*BANG!*
~~~~~~~~~~~
I heard the trigger go off and expected my body to drop to the floor. He laughed manically. I peaked my eyes open only to find myself still alive. He had a nerf gun with nothing in it. I wanted to hit myself for being so stupid. His laughing stopped immediately and he stared coldly at me. "I am The Master. I do not want-no need to kill you that way. I am a hands on criminal." He said pulling out his dagger. I struggled in the chair and then laughed.
"Gosh I feel like I'm in a movie or book." I said and sighed as he came closer.
I undid the zip tie and smashes the chair into his head. "Tha-a-at felt good." I smiled and stretched. I nodded at Oliver.
He started fighting people as I zip-locked Master too tight then round kicked a guy. "Welcome." I winked to the guy I kicked
After Oliver and I let everyone go we quickly ran back to the hide out. I started laughing. "was fun!"
Felicity looked at me like I'm crazy. "Yes," I pointed to her. "I am crazy."
She sighed clicking her tongue and rolled her eyes back over to the computer.
"I thought you died! You're signal went dead!" Roy pulled me into a hug. I stood there awkwardly.
"O-OK, Red you can get off of me now." I laughed nervously and when he pulled away we quickly turn away from each other. Gosh I was so embarrassed I could feeling my cheeks turning bright red. I heard Oliver laugh.
"Now what?" I asked.
"You can go home for the night." Oliver said.
"O-o-okay...what are you all gonna do?"
"I'm going to stay here." Oliver stated.
"Where's Digg?" I asked.
"He went home to his family."
"Oh..."I said. I awkwardly pack my quiver and shoved my suit into a bag. Then my quiver with my bow in it. I shuffled out of the door and took a bus to my apartment.
I fell asleep with a tank top and short shorts on which was not my typical outfit. I dreamt about the nimbus two thousand- ((A/N Harry Potter broomstick if you don't know shame on you!))- as bows and arrows.
I woke up to whispering and two shadows casted over me. Without opening my eyes, I grabbed the baseball bat on the floor still partly sleeping and swung.
I heard a high pitch squeak, I jolted awake and dropped the bat. I rubbed my eyes to see Oliver standing in front of me with his arms crossed and a disapproving look. Meanwhile Roy had his back turned to me.
"I'm not going to ask." I sighed.
"My shin!" Roy yelled shocked. He turned back and I could see some blood through his pant leg at the shin. "Sorry." I mumbled and sat down. They both looked at me then I realized what I was wearing.
"Get out!" I panicked pulling my blanket over me. "Right now!" I yelled. I heard the door shut and sighed. I pulled jeans and a plaid shirt on with a silver arrow ring. I walked out of my room.
"First, how'd you get in here? And second, what did you need so badly to wake me?" I rose my voice.
"Work has to be done, Hope." Oliver said. "We have to find Master and-"
"What do you mean 'find Master'?!" I yelled
Oliver looked at me calmly.
"He got away, but if you had let me finished I was going to say 'and train to get you ready to face him again.'" he finished
I ran my fingers through my hair. I was angry. Too angry. My parents killer. My future murder, but why?! For what?! For power?
"You okay Hope?" Roy asked.
"I don't need training. I have this in the bag." I growled walking off. I heard Oliver sigh.
About an hour later I gave in. I started call our hide out the G.A. layer. I never said I was good at names.
And their interpretation of training was so much different from mine.
"Okay, ready?" Oliver asked when I come out in black basketball shorts and a plain grey tee.
"What is that?" I asked. Pointing to my first training object-thing. It was tall, made of wood, with smaller pieces of wood where you would hang your coat, but there was a detached bar on two of them going across.
"It's a thing where you have to move the wood bar up and down while holding on." Roy explained.
"Climbing latter." Oliver stated.
"Well too bad the bar's a the top, looks like I can't do it." I shrugged and started off to the exit.
"Well this seems like a good time to practice your archery." Oliver smiled wrapping a string of rope around an arrow.
I sighed and grabbed my bow.
Steading the arrow on the bow, I looked at the bar and released.
For a moment I thought it would miss, but the rope had friction against the bar and started to come down taking the bar with it. The bar made a loud clang when it hit the door.
"Well, that seems like enough for today, I'm beat." I yawned pretending to be exhausted when I was really just lazy.
Oliver rolled his eyes and Roy walked away to practice his own archery.
Oliver set the bar back on the lowest beam. I looked up at it. "How am I suppose to reach that?" I said stubbornly.
"Find a way." Oliver shrugged and walked off.
Roy's POV-
I watched from a distance.
Hope tapped her foot looking around. She took a coin out of her pocket and slid across the ground to Oliver. As he reached down to get it she ran jumped up pushing off his back then off the wall swung onto the bar.
Oliver stood up straight and saw her on the bar. He smiled approvingly.
"Good now go up one." He encouraged.
She groaned in frustration; unable to. After a while of dangling there Hope let go and fell back first onto the ground. "I'm about done with today." She groaned and I laughed.
"Good, because we have another villain out again." Felicity said coming down the stairs.
I see as Hope watched her; studied her.
"Hope," I snapped her out of her thoughts. "Do you have your suit?" I asked.
"Oh, yeah." She nodded going over to her duffle bag.
"I don't have my permit!" Blue Arrow blurted, I laugh as we stood in front of the motorcycles.
"You can ride on the back of my bike with me." I said.
She gasped, getting an idea. "What if we tied a rope to the bike and a circle sled and I rode that way?!"
I rolled my eyes and scuffed with a smile. "One for imagination aren't you?" I asked and we got on my bike.
"Yeah....I guess." I heard her say nervously.
I revved up my engine the headed off.
"So, uh Hope, I saw you looking at Felicity-"
"Yeah, she could great roll model, I've never had a female one and figured she could help me clean up for a job, and well, daily life." Hope confessed.
"Right." I nodded.
"Are we almost there?" She asked getting anxious.
I laugh. "Almost."
