Kathy is engaged and I'm happy for her. I still have feeling for her but I mean I love jess, I feel like she will be the one for me.

Kathy has been on and on about being engaged and how excited she is to be married and have a family once again.

That's what I want too Kathy. Me too. I will be like you someday

Andy was so excited for Kathy and was always constantly asking if she could go over to her house. Today was no different, "daddy can I go to Kathy's house?"

"Honey jess is coming over today, aren't you excited to see her!"

"Yeah I guess"

"Hey I know you miss Kathy and her son but they are busy, maybe another day okay?"

"Okay" she said before turning back to play with some of her toys.

"Come on let's go outside" I picked her up and she wrapped one of her arms around my neck, her other hand holding her stuffed animal.

I set her down and she ran over to the play set I had bought her recently. She got up on the swing and motioned me over to her. "Push me"

"What's the magic word?"

"Please" she smiled and held on to her stuffed animal

"You need to hold on" she handed me the animal and she held on to each side

I pulled her back and let her go and she swung forward, I pushed her when she got back to me and it made her go higher up into the air.

She giggled each time I pushed her higher and higher. I was about to push her again when something caught my eye

You know that feeling when someone was staring at you, that's what I felt right now I looked up to see Jessica.

"Hey jess!" She waved at me before coming over to me and Andy

"Hey Andy" andy smiled at her and gave a little wave

"Daddy push me please" I looked down at her and noticed the swing was not as high as it was only seconds ago, I pushed her and gave jess a half hug with one hand so I had the other to push Andy

She sat on the side of the little playground and watched us and made conversation with me. "Uh Justin?" She said I looked over and she was pointing the other way

I looked across the yard and saw Kathy. Oh great this is awkward.

"Hey Justin!" She yelled coming over to us, she gave Andy a hug and me as well. The whole time we were hugging I could feel Jess's eyes on me

"I just came over to tell you that you and Andy are invited to my wedding"

I looked over at jess and she was staring across the yard

"Oh cool, we'll be there"

"Jessica your invited to" Kathy said glancing at her, jess looked at me and shrugged

"No no I wouldn't want to ruin your special day, Justin you go"

"I also wanted to ask you if Andy could be my flower girl!" She jumped up and down as soon as Kathy said that

"Yes yes!! Please daddy can I be her flower girl!!" She said tugging at my shirt

"Sure honey" Kathy smiled at her, she put her arms up indicating she wanted up, I picked her up and she wrapped her arms around my neck

I chucked and Kathy put her hand on my shoulder. "Uh well I'll talk to you later I guess, bye Justin! Bye Andy!" She waved and gave a small smile to jess who gave a small one back

"Jess you can come you know?"

"I just don't want it to be awkward like it was today, does she even like me?"

"I'm sure she does, I like her soon to be husband, don't worry, come on you want me hanging out with this one the whole night" I pointed over to Andy

She laughed, "you hang out with her every other night"

"True true but you know this is different"

"Fine fine, I'll go, but it's going to be super awkward, I don't know anyone"

"You know me, and Andy, we're the life of the party, right Andy?"

She looked over at us and nodded at me, "I don't know what you are talking about" me and jess both laugh

"It's okay honey" she nodded and nodded as she climbed up the rock wall and made her way down the slide

"I'll come but I warned you about it being awkward"

"Don't worry it'll be fine" she shrugged

At least I hoped it would be....
