《Forbidden Princess (Complete)》CHAPTER 25

It has been few days since I have shifted here in the maid's quarter. I remember that day when he forced me to stay in his room. I was so damn scared of him and his sick idea of making me stay in the same.
A girl alway holds her dignity and honour dearly and which she hands it over to only a man whome she get married to.
If a girl is staying in same room with an unknown man , she will alway be worried and scared about possibilities of an attack on her most treasured values and the same I did when I spent my first few days with him in the same room.
But after listening to Siddharth's story and after knowing about the shameful act done by my father .....about what he did to his aunt , I somewhere somehow was internally thankful to Siddharth Veer for not even attempting to do the same horrible act with me in the name of revenge , where he could have easily done it and no one could have stopped him.
Yeah ...... He did punished me , tormented me in many different ways but now when I think about those ,they rather sound like a child like punishments to me but he never ever laid his hands on me where he could have just ruined me for being my inhuman father's daughter and this was the only reason why I saved him that day.
" Princess !.... hurry . We all have to be at palace's entrance ." Ushaji said in hurry almost rushing in every direction.
" Entrance..... ?? Why ?" I gave her a blank look.
" Let's go. I'll tell you later."
She said in her maintained panic tone.
Quickly we made our way there. Before I could ask her about what's going on she took off to take care of her other jobs. I was totally clueless about everyone's presence in the entrance of this palace. It was like almost the entire palace was assembled here . I saw Siddharth Veer rush near the entrance looking at the palace gate in one straight gaze. Why is everyone standing here ?? It seems everyone is waiting for someone's arrival but who ??
Soon we saw a troops of soldiers marching their way in palace yard followed by a huge elephant .
I could see a lady sitting on it and looking ahead at every one.
" Who's that ?" I asked a maid who stood right next to me.
" She is our King's Dhai Ma ( A nurse mother)." she said while keeping her eyes on the crowd arriving near.
" Dhai ma .... ? " I repeated more to myself.
" Siddharth Veer never mentioned about her before. " I internally wondered then rolled my eyes

" Like he's going to tell me every nooks and crannies of his life ?"
" Yes ... She holds a very special place in His Majesty's life. After he had lost his mother She has loved him like her own. She does not stay here. She stays at another kingdom of His Highness but not in the palace as she likes to spend her life in ashram. She doesn't come here much but this time she is paying an uninformed sudden visit." She spoke.
So She's the one who stays in Ashram? That means last time He wanted to pay visit to meet her and unfortunately we met with an accident.
"That's strange??! How come you're not aware of that, where its you who went with his highness to pay her a visit." She asked confused.
" Yeah but I had no clue about meeting her, all I just knew was that we were going to an Ashram and he never told me anything about it in specific ." I said
"Princess ! You are standing here in the corner and I searched you almost everywhere?? Come here . His highness was asking for you . You should be near him." said Ushaji looking all busy suddenly appearing behind me.
I quickly nodded my head and hurried my way towards Siddharth Veer and stood by him keeping some distance as his personal maid.

After a long tiring journey, here she is smiling and eagerly looking at me. After the elephant halted Dhai Ma began to get down from the elephant. she was helped by some of her maids and guards. Watching her getting down I hurried my way to give her my hand.
" Dhai Ma ..... " I addressed her stretching my hand.
She happily held my hand and along with others I too helped her to get down safely. I can't express how much I was delighted to see her after a long time. I went emotional and hugged her tight.
She laughed while hugging me back and patted my back.
" Oh ! My little son."
" I had missed you so much
and the warmth of your motherly touch Dhai Ma." I spoke somehow Controlling my overwhelming emotions.
" Me too child. Me too" she again patted my back with affection.
" You must be very tired . Let go in " I said looking at her.
She smiled and nodded as an agreement.
〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️
Earlier when Dhai Ma arrived in the morning I just felt like leaveing everything behind and sit beside her to talk all my heart out but I know very well that if I do that she won't take any rest.
I instructed all my maid to take special care of her. At this age of sixty she needs a good rest after such a long journey. After my luch I postponed all the remaining work to meet Dhai Ma and I am heading for her room.

