it was very late at night when kihyun decided to go out to a convenience store and fill his hungry stomach. his footsteps were quiet against the stone pavement he walked on, a walk to the store would take an average of 6 minutes to and from his house. pushing the doors of the bright store open.

kihyun greeted the woman that worked her shift at that time at night. he quickly went to the ramen section and picked a pack that he seemed to like a lot recently. walking over to the beverage cooling section and picking out one of the soft drinks before heading to the cashier to pay for the food. kihyun sighed and made his ramen before heading to one of the tables to eat it.

inside the store, there was a long table where a girl at the side sat at. kihyun headed to the table and glanced over the girl quickly realising it was yoonha. kihyun hesitated to sit beside her but cautiously did it anyways.

"....oh hello again?" yoonha said when she turned her head to see kihyun beside her.

"you..live around here?" kihyun nodded and yoonha hummed in response before turning back to her papers.

"what's that?" kihyun asked looking over her shoulder.

"its my homework.. well more of part for my group project thats due a month from now but my part is like the core of our work so i have to make mine earlier." yoonha said sketching and calculating measurements.

"oh wow" kihyun said and went back to eating his ramen beside her.

the two were silent for quite sometime as yoonha finished up her work while kihyun ate his ramen and looked at the things people who passed by would do. it was actually very entertaining for him, around ten minutes ago there was a drunk man that passed by.

he seemed to be with his group of friends who tried to control where he was going while he tried to take of his shirt in the middle of the road. kihyun muffled a laugh when he saw the sight and yoonha simply asked him what he was laughing at and simply replied with "nothing".

kihyun soon finished his ramen and got really bored really fast. he turned to his side to see yoonha writing a couple words, finishing her paragraph worth of explanation before dropping her pen on the table to stretch.

"I'm finally done.." yoonha said as she kept all the pens and pencils that were once scattered on the desk. making sure she doesn't fold the paper, she carefully slips the paper into a brown envelope before putting her attention on kihyun.

"so.."

"hm.." kihyun hummed.

"what now? we're both done with what we came here for." yoonha said and pointed at her backpack and kihyun's empty ramen tray.

"well we could get to know each other? I don't really know much about you yet I always sit next to you in the bus" yoonha chuckled and nodded.

"do you want to do that here or walk to the near by park?"

"the park would be fine, I think we've stayed here for so long that my legs are actually crying to walk right now" kihyun said quickly standing up, getting his tray so he could throw it on the way out.

"I guess, let's go then" yoonha said swinging her backpack strap over her shoulders, following kihyun in the way out.

the cold breeze hit both of their faces once they stepped outside, causing yoonha's hair to fall right in front of her face. she quickly tried to tuck her hair behind her ears until kihyun unexpectedly tucked them for her. yoonha felt her face heat up once kihyun's soft eyes met with hers.

she wasn't going to fall for him just that fast, she thought as she turned away and looked to another direction. while her eyes were completely closed, she could hear kihyun lightly chuckle, feeling his cold breathe not so far from her own face. she slowly turned back and opened her eyes to see kihyun back to where he was before the whole situation had happened, flashing her an innocent smile.

"and you say i'm cheesy.." yoonha muttered and walked infront of kihyun.

the honey brown haired boy had blanked out for a few seconds before following quickly behind yoonha with a wide smile on his face. "i didn't do anything what do you mean?"
