《Barrier Alice | ✔》[10]

Ah... how unfortunate can we be? - Amy mentally groaned.
Apparently, their examiner for star rank assessment will be Jinno-sensei as others are currently unavailable. Out of all people. At that thought, Amy mentally groan.
Let's just hope he won't be using any of that electric stuff. I might get pissed if it hits them.
Jinno sensei, tall, a bit old, with serious and slightly grumpy face instruct the youngest to demonstrate hers first. In which she was left in the middle of the room.
Then slowly, Mirai floats high until she reaches the ceiling. And... that's it.
Jinno sensei throws a look at Amy and asked
"She can only fly, can she maneuver anywhere else other than floating like that?"
"No... sensei" Amy promptly replied.
Jinno just looks back at the assessment sheet. "Alright then, asked her to land down first. Then we will proceed with Yusuke next."
Upon that, Mirai slowly descended down (mind you, it was actually Yusuke telekinesis pulling her down slowly, as Mirai has not trained her Alice yet) and was caught by Sophie.
Afterward. Yusuke went inside the room. At Jinno sensei signaled, he started to send thoughts to the sensei. In which he received clearly. It ended shortly after with Jinno's comment on Yusuke's strong control over his telepathy.
Of course, he is my brother after all; Amy smiled proudly.
Then, Sophie turns next. In which they changed the venue to the field track outside the elementary building. Using her speed Alice, she finished 800m run in less than 15 seconds. Then she beamed bright smile, in which Jinno nod slightly. Commented on Sophie's speed on par with those who already trained for a few years. He also added that Sophie did a good job to control the recoil that goes together with her Alice, though it still needs to improve as he noted her complexion gradually paled. Amy, for one shocked.

Waaa, jinno talked a lot today. I wonder what's the ocassion for the stone sensei to talked this much.
Anyway, it's finally Amy's turn. She simply demonstrates the construction of her shield, 3cm thick, 3m wide and 2m height. Jinno took note of one Amy's shield before further prodding it.
"Amy, how much burden can your shield stand before it breaks?"
"I'm not sure sir. I have only used twice, once when were attack by a dog, and once during break-in."
Which is not exactly a lie, considering she only put this shield in a situation when she is in public.
"I see... i wish to test my Alice on your shield. Be ready"
"Eh? Waiit? Whaat"
Before she could properly react, Jinno already cast his lightning in which Amy hastily defend against it. In less than 5 seconds, it breaks and shocked her.
She compressed her scream, not wanting to scare her siblings. She glared at the sensei for a split second before promptly wore her calm looks.
"Ah, I guess it's not strong enough sensei"
Jinno just nod. And they were dismissed to their room. Though it was quite hard for her to calmed both Sophie and yusaku from kicking a fuss.
"Amy-nee, why did you stop us? Look at you" Sophie huffed in anger. She was so angry, no one can mess with her sister and let go that easily.
Mirai cried in which Amy tried to comfort her.
"Amy-nee, how about let me comfort her? You must be still in pain..." yusaku added, with a croak in his voice. He really tried his best not to let anger bested him. Though he darkly mutters to himself on which punishment should he inflicted on that teacher.
Amy just shook her head. "It's alright. It's not that painful anyway. And even better, how about you guys changed your attire first? We will attend our first class after this."

Though reluctant, they still went for change because they know, if Amy stay silent, it means the discussion is over. However, they still think of some prank to pull on the teacher - but not anytime soon.
In which after Mirai calmed down, Amy just went to change for a bit.
As much as she wanted to retaliate, she must not. Now is not the time. Not yet.
Though she still chuckled darkly over a few pranks she wishes to pull on that sensei for scaring her dear siblings.
Ahha, rest in peace jinno-sensei.
