I laid Nya down on the bed and left Emily to take care of her. Unable to calm down, seeing her face and her clothes off i scream. I walk down the basement hall into my fighting room. I don't even put my gloves on i just begin punching the bag. I punch the bag harder and harder, not stopping as sweat runs down my forehead. I don't take my eyes off the bag and i begin to see blood on my knuckles, that doesn't cause me to stop. I let out a loud scream, and punch harder causing the bag to rip. I go to the next one.
Atp, my knuckles are probably broken but i don't give 2 shits. I hear the door open and ik it's Devonte, ik that they all my boys but Devonte have known eachother since i was 3. I trust him with my life and ik he's coming in here to calm me down. I peek up but continue punching the bag screeching at the pain but not stopping. He just sits down on a seat and tries to talk to me. I don't wanna talk i wanna hurt and kill somebody. I continue punching the bad yelling again. He leaves for about 2 mins and comes back with Vea and walks out.
I still punch and punch and punch, causing that bag to break to. I look at my hands and see nothing but blood but idgaf. I look at Vea and it looks like she's been crying all day. I see fear in her eyes, Nya would've looked worried and wanting to help. I walk over to the other side of the gym and wrap some bandages around my hands. Vea whispers "Baby" I don't respond. She continues "Baby calm down she's safe now." I turn around quick and yell "Safe! Safe! SHE WOULD NEVER BE SAFE NOW, A WAR WILL GO DOWN AND EVERYBODY KNOWS WAT SHE LOOKS LIKE." I knew that she was probably confused on why i cared so much but idgaf. I continue yelling "I LOOK AT HER LIKE A YOUNGER SISTER(lying), SEEING HER LIKE THAT WITH HER CLOTHES OFF UGHHH" I punch the wall.

She jumps back and Devonte comes in and says "Come on Vea i got this." She left crying and he came back in, he started talking saying "Ik ur angry but u can't be punching walls, yours hands will break" I roll my eyes and start punching another bag. He sighed hitting his head saying "I'm gonna have to call ya dad bro" But i didn't gaf. He rolled his eyes and called my father. I continue punching for about 5 minutes, yes 5 minutes i'm really fucking angry and this punching doesn't seem to be helping.
In walks my dad and sees the state that i'm in he says in a low voice "Son" I don't reply i keep punching . This time he yelled saying "Son! Stop!" I yelled back "I CANT STOP, I WANT TO BUT I CANT" He whispers to Devonte who's standing next to him and i don't even pay attention to wat he's saying. All ik is that in walked a sleepy Nya lookin at me with worry in her eyes. I stop gazing in her eyes but my eyes roam to her body seeing her bruises and i begin punching again. My dad and Devonte walked out and i hear the door lock from the outside.
