I casually sat on a cloud, watching Blitz train. I was starting to get worried though... He's been training for hours with no breaks... Surely, at this point, he should be tired.
No. Exhausted.
"Hey, Blitz!" I yelled out once he passed by.
He simply speeded right by. He was too concentrated on his training to listen to me...
After a few laps, he started falling. My eyes stared in shock.
He must have fainted from exhaustion...
With no hesitation, I hopped off the cloud and raced towards the falling Blitz.
Not fast enough!
I forced myself to go faster to save my best friend.
You're not fast enough! Save him!
My eyes teared up at the possibility I wouldn't be able to save him. I went faster to save him... Save the stallion I love...
Perfect! You did it!
I sighed in relief as I caught Blitz. I carried him down to the closest open area which just so happened to be the outskirts if Everfree forest.
As I flew down, my wing got caught in a tree branch.
No, not now!
I tried going faster in hopes that I would be able to escape the tree.
Thankfully, I did.
I set down Blitz on the flowing grass, finally wincing at the pain in my wing.
Even though I should have been focusing on my injured wing, I couldn't help but to put that aside.
I quickly ran to Zecora's house. It was the closest building, and maybe she could make some kind of potion to remove the exhaustion. If not, she'll most likely have water.

I came back to Blitz who had been laying down. He was awake, but looked weak. Unfortunately, Zecora didn't have any potions, but was able to give me a canteen.
"Blitz! I was so worried about you... I brought you water, but drink it slowly." I told him, giving him the water.

He nodded weakly, taking the water. He seemed to have savored the little water he was capable of consuming at the moment.
"Thank you, (Y/N)..." He smiled at me.
"It's fine... Couldn't let my best friend get hurt, now could I?" I returned the smile, but frowned as I felt the pain again.
"Hey, what's wrong?" He asked.
"N-Nothing." I stuttered.
"You sure?"
I nodded frantically, turning my injured wing away. He sighed and shakily got up.
He looked at my wing and frowned.
"(Y/N)... You hurt yourself... It's all my fault because I didn't listen to you... I'm so sorry-"
"It's not your fault... You were training hard because you only want to get better..." I assured him.
"I'm so sorry... I need to take you to a doctor!" He gasped.
"No, I'll be fine for now... We're staying right here to have you rest up."
"That'll take hours! You need to go to the doctor, (Y/N)!"
"Only two hours, okay? I want to make sure you're okay first..."
"But-"
"No, I care about you too much. We're staying here, and that's final."
"Fine..."
We both laid down next to each other, creating a calming atmosphere.
A few moments passed until Blitz spoke up.
"I love you, (Y/N)..." He confessed.
I blushed and hid my face in his neck.
"I love you, too..." I whispered. I moved away from his neck to see a smirk on his face.
He quickly kissed me, igniting a sweet sensation.
>>>Time Skip
I left the Doctor's office with a bandage around my wing.
"So, how's your wing?" Blitz asked the moment I left the room.
"I have to come back tomorrow for a cast and wear that for two weeks. After that, I should be all healed up." I explained.
"Good! I'm not letting you leave my sights until you're fully healed, got it?" He said.

Ocean Attuned - A timeloop LitRPG
In the mids of industrialization, Liana, a girl of almost twelve, awakens her flow and follows her newly awakened calling, the ocean, and thus the path of the last remaining god. With the advent of industry, one's status and the accompanying skills slowly grow to be secondary as people choose more recreational skills and classes. The clear exception are flow bringers. Humans with an increased affinity towards flow and attunements are the only real remnants of the age of gods and mysticism. Terrors on the battlefield, saints in hospitals, saviours during drought, are just some examples of the wonderous abilities they display. As civilization grows less dangerous so does the stress that is often associated with the awakening of the flow reduce and only the real talents remain. Please be aware that this is a first draft at best. Tag/Genre analysis: Action: A theme that will appear in the story at some point (probably 15+ chapters in) Adventure: Yes Fantasy: Yes Magic, Beasts, and other fantastical elements are totally at home here. Tragedy: Life is not always fun. For what is fun when there are no downsides. I don't know how heavily I am going to lean into this genre. I want to but don't expect too much. Loop: Yes, though I will not divulge anything else. Just be aware that there isn't nearly as much looping as in MoL for example. Female Lead: Yes, Liana is female. Dungeon: Yes, there are dungeons. Yes, they will get explored. LitRPG: Yes, read the first chapter if you want an example. Magic: most definitely because who doesn't like calling lighting down from the heavens. (Disclaimer: No actual lightning will be called down from the heavens) Mythos: There are gods. So maybe, I don't know if that is enough to qualify? Progression: yes Slice of Life: There is plot, and the story will mostly be about that plot, but there will also be downtime because there can't always be action. The first "loop" especially the first 20-30 chapters will be heavily SoL. And afterward there will be a lot less. Profanity: The ocean (see title) includes sailors and we all know how the stereotypical sailor is. Gore: Hmmm, some but I will have it be not graphic at all.

Fighting Back The Tide
My first attempt at writing a novel so please go easy on me and constructive criticism and ideas are welcome. This is a story about how the world get turned into an RPG like world and how the MC fights back and explores the new/merged world. There are many like this so apologies if it sounds similar to any others but I have read MANY, MANY fantasy and RPG stories as they are my favourite but stick with me and I promise one heck of a unique ride
