. She asked the person to enter. He entered and I shouted, “Master Asiedu! You did this to me. I trusted you. I took you as a father. I told you everything about my life; yet you betrayed me.” Master Asiedu was the Headteacher of Sunflower International School, Begoro in the Eastern Region. I couldn’t believe he defiled me. He took me as a daughter and guided me throughout the BECE period. Master Asiedu stood there motionless and ashamed. All he could say was “I can explain.” Explain what? I replied. Anger and tears took away my beauty; I couldn’t believe all that was happening. Master Asiedu became teary, held my hand, and knelt in front of me to apologize. I looked at him, got closer and slapped him. “Bastard, you have destroyed both my present and my future. My dreams have been shattered. Why should I forgive you? Go to hell and never think about this day again. I will kill you.” I headed to the kitchen and Auntie Jackie followed me. As if she knew I was going to fetch the kitchen knife. She pulled me back and said, “Adobea; you need to listen to me. The harm has already been caused. We need to fix it now. You can’t kill an innocent man. Master Asiedu didn’t defile you. He is my elder brother. I invited him here to help me apologize to you. Master Asiedu did not defile you.” Auntie Jackie ended her submission and I became more confused. I stood in front of her speechless. Master Asiedu came to the kitchen, placed his hands on my shoulders and said, “You will be fine.” His solidarity became a nuisance to me. My thirst to know the right person no more became an option but a necessity. Their continuous apology infuriated me. I freed myself from Master Asiedu, walked straight to Auntie Jackie and softly asked her: who did that to me? She held my hands and said, “You will see him. He will be here in a jiffy.”

for one of the Constituencies in the Eastern Region. You already know him. He is a popular figure and a staunch member of one of the leading political parties in Ghana.” Just when she was about to continue I figured out that person. He was a nice gentleman. He was even in my school to share mathematical sets and pens prior to the BECE. He promised us he will do more if he won the election in the Constituency as the Member of Parliament. He took pictures with the students and we prayed for him. The following week he was in the Constituency again but this time round not alone but with his Presidential Candidate of his party. They inspected some uncompleted projects and promised to complete them when they are voted into power. They were so much obsessed to win power. I remembered people secretly suffered atrocities prior to the 2008 elections.
was about to continue her submission, we heard a knock on the door. She opened the door and it was Mr. Honourable. I prefer to use this name for security reasons. He looked pale. His aids helped him to sit. I wandered what was wrong with him. He tried to talk but couldn’t. A paper was brought to him and he wrote on it. The words were not too clear, but I suspected he wanted to write he was sorry. I asked Auntie Jackie why the supposed heartless father of my unborn child was incapacitated. She confessed it was because of what he did to me. She admitted she sold me to Mr. Honourable. The MP hopeful wanted a virgin to be used as a sacrifice for him to win the election in his Constituency. He contracted Auntie Jackie, and she also brought me into the picture. Auntie Jackie had also forgotten my past experience took away my virginity. She arranged the whole act and professionally executed it. The whole deal backfired because the Fetish Priest warned him to only sleep with a virgin. Failure to do so will make him lose his life. It was clear I wasn’t a virgin, and unfortunately he had to pay heavily for that. His death date had already been signed. He wrote on another paper asking for my forgiveness. He needed that to set him free not from his death but preventing any other family member from dying too. Auntie Jackie pleaded for clemency. I took the paper and tore it into pieces. “Rot in hell, Honourable!” I professed to him. He wept and knelt in front of me. I held his hand and said; I will never forgive you. I left to the inner room and locked the door behind me. Auntie Jackie and Master Asiedu called several times but no avail. Mr. Honourable, feeling my aggression left Auntie Jackie’s end leaving a briefcase filled with money.

me the briefcase. She told me it was mine. She confessed she knew I wasn’t a virgin yet had to arrange me for Mr. Honourable. She wanted him to lose the elections. She was the secret girlfriend to his fierce opponent from the other political party. It was at that very moment I understood why Lucifer chose the woman for the forbidden fruit act. I was now confused. Do I keep the baby or abort it? What story would I say to this unborn child? I shed uncontrollable tears: Auntie Jackie and Master Asiedu looked on. All those I have met in my life brought me more harm than help.
in the Newspapers that Mr. Honourable had died, and his Party suspected foul play from his fierce political opponent. His wife mysteriously died three weeks after the husband was buried. His only son who was in a medical school in Russia also died exactly three months after his mother was buried. His entire legacy was erased. (

The Saga of Armageddon: The Call of Crows
Bjorn Stormtamer's world has been turned upside down in more ways than one. His shipmates have left him for dead on an island for quarantining victims of a disease that he now has. His partner in battle despises him, his family thinks he's dead and everyone else thinks it was good riddance. Moreover, the world is under attack by a virulent plague that kills with light and an empire from the east whose intentions are unknown but whose methods are merciless and bloodthirsty. Little does he know that the world itself is nearly on the brink of cosmic collapse. But when a bold, charismatic woman from another nation seeks him out, Bjorn discovers that the plague he has was not a plague at all, but a trial. A trial to determine who is worthy to wield the power of gods in order to give humanity a fighting chance against the winds of fate. This novel was written 2 years ago and isn't exactly my best work. I'm still improving my skills, but I encourage you to enjoy it for what it's worth. ALSO, the whole plague thing was written about before the COVID pandemic. The plague is fake and actually magic in the story, but that has NOTHING to do with real world events. I am under NO CIRCUMSTANCE trying to make ANY kind of statement with it. Please just enjoy the story and stay safe.

Errant
Amateur fighter Kestril only remembers two things about her mother's disappearance: a locket and the promise she made to keep her brother safe. That promise is all she thinks of when she jumps in front of a car to save her brother. She expects death, but instead wakes up to a looming clock tower, cobblestone streets, and dead soldiers wearing lockets just like her mother's. Kess's locket marks her as one of the Errant- people with control over dimensions and time, and the same people rumored to have captured her brother across the city. When a military group mistakes Kess for their enemy, she swears allegiance at gunpoint, hoping to search for her brother from within. Inside, Kess finds an even darker side of the city bent on killing the Errant-using any means necessary. When the murder of an important Errant soldier throws the city further into civil war, Kess uncovers a plot that could undo everything she's fought for so far. The only problem? Her brother is at the head of it. Trapped between her promise to her mother and her morals, Kess finds little use for her theatrical brawling of the past. She can only hope to find her brother before it's too late. || Update: 4/24/2022 Have decided to rewrite this novel, but will continue to post chapters of this draft, possibly with commentary.
