The scene opens near Blakk's citadel, in the Slugterranean Express, which is a train.

The scene then changes to the match. The crowd cheered as Eli fired Joukes and shocked his opponent in one of the next round. After rtwo more rounds, he had gained a Rammstone slug and an Arachnet slug. In the next round, Eli fired his Rammstone while on his mecha, knocking down his opponent. He won so many rounds that the crowd kept cheering for him, and a little boy asked for his autograph as well. He then won a Hop Rock slug in the next round. After one more round Eli had passed the semi-finals.

Eli was patting all the slugs that he had won, who hid away quickly when Trixie approached.

Lord limped over to Eli after his own semi-final round, severely injured.

At the last round, people cheered loudly as Eli and his friends rode into the arena.

The Slugterranean Express screeched as it arrived on the track in front of the group.

Everyone turned to look at Eli. Burpy growled angrily, and snarled when Blakk walked towards Eli.

Dr. Blakk walked away, with a look of disgust as he went.
