♥있어(요) has two meanings depending upon the context.

In case of 시간 있어요 = I have time, 있어요 means have.

But in case of 집에 있어요 = I'm at home, 있어요 means to be present at a place.

:

공책 있어요 = I have a textbook.

Since 책 means book and 공 comes from 공부 = study, 책 + 공 = text book.

친구 있어요 = I have a friend.

친구 = friend

학교에 있어요 = I'm at school.

학교 = school

한국에 있어요 = I'm in Korea.

한국 = Korea

♥없어(요) means not have.

친구 없어요 = I don't have friends.

친구 없어요? = You don't have friends?

시간 없어요 = I don't have time.

시간 없어요? = You don't have time?

그거 없어요 = I don't have that.

그거 없어요? = You don't have that?
