D: "so sense this project is about labels what do you think I am called?"

A: "the hot jock"

D: "oh so you think I'm hot"

A: "no but my friend does"

I start to laugh

A: "no I'm pretty straight"

D: "oh. so what do you look for in a guy?"

A: "why?"

A: "just their personality not really on what they look like"

I look down and feel my cheeks get red. Wow how he says stuff just sends chills down my spine, but why?

D: "hey you should give me your number?"

A: "why?"

I give him a confused look

D: "for the project"

A: "ok sounds good"

He takes out his phone and gives it to me. I quickly put my phone number in.

A: "here you go"

D: "thanks"

A: "no problem"

(Bell rings)

We get up and grab are stuff quickly

D: "hey do you want to hang at lunch"

A: "sure, but my friend has to tag along"

D: "that's fine"

A: "see you"

I go out of the door, and to my next class

Time for lunch finally I'm starving

I leave the class room, and go into the hallway to pick up Victoria

D: "hey?"

I hear yell out, but ignore it

D: "hey Abby?"

I turn around

A: "oh hey?"

D: "hey, what are you doing?"

A: "oh I'm picking my friend up"

D: "do you mind if I tag along?"

A: "yea sure"

I walk to Victorias class, and seen she was outside.

A: "hey"

V: "oh hey"

She says with a confused look

A: "tori this is Devin. Devin this is tori"

D: "hi"

V: "hi"

They shake hands

A: "shall we eat food"

D: "yea I'm starving"

V: "same here"

We walk into the cafeteria.

A: "hey I'm going to get in-line"

V: "ok I'm going to go sit"

I get in line to get my food. Victoria shows Devin were we usually sit at. They sit down, and start to laugh about something. Devin brings his phone out, and gives it to Victoria. She twiddles her thumbs, and give the phone back to him. I know what that means he got her number. That kind of bothered me for some reason, but I don't know why? I hope I don't like him. I get my food, and go straight to the table.

A: "hey I'm back"

I sit across from them

D: "took you long enough"

A: "have you seen the line?"

D: "true"

V: "anyways. Homecoming is coming up"

A: "I know what that means"

D: "what does that mean?"

A: "she gets to pick what I wear"

D: "really?"

He says with a confused look

A: "have you seen her"

D: "yea. She's pretty"

That kind of hurt. I see Victoria face red, and I give a fake smile to the both of them.

(Bell rings)

A: "dang it. Next class already?"

V: "I'm afraid so"

I'm so glad schools over now. I can finally go take a nap. I go out to the front to wait for Victoria. I look over to my left, and seen tori and Devin we're talking. They hug, and Victoria looks for me. I wave at her, so it's easier on her.

V: "hey"

A: "hey. So what's the smile"

I say going into her car

V: "it's nothing"

A: "it's something?"

I say teasing her

She rolls her eyes, and starts the car

We arrive at my house, and Victoria drops me off.

A: "oh you're not coming in?"

V: "yea, sorry"

A: "it's fine"

V: "I'll call you though"

A: "ok"

She drives off

I get into my house, and up the stairs.

I take out my homework, and start to look at it. I don't really get all of this stuff. Like I listen, and really try, but shit don't get in my head.

I finish my homework, and see my phone buzzes. I pick up to see who it is, and answer it.

*phone call*

A: "it took you long enough"

V: "sorry I was talking to Devin"

A: "really why?"

V: "oh because we're going on a date tomorrow after school"

A: "oh?"

Fuck.

V: "yea he's so nice, funny, and he's smart. He's so cute!"

Yea. he really is.

A: "well I'm so glad you like him"

V: "I just want to say thank you. You are the reason why we're on this date."

A: "yea..yea well at least we get along"

V: "yea...well enough talking about me. How about you"

A: "You know the usual. nothing"

We both laugh into the phone.

V: "well I got to go. see you tomorrow"

A: "see you"

*phone call ends*

I really can't like him. She practically called dibs last year on him. She liked him for a long time, and I liked him only for a day. I just need to ignore him that's easy right?
