We scheduled my first ultrasound the next week on his day off so we would go together. The truth that I couldn't wait to see our baby and I also couldn't stop thinking about it. When I was sitting or when I was laying down, I would always have my hands on my stomach because I couldn't believe that I have a growing baby in my belly. We are having a baby!

Jensen is flying back from Vancouver today and he is going to come and pick me up from the hospital to go to my appointment. Of course my OB/Gyn is not from my hospital because that would be really awkward. Jensen just texted me that he is waiting for me in the parking lot and since I was already packing my things, I headed there immediately. I spotted him easily and I rush to him.

"Hi!" he says with a huge smile on his face

"Hi" I say and I hug him. "I missed you" I say and I kiss him

"I missed you too" he says and kisses me

"I love you very *kiss* very *kiss* very *kiss* much *kiss" I say between kisses

"I love you too" he says laughing between the kisses. "You know, seeing you this happy... I definitely see that pregnant glow on you" he says

"I had some time to think about it and accept it and I can't wait to meet our baby" I say and I kiss him again

"Me too. Let's go" he says and opens the door of the car for me.

When we arrived at my doctor's office, we got in almost immediately. "Put on the gown and the doctor should be here in a few minutes" his assistant says

"Thank you" both Jensen and I say as she leaves us alone in the examination room. I undo my pants but I stop and I look at Jensen. "We wouldn't be here if I haven't seen you naked before" he says. I give him the puppy eyes and he frowns. "Fine" he says and turns to the wall.

"Thank you" I say taking my pants off

"I don't understand why do you need to take your pants off for the ultrasound. Isn't he just gonna see your belly?" he asks

"There is not just one type of ultrasound. There is also the transvaginal ultrasound" I say as I put the gown on

"The what?" he asks turning around

"Ultrasound in my vagina basically. This is best if the baby is still little" I say rubbing my belly

"Good to know..." he says.

"Hey, Kyle has been my gynecologist for many years. He has been seeing my vagina before you did" I say trying to make him feel more uncomfortable

"Ok, ok" he says and I chuckle

"Don't worry, Kyle is not some creep. He is a doctor, a professional. Ok?" I ask

"Ok" he says and kisses me.

The door opens and Kyle comes inside. "Hello, how are you doing today (Y/N)?" he asks

"I'm great" I say

"Good to hear that. Mr Ackles, it's nice to finally meet you" he says

"It's nice to meet you too" Jensen says as they shake hands.

"I hope this isn't uncomfortable for you" he says to Jensen

"No, (Y/N) kinda prepared me" he says

"That's great. Should we start?"

"Yes" I say.

"We are gonna start with the transabdominal ultrasound and if needed we are move to transvaginal" Kyle says. I lift my t-shirt and puts he puts the gel on my belly. "Ready?" he asks and I nod. Jensen takes my hand and kisses my hand. "Here we are" Kyle says after a few tries and turns the monitor.

I look at Jensen and he kisses me. Then he proceeds with the transvaginal ultrasound. "I'm gonna insert the transducer now, ok?" he asks

"Yes" I say still holding Jensen's hand. It was a little bit uncomfortable at first like it usually is when your gynecologist examines you but I can tolerate it.

"It's definitely not an ectopic pregnancy" he says and I let out a breath of relief. "It looks like it's 7 weeks old" he continues

"A little blueberry?" I ask

"Yeah" he answers with a chuckle. Jensen kisses my head while looking at the ultrasound. "Let's see if we can find the heartbeat" he says. A few tries later we start hearing the most amazing sound. His or her heart was beating really strong and my eyes got watery. "100 beats per minute. I'd say that everything looks great. Congratulations" Kyle says. I turn to look at Jensen

"We are having a baby" I say

"Yes, we are" he says and kisses my lips.

Before we left, Kyle gave us the due date and sent us the video of the ultrasound. I didn't stop playing the video in the ride back home. We both couldn't stop looking and listening at it. "I can't believe that this is real" I say as we get in the house still looking at my phone

"I can" Jensen says as kisses me "I love you" he says and kisses me again

"I love you too" I say and I kiss him.

"You know what else these hormones do to me except from making me feel tired?" I ask him kissing him

"What?" he asks between the kiss

"They make me want to have sex all the time and with you gone... I have to take care of it by my myself" I say

"Let me help you then" he says picking me up while kissing me.
