"Do you know where the closes hospital is?" You asked. She nodded and used her magic to lift Sombra from your back.
"I do but its not really a hospital. Its in my town, Cometville. Scarlet Needle will help him. She's our nurse and doctor." The pony said as she walked. You followed her. She had a light, soothing voice.
"Thank you...um." You said, not knowing her name.
"Oh, I'm sorry. The names Fruit Flower. I run and own Cometville's farm. I grew Oranges, carrots and hay." Fruit said. You smiled. Once in town, you saw about eight house, three shops, a small market and a two story building with a red cross on it.
"This must be the hospital." You whispered as you walked into the building with the cross. Once in, you saw another unicorn.
"Scarlet!" Fruit called out. She looked and ran over. You saw that her cutie mark was of a band aid.
"What happened?" Scarlet asked. She had a fruity voice, making it deep and soft.
"He fell down a mountain." You said. Scarlet used her magic and put him on a gurney.
"Looks like he hit his head and broke his right front leg. I will need to put a cast on his leg and do a scan on his head." Scarlet said, wheeling him off. You tried to follow but Fruit stopped you.
"Sweetie, Scarlet is the best doctor and nurse in the world. She will help him." Fruit said. You watched as he was wheeled into the back.
"Whats your name?" Fruit asked. You looked at her.
"(y/n) Swirl and that was Sombra." You said. She nodded and smiled.

"Well, I have to go back to work, but before I do let me take you for some coffee." Fruit said. You sighed and followed her. She led you across the dirt road and into a shop.
"Well hello there Fruit. Who's this lovely lady?" A male pegasus asked.
"Hey Caramel Chaser. This is (y/n), her friend was hurt. I have to go back to the farm but give her what I normally get." Fruit said and smiled at you.
"It's on me." Fruit said and walked out of the store.
"Alright, one coffee and one hay sandwich." Caramel said, bringing it over. His cutie mark wa sof a jar filled with jam.
"Here you go." He said, placing it down and sat with you. You sighed.
"Do you want to talk about it?" Caramel asked. You shook your head but Caramel smiled.
"Alright but if you do wish to talk, let me know." Caramel said, standing and walked over, stacking some can hay and oranges. You watched him. His store had different jared jams and items.
"C-Caramel?" You asked. He looked at you.
"Yeah (y/n)?" He asked. You stood.
"I'm going back to the hospital. Thank you for the food and coffee and let Fruit know I say thank you also." You said. Caramel smiled.
"(y/n), Scarlet will come and get you when she is down with your friend but your welcome. Why not walk around the town. It might be small, but everyone here is friendly." Caramel said. You thought about it for a bit but then you nodded.
"Alright." You said, walking out. As you did, a male Pegasus landed right in front of you, looking up at the sky. His cutie mark was rain and lighting coming from a cloud.

You looked up and saw that it had become cloudy.
"Alright, in a few hours, the rain will hit." He said. His voice was husky.
"You have a secluded rain today?" You asked. The pony jumped in fear, turning.
"H-Hey you scared me!" He shouted, but not in a mean way. You giggled.
"Sorry, but I thought the rainy season wasn't until next month." You said. He smiled.
"Well it's different here. I make the weather including the clouds, the rainbows and the snow." He said with a smile. You smiled.
"Wow, impressive." You said. You gave a grin, only for it to drop and he sighed.
"Yeah, but tell Fruit that... Anyway you must be a traveler. The names Thunder Blaze." He said, holding one of his hoofs out. You shook it.
"(y/n) and yeah, a friend was hurt and Fruit helped us. You have a nice town, but I noticed everyone is so young here." You said. Thunder laughed.
"Yeah, that happens when you run away as a young filly and make a village." Thunder said. You looked confused but he smiled.
"What?" He asked. You looked at him, opened your mouth but then he was sit over the head softly.
"Thunder, you said you would help me with my load when you finished with the sky." An Earth pony said. Her voice was small and smooth, almost shy like.
Thunder rubbed his head and smiled.
"Sorry Honey Drop. See you later (y/n)." Thunder said and ran off. Fluffy sighed and smiled at you. Her cutie mark was of a cart.
"Sorry, names Honey Drop. I have to go before the rain ruins my items. Bye." She said and ran off. You smiled, waved and looked at the hospital as your smile faded.
"Sombra." You said and when you did, you saw an Earth pony walk out of the hospital.
You ran over.
"Excuse me!" You called out. He stopped and looked at you.
"Yeah?" He asked. His voice was throaty and very deep.
"Um...Do you know the status of my friend in there?" You asked. The guy nodded and waved his hoof as he turned back and walked in. You saw his cutie mark was of a hammer.
"Follow me." The pony said. You followed him in.
"Scarlet!" The guy yelled.
"What Steel? I'm kinda busy!" You heard Scarlet yelled. Steel pointed to where the voice came from.
"I was on my way to find you. See ya." Steel said and left. You looked to where you heard the voice and walked to the room.