A maid outside her room saw me approaching , she quickly informed Dhai Ma about my arrival . Reaching inside I sat on a chair near her.
" Tell me How are you feeling now? I asked wearing warm a smile.
" what can I say , I am an old woman with painful knees
but rest All is okay, 'Your Highness." she answered but emphasised your highness jokingly.
" Dhai Ma ...!! " I said knitting my brows with a tone indicating ' you don't call me that'.
She laughed . My Dhai Ma is a fun loving and a good lady and a lover of a simple lifestyle that's the reason she stays in ashram. She take huge proud to see me as a very responsible King like my father.
" You tell me my little boy. How are you ? "
" I was never okay without you Dhai Ma but I do respect your decision of staying far in the ashram and for which I cannot force you to stay here. Rest all is good." Hearing that she gave a small smile to me.
" I heard that you have someone as your personal maid?? " she asked me with a tinch of a naughty expression on her face.
" Dhai Ma ...!!!?? " I said wearing a bored expression
"She is .... she's a maid ." I didn't wanted her to know everything about her .
" Is she ?? I was not born yesterday ,baby dear. I am your Dhai Ma and I do have all the informations , even when I am not around here. "
I lifted my chin a bit after knowing that Dhai Ma is full aware about Nandini.
" If you have all the informations than am sure you also know who she is exactly?"
" Yes .. I know . I met her before you came here ." She said nodding her head.
"You did??" I asked surprised
"Yes .... She seems to be a nice girl and exceptionally beautiful. looks Royal as she is and Importantly she's not like her father. I am old enough to know about a person's character by just smelling them .I saw, how much other maids loves her." I looked at her and darted my eyes away.
" But that doesn't change her fact that she is her father's daughter." I said sticking to my theory to hate her.
" Siddharth.... It's very much your decisions , your matters and your Kingdom..... and I have never interfered in but if you'd ask me I would say , she doesn't deserve that teartment because of her father's faults."
I shook my head and tried to change the topic from Nandini.
" Leave about that. First of all I want to inform you that I am angry on you . why you took so much pain to travel here ? You can't afford to be just ignorant to your health ? ."
"Why won't I Son? when I heard that you met with a major accident. I was so anxious about you . All I just wanted was to come here on that very day but my health didn't permitted for somedays but as soon as I was okay I just couldn't wait to see you. God is just great to return you to us safely ."
"Dhai Ma. I can't Express how ... How much happy I am that you are here. "
Hearing this she gave me a sweet smile .
🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅
It's been almost five days I am here and watching all. Over the time I have got all the informations of this palace even when I was away. It is always a mother's responsibility to look upon their children even if she's not really their mother.
Few months ago I got the news that Siddharth has captivated Shaktinand's daughter and is treating her like a slave . I also heard that recently she almost risked her life to save Siddharth . That's sign of a bave and kind heart .
I don't like such things like to punish someone else when the wrong deed was done by somebody else. I have seen Shaktinand and also had experienced his evil eyes on me when I was young But that doesn't mean that I should punish her for it.
He is a criminal but as far as I could sense his daughter. She is not like him in any way. Just five days are too short to tell about someone but in my life, I have so far dealt with many twisted people in twisted situations. I can easily gauge who's genuine or not.
As far as I am watching Siddharth he is tactfully hiding something from my eyes . I know that he trying to suppress something which is internally tormenting him. I know him very well he will never speak up about it unless I find out what exactly is happening with him.
I see my son's personal maid, Nandini. She does her job well and is very well trying to cope up with this sudden drastic change in her life from a Princess to a maid, ofcourse not by her choice.
〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️⚪⚪
🧚♀️: Siddharth's Dhai Ma has come to the palace. Will she play a cupid between them or will try to separate Nandini from Siddharth .

Virtuous Sons
The saying goes that when a man is born the Fates weave his destiny and swaddle him in it. Then one day the man dies, and the swaddle becomes a shroud. Heaven moves on. It is audacity to question the Fates. Olympus is Olympus. The land of men is the land of men. To transgress that, to cross the line of divinity and scale Olympus Mons? To defy the Fates and cast off their threads? That is hubris. It’s a mark that every philosopher bears plainly on their soul. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

If I make any errors, either in spelling or in grammer, please let me know, and I will endevour to correct them ASAP. I was inspired to create this story after reading the Scale Dungeon, by TheSilverGunner, here on RRL. It is a good story, despite having only a few chapter out at the time of writing this.
