light shade of pink afterwards, mouthing a thank you.
"but many people in school thinks you're with jaehyun,"
"many thinks you're with yuki," nara added, which startled yuta. yuta shook his head, "i don't like yuki, we're just friends, well, we're only friends becsuse i'm working on a group project with her?"

nara nodded, "jaehyun and i are... merely friends, we text each other a lot but we don't talk in school." she explained, she shrugged. "i'm having a headache," yuta said, frowning.
nara watched as yuta rubbed his head, still frowning deeply. "can i take a nap?" he frowned, "all of a sudden?" nara asked, yuta immediately put his hands on his hips. "hey!" he said.
"i am a busy student, sometimes my p.e teachers wants me to join the football team, sometimes my subject teachers wants me to join some debate or whatever, i lack of sleep."
nara raised her hands as a sign of defeat, "okay! okay. you can take a nap in my room, i have homeworks to do anyways."
yuta and nara went to nara's room, yuta lied on nara's bed as soon as he reached it, and slowly, he fell asleep. nara watched his sleeping face and then proceeded to tell her brother about yuta's presence.

Fallout: Vault X
An original novel set in the Fallout universe, written to be accessible to all, featuring unique people and places. Vol.II. out now Fallout: Vault X tells the story of John. A vault dweller, who spent every day of his twenty five years underground. Like his father, and his father before him. Proud to live in the last remaining bastion of humanity, all that survived The Great War of the atomic age. Hidden deep below the surface of the earth, toiling under brutal conditions. Year after year, decade upon decade. All to expand into the natural cave system the Vault occupied, building for the future. However, John knew what his forefathers did not, that everything he’d been taught was a lie. After finishing school at the age of ten, John received his standard issue pipboy. An arm mounted personal computer, worn by everyone in the Vault. Used to coordinate the relentless pace of expansion, needed to work as an apprentice. To learn the craft that would be his life’s work. A noble calling to ensure a future for all that remained of the human race. A quirk of fate saw John equipped not with the crude, clunky, pipboy model his father wore. That almost everyone around him wore. His looked smaller, sleeker, finished in a jet black sheen. And capable of doing far more than its drab counterparts. The world above had been ravaged by atomic flames, yet life clung to its bones. The Red Valley fared better than most in the century since the bombs fell. The clean water and rich soil protected by rolling hills. All spared from direct strikes, for the most part. Life survived here. Trees spawned from charred ground, misshapen, green leaves turned red. Along with simple crops, grown wild at first, then cultivated by the survivors. The scavengers of the old world were inventive, hardy people. All determined to rebuild in the ruins of a world they never knew. In the decades that passed settlements emerged. They grew, spreading along the valley floor. Reclaiming the pre-war remnants of the once industrialised heartland. Salvaging the robotic wonders of a bygone age to build their walls and work their fields. To protect them in the dark of the wasteland. But such things are uncommon in this world, and the rarer something is, the greater its value. And the worth of pre-war technology had not gone unnoticed. The last, real, power in this world rested in the mechanised hands of The Brotherhood of Steel. Forged from the mortally wounded old world military. The Brotherhood used its access to the weapons made for a conflict no one won to strike out into the wastes. Men and women were equipped with advanced armour, aerial transportation, high grade weaponry. Accompanied by the training, strength, and will, to put them to use. They established chapters and set up outputs far and wide. All dedicated to a single purpose. To ensure the technology left abandoned by its long dead creators didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Namely, any hands that were not their own. This is the world John escaped into. A place of horrors brought forth from atomic fire. A place where survival meant battling against the darkness. Fighting a war each day to get to the next. And war...war never changes

8 172Dauntless Star
WWIII has come to pass and 91% of the Earth is left scorched and uninhabitable. From the ashes of WWIII two major powers emerged. The Southern Alliance (SA) and the Northern United Nations (NUN). The SA sought refuge in space devising devices to enhance the body and keep the mind occupied. This novel follows the journey of a young man named Crescent who saw the worst humanity had to offer in The Game and was given a second chance, traveling back in time when humanity first left for the stars. More importantly when The Game first started. Hello Author here just thought I’d say hi. This is the first novel and there will more than likely be a lot of grammar mistakes and slow writing but together we can finish this novel. Any constructive feedback you can give or editing you can do will be very appreciated. So come join in a journey of sci-fi, fantasy, time travel and romance (hopefully). Damn single life ? Ps if the cover artwork is yours and you can provide proof, I would be happy to take it down at your request as per you intellectual rights. If not thx
