《BEAUTIFUL LITTLE FOOLS {km daughter story}》PREFACE

Bonnie Bennett and Marian Whitman had been friends since childhood. They'd first met when Marian's mother, Carrie, had adopted her at age six from a small orphanage in New Orleans and brought her back to her hometown of Mystic Falls. The two often spent time together, and every second weekend they'd sleep over at each other's houses, or rather they'd stay up talking about the latest gossip around town.
Marian smiled brightly as she fought with Bonnie, a laugh escaping her lips in shock as her friend hit her with a pillow.
"You're cleaning this up!" Marian shrieked, feathers flying out of the pillow.
Bonnie stopped, a cruel grin on her face. "Why don't you try it?"
Marian scoffed. "You know I suck at magic. I'm like the worst witch to have ever existed." Yes, Marian was a witch. But as she began to learn how to control her magic with Bonnie and her Grams, she'd discovered that she was very weak, something Bonnie liked to tease her about.
Bonnie laughed, lifting her hand. The feathers immediately stopped falling, instead slowly lifting into the air. She gently guided them back to the pillowcase which Marian held in her hands. Soon, the movement stopped, and all of the feathers had been returned to the case.
"Grams would kill me if she knew I was using magic," Bonnie said, stepping forward to take the pillow from her friend.
"Yeah, well I doubt she'll mind if she knows you did it to clean up after you destroyed a pillow," Marian said. She picked her phone up off her bedside table, backing away towards her bedroom door. "So you're good to clean this all up? Because I have a very important email," she said.
"Who is it?" Bonnie asked, wiggled her eyebrows. "Is it your mystery man," she said, snatching her phone from her hands. "What's his name? Kyle?"

"Kaleb and I are just friends, and I only talk to him over email," Marian argued matter-of-factly, taking her phone back. She'd made an online friend at the start of the year, much to Bonnie's dislike. His name was Kaleb Westphall. He was very charming and at first she'd developed a crush on him, though Bonnie thought that he was too old for her—"three years is a lot".
"Sure," Bonnie teased. Marian scowled at her as she left her room, walking to the spare room. She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath. She'd waited for this moment for almost two weeks; it was the day she was told would guarantee she'd reach him.
Marian's hands shook as she took a piece of paper out from the back of her phone, a phone number scribbled on the back. She was beyond nervous. Never in her life had she been so terrified. As she lifted the ringing phone to her ear, she could feel her heart increasing. Her palms began to sweat. Maybe it wasn't too late to back out. Maybe she could just hang up and—
"Hello?"
A voice. A man. She was shocked, too shocked to speak. She'd finally done it, or at least she thought she had. She'd been trying for years to find him, and yet now that she'd found him she was lost for words. Maybe she was dreaming. Surely she was. This couldn't possibly be him; and yet as he spoke again, she knew it was.
"Hello?" he repeated. "Who is this?"
She mustered all the strength she had left—her nerves had rendered her weak—and cleared her throat. She hesitated. What if it wasn't him? What if this was some poor man being burdened by her anxiety. Her hands shook as she spoke. "Elijah?"

She heard a slight shocked breath. There was a pause. "Who is this?" he asked again.
"It's me."
"Marian?"
She let out a small cry; she'd done it! It had been almost a hundred years since she'd seen any of her family, and after years of searching, she'd finally found one. He spoke briefly to her, telling her that he would be arriving in Mystic Falls soon. She was overjoyed.
Bonnie, who had been sitting on Marian's bed waiting for her to return, shot up at the sight of her best friend's tear-stained face; though she was confused, for the girl also wore a grin.
"Are you okay?" she asked.
Marian looked at her, beaming. "I found my Uncle," she said. "I actually did it."
A thousand years ago she was born;
Gifted with beauty and magic.
Yet as a child she was cursed;
And her life was bound with that of her father ...
... and he was a Mikaelson .
Please enjoy this gif of a very awkward dinner party at the Mikaelson Mansion

Grimm Tales: A RWBY Story
Two years after losing everything, two sisters will try to rebuild the lives they one had, as well as mend the heartache left behind through their connection with the many strange cast of characters they meet, and the many strange story's they're caught up in. Grimm Tales is a RWBY fan fiction I wrote and illustrated from 2014 through 2016. Keep that in mind when experiencing the story and the art within it. Also keep in mind that this story is technically unfinished. I put this aside in October of 2016 after completing what you can call the "first season" of what was going to be a multipart series. Even though the entire story remains unfinished, things do end in a somewhat satisfactory manner.

Incursions
This blurb concerns Incursions book 1: Incarceration. If you could buy superhuman abilities, but they might kill you—or worse—would you do it? Ten years ago, in a world not so different from our own, people with powerful abilities appeared. The new powers were dangerous, dangerous to acquire—dangerous to have—dangerous to wield. World governments raced to find and eradicate the abilities and those who possess them while using the media to rule by fear. Whereas corporations sought to exploit the abilities for profit. Raz Owens was living the dream - a rising star at a job he enjoys, a girlfriend he loves, but it all comes crashing down when Raz disregards his late father's advice. He is pulled into a chaotic underworld of clandestine labs, shadow organizations, and super-powered criminals. Used as a human test subject in a place where few survive the day, he must last long enough to escape. His only advantage? A power that seems nearly useless—a heads-up display. Contains: monsters, violence, death, dismemberment, gamelit, superpowers, superpower consequences, good guys, bad guys, good guys who might be bad guys, bad guys who think they are good guys, good guys that might go bad, bad guys that might turn good, guns for hire, competence, incompetence, continence, incontinence, conspiracies, and some of what I just said wasn't true. This story is written in third person limited POV. That means you can expect to know many of the thoughts and inner dialog of one character, and only see the actions of other characters. This POV does include scenes without the main character, and thus the reader can and will know things the main character does not. Further, this means characters act on what they know, which is almost always less than the reader knows. Something else to know. These books do not hold your hand. If you're reading it and thinking "Gosh, why aren't 'they' doing some 'obvious' thing." Bad news. You probably missed something that explains exactly that. If you're seeking a light read that doesn't ask much of you as the reader, you're invited and very welcome to come on in, but this might not be the story for you.

Strings Of The Orchestrator
Intro: The system swept over the earth, wrenching everyone from their normal lives and throwing them into new worlds made of chaos and insanity. The rules that once governed the world have shifted. The laws that once bound people, both the dangerous and the kind, have vanished. Now, life is all about advancement, pushing your numbers and skills higher and higher. Alone on a distant world, Max Grand instead must now prove himself, not to the system that now governs his entire world, but to his companions and best friends. Follow Max on his journey through space, through time, through space again, meeting people, going places, and doing things. All the nouns. Note About myself: I am only a hobbyest writer. I hope the internet doesn't expect novel level content from me. I have seen what others on the internet, and even more so this website, can produce and aspire to reach their level. I have no Idea what will come of this, but it should at least be a fun experience for all involve. The writing improves gradually as the chapters go on. I invariably learn some stuff after writing a bunch, finding what works and what doesn't. I definately need to work on paceing and dialouge and flow. Those are the three main goals for now. **Chapter lengths float around the 2300 to 2500 word range as of current chapter Thank you and happy reading.
